Good location with various items from clothing to kitchen/bathroom accessories plus random items. Found many items out place or mixed in where they didn't belong. Some staff where helpful and pleasant. Some products were at a bargain price. This was my experience.

The employee's and manager on duty on this particular day were super nice and very accommodating towards me. I had an overflowing cart filled with items and had an emergency so they let me keep the cart behind the registers so I could come back and continue on with my shopping. I was supposed to go back before closing but I could not make it and the manager was very helpful with me and told me she would keep it there for me until I was able to make it back to the store! Saved me 3 hours of shopping had they put all the items back away.

Great store,, great prices, tons of clothes everything is reasonable priced and then some. I got a digital antenna for free TV, was only 10 dollars and it's the best one I've ever had, highly recommend shopping there for clothes, sneakers, home decor etc. I've been multiple times and will be back again!

You know years ago I thought it was better. A great deal of coats thru out all seasons. Now just when fall sets in. I love the fact they carry short sleeves why cause it's boiling where I work. Even with air conditioning there's spots in the building it's boiling.

Great deals on great items, the east Providence store has a problem with checking out. Very slow! I find the seekonk store much quicker and more attentive to check out if there is a line. I know only go to seekonk store.

Whatever transition Burlington did on its clothing trend, its not jiving with me personally. Price is still affordable but to not find a dress shirt anywhere in the store is very disappointing. Formal wear just disappear in the store. I've been shopping at Burlington since it use to be Burlington Coat Factory, thats more than 20years ago. No more top designer dress shoes, shirt and fantastic suits..... Whaoo, changing times have really alienated customers like me.

I never come out empty handed. If I cant find what I was looking for im sure too find something else. Great prices & selections. They don't sanitize after customers tho. Not the carriages nor the register area. Observed 3x but they do have hand sanitizer at each register.

I want to share my experience with this store. Last week i made a lay away and yesterday i went to pick it up Desiree told me she could not find it. She was awesome delivering the bad news, she was super ashamed for this huge inconvenient and gave the extra mile to make me feel better. Great customer service skills , this is not the first time i have a good experience with her,she is the only employee that really cares in that Burlington. Desiree thank you for caring and for being such a sweetheart.

Great prices. Not always a huge selection for my style on clothes. When I do find ones I like, they are not expensive. Great items and cheap prices for home goods and baby/kid items, and shoes. Get most of my christmas shopping done here, too. Can find something for everyone.
