Awesome shop for all things fun, goth, bands, shirt, stickers, backpacks, jewelry, mugs, Funko Pop, figurines, patches and more. There were several amazing employees who asked me if I needed help, all very friendly!

This place has awesome stuff, but I'd likely only order online in the future. I wish the employees would be more mindful of how they approach people. I was stopped nearly every 1-2 minutes by employees asking if I needed help and felt like I couldn't browse without being bothered. Ask once or twice, not the entire time... Sometimes I didn't respond to an employee because I was trying to focus on browsing, which only led to asking me over & over again as if I was deaf. If someone isn't responding to aggressive sales techniques & monitoring and is becoming visibly anxious, don't bother them so much, or you'll lose out on business. My partner even pointed out that a particular employee was being a bit creepy with how much he'd follow me around the store, especially pestering me during the few moments I was away from my group. As a younger woman with an anxiety disorder & is on the spectrum, this was an experience that I desperately hoped would go well. Instead, I got gatekeep-y preppy-rich-teen-store-in-the-mall vibes, which is just sad. I left on the verge of an anxiety attack, and without the sweater I originally came for. However, the necklace I bought broke before I could even put it on, and the thigh highs were misleadingly short. I understand I didn't buy high-priced items, but I expected the necklace to at least not fall apart. Edit - I wanted to point out that there's a recent review from another woman detailing an experience that sounds very similar to mine (being watched, bothered constantly)... kinda suspicious. I hope this isn't the way your employees typically treat women.

They have variety of clothing, accessories, and decorations that I absolutely love. My main reason of going for their rings and stickers. Highly recommend going if you are going to a concert for clothing and gear!

Lots of great shirts, Bumper stickers, jewelry, other types of clothing, posters, all sorts of stuff. Staff is very cool, friendly, laid back and very helpful. Madelyn found a shirt I couldnt find and even remembered me and the shirt from a few days before, then the next time she found me this awesome poster for this movie I was looking for a shirt for She also knows a ton about Tim Burton movies and she told me about this movie called Big Eyes, which Ive heard of but never watched, I didn't realize it was a Tim Burton movie, I think its the only one of his that I havent seen...Anyway she's Awesome and this place is Awesome too.

Today was my Birthday, i was gifted this amazing Ghost/A Clockwork orange mash up flag yesterday but had to come in to take a look around for something thats been missing at my new place which is down the road. A Rush poster was that missing thing and of course Shirts 'n' Things delivered once again with a 2112 poster for a great price compared to sites online. However what made me want to write this review was my experience while checking out. I was just kidding when i said something about a birthday discount. Well they didn't offer one, but what they did have were these funny birthday sunglasses. I was asked which color and i wore them on the way out looking goofy but just about every employee as I walked out wished me a Happy Birthday. Its been a really hard year for me personally so that little touch really did mean a lot and made it more memorable. Thanks for the great swag and the excellent selection and customer service.

I wish I could buy everything, it takes me forever to make a decision in there but even if you can’t afford a lot it’s so worth visiting if you’re goth/alternative just to see it!

So today I was just minding my own business having lunch with my mother and letting her know that I was expecting my second child she then rushed me to shirts n things immediately to get out of my high heeled boots and into some lower platforms (significantly less risk of falling in). Lmfao for all Gothic punk platform cute spooky girl boots heel shoes needs basically shirts n things has got you covered this is literally where my family rushed me too this is our go-to store in our family we love shirts n things we are immensely happy to continue giving shirts n things our business we are treated like family it is a mom and pop shop we love supporting small business we love supporting local business and today the customer service was amazing like it always is so thank you to Larry and his awesome team at shirts n things we had a great time and bought some awesome platform Mary Janes and I will most certainly be back to buy some XXL shirts throughout this pregnancy.

I cannot say enough nice things about this shop! I went in today looking for patches for a memorial project I am doing to commemorate my best friend and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I've been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now! I used to come to this store back in 1994 when I was a student at MCC so it was great to see they moved to a larger space. I was so impressed with the customer service. Everyone there is so personable, down to earth and just plain COOL. Especially the owner. He was helping me with t-shirts and he didn't mind all the hassle I was putting him through to find my size lol. It's hard to find genuine good customer service these days but this place still rocks it like it's still the 80's lol I love it!! <3

I have now been back to this place several times since discovering it a few weeks ago. Everytime I go in I can easily spend an hour looking through all the awesome stuff they have. The shirts are awesome but the things are what really get me! Bags, accessories, patches, stickers, big boots, and pretty much everything a punk/goth/rock heart would want. This place is what Hot Topic wishes it could grow up and be. And the employees are just as awesome. All of them are nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful, and you can tell they enjoy working there. I'll be back here for sure, and I'm bringing all my friends!

In my opinion, the store was better when it was smaller. To me it had a better selection of clothes, shoes, and wallets. There are several glass counters with nothing but stickers. Its a little ridiculous. Though they have a huge selection of tshirts and posters. Not as much jewelry, wallets, and purses as I remember. Liked it better when it was smaller. Was quality over quantity back then. The people inside were attentive and friendly. Nothing personal against the staff, the store just isnt my thing anymore.

What a unique store! I visited this weekend while doing some holiday shopping. Walking in you find yourself with of course...shirts (LOTS of shirts) and things such as jewelry, music posters, vinyl stickers, punk/goth/alt/metal fashion items such as Demonia's, chokers, harnesses, corsets, purses, belts, leggings, and much more. I love this place, but the only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating to me is that they never have my size! They always have L or XL but never seem to have S or M with anything other than t-shirts. The environment, customer service, product engagement and selection were excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The merchandise is amazing. Heard about this place through a local hot topic by all the employees. The owner there was so sweet and he made all us customers feel like family. I felt so welcomed and comfortable, I have high anxiety. I walked in, had everyone excitedly telling me hi, and while I'm browsing around the owