I was just in the Washington Square Mall pop-up shop. I was immediately greeted by a young handsome fella even though he was taking care of another guest. I saw this olive colored backpack. Had to have it! When I came back around picked it up, looked at it. Both the young lady and young man were quick to tell me all about the product. Waterproof zipper, water resistant bag, etc. The young fella, Cole, was very informative about the product, friendly, and smiley! Like he really enjoys working there! Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one!

I couldn't recommend Portland Gear enough! Their clothing is extremely comfortable and they always have rotating styles, I always have new options to shop from which I love. And of course their core collection is great too, a staple for me. Their staff are very friendly and welcoming. Even if I'm shopping on the app it's very easy to use and a great way to quickly get something new. They support the community and are overall an amazing brand to support. Absolutely love Portland Gear!

I personally haven't interacted with the staff until yesterday, because I typically order online. I actually went into the store for pick up on this last order and the associate was very pleasant, even the person I spoke to on the phone before picking up my order. Portland gear is a fun little shop in the middle of Portland. They've got a great little place here with high quality clothing. The shirt I got was about $30 but really solid fitting. They had a little pop up mochi donut business that we went to too that was super tasty. Super fun, in and out vibe.

DJ answered the phone and his service game was on point. Drove down to the store 20min later and met with DJ and he helped outfit my family for some photos we were having done the following week. We continue to be avid fans of the brand, the quality of their goods, but the service from DJ on a random week day was second to none. Thanks man!

Have loved Portland gear for their quality products, and was so excited about their early Black Friday deals this year! Made a pretty large purchase which qualified for free shipping and a free hat, only problem was I forgot to include the hat on my order. I reached out via Instagram to see if it could still be added (thought it would be a 50/50 shot that they would actually do this). Within minutes they responded and told me to shoot them an email and then promptly responded to the email and included the hat with my order. Shipping was also super fast! Thanks all for your great customer service and quality products!

My order had been “in transit” for like a week after the estimated delivery date, not being their fault was something with usps. But when I contacted customer service they were quickly responsive and got a whole new order shipped out to me mad quick. Proud to be from Portland and love the brand. Keep it up!

Cool spot for Portland themed street wear. They have a great selection of hats and a decent selection of graphic t shirts and hoodies. They round out their selection with a few knick nacks like keychains, stickers, coasters, and sometimes hydro flasks. Decent spot to get a gift for a native or anyone traveling through Portland

I do not normally leave reviews as much as I should, but I love Portland Gear so much that I have to share. Our families have been buying and wearing Portland gear for years and we absolutely love the styles, comfort, and durability of their products. Both myself and my husband have several Portland gear items that we wear on a consistent basis and always receive compliments. My favorite is my throwback 90’s “P” crewneck! Portland gear is not only a trendy and cool place to buy products, but they are very involved with the community and do not sell products on big sites such as Amazon. They truly represent the best aspects of our city. Most importantly though, in my experience they are 100% customer support and customer relations driven. Recently, I had a question on an order where I did not receive a discount code I thought I could use. My email was responded to and resolved within 12 hours by the head of operations, Eli. He was not only helpful, but also friendly and warm in his communications. This is the only “issue” (if you can even call it that) I’ve ever had with an order, and it was responded to immediately and fixed. I could not ask or imagine that level of support from a box store or corporation, or even some smaller businesses especially during the holiday season. Thank you Portland Gear, you are amazing; and we are excited to keep repping our gear for years and years to come!

Passing through not enough retail product that actually says Portland Oregon, didn't want something with just the letter P on it. No variety of colors. The guy that helped was very nice and friendly, he did manage to find a shirt with the saying of Portland Oregon on it...kinda of what I wanted. With no where else in town to purchase a souvenir I had no choice, I purchased 2 shirts. The store was very clean I liked that and customer service was great. If I'm ever back in Portland I will visit again. Thanks.

They have good quality products(hats, sweaters, and shirts are my favorite), for a reasonable price. They gave us advice to go and see. This place has become a new tradition every time I am in Portland. Their products are super nice and well worth the price. The first time I went, they were all super welcoming and I was able to meet the whole team (all extremely nice people by the way). Every time I have been back, I get the same vibes. Portland Gear recently had their store grand opening. The space is really nice, and the store layout is great. I been a fan of Portland Gear for a while, and It's great to see that they are growing. The quality of the clothes sold here is excellent. The items you find here are great for everyday wear or even to give as a gift to someone you know that love Portland. Hands down the best, non-touristy gear I’ve seen in any major city. We stopped in after finding this brand on Instagram and it did not disappoint! I am not normally one to leave reviews but this is an exception. As I have frequented Portland Gear‘s Burnside store for many years now during seasonal/limited edition releases I have developed great relationships. Kenzie their salesgirl is an omnipresent beacon of great service and thoughtfulness! I cannot say enough. As for my most recent purchase ( a waterproof backpack ) i have been nothing but impressed. I was doing my covid/apocalypse shopping and it easily carried 6 bottles of wine and groceries. It is comfortable and durable. I highly recommend!!

Visited from Minnesota and had a exchange from something I bought online, it was a breeze! Store looked great and the guy working made us feel very welcome and even emailed us a page of things to see in Portland. Bought the leash and he hooked us up with some dog treats for our pup back home. I wish I got his name because he really was awesome at customer service! I almost want to keep this shop my secret! If you like to Represent Portland, this is the spot to get the gear! They have Tees, Hoodies, sweatshirts, windbreakers, hats & more. The quality of shirts & hoodies is great, even the bags they give you are fresh. Nice selection, & employees are cool too. I also really liked how the shop is an old dry cleaners. It gives it a nostalgic vibe. The only negative I would say is the location, but the E. Burnside construction is partially to blame. It is however next door to a Jimmy John's so that makes up for it I guess.

This brand is the bomb diggity! Every time I come into the store I am greeted by name. The atmosphere is so welcoming and amazing it makes shopping here awesome. During the Holliday season I shopped online during the Black Friday sale for my mom and the process was so easy and smooth I decided to do a little shopping for myself. I placed my order and all was well until later I got an email saying one of the things I ordered for myself was out of stock. They were so polite and apologetic that this happened and offered to let me pick a new shirt and refunded the one that was out of stock. Honestly, it's just OK. I mean I really dig the idea of the brand, but it could be so much better with some more attention to quality. I've bought several items and they appear to be really cheap made in China pieces with a cool P stitched on them. I have the navy blue P hoody and the pocket stitching came apart after the first wear. I was also disappointed with the dark grey zip hoody as the 'portland' appears to be painted on rather sloppily. We even paid $25 for a P hat and it looks like the stitching is about to come unravelled. Mind you, we are not hard on our clothing, either. This is with normal wear. I personally expect more for the price because these are not inexpensive pieces!! I'm hoping Marcus will do well and buy better quality for his brand. No one should be paying $50 for a sweatshirt that falls apart!

Awesome shop they had a sweet hat that I didn't get. But when I dropped off the wife she surprised me with it. I love the hat it is Army Digie Camo with a "P" and the center whole is the shape of "Oregon". So I can use it as a Portland hat or a PATRIOTS fan from Oregon.

We also have masks and straps for small children. The store clerk's customer service is also good. In the Washington Square Shopping Mall, there is a small store opening in the aisle space, so I rarely go downtown these days, so I use this one. (Original) Providence Park Stadiumの入り口側の近くにある小さなお店。ロゴを見ただけでOREGON/PORTLANDのPだと分かるデザインでいいですね。小さな子供用も扱っていてマスクやストラップなどもあります。店員さんの接客もよくいい店です。 Washington Square Shopping Mallの中にも通路のスペースで小規模の出店をしているので最近はダウンタウンに行く事が少ないため、こっちを利用します。
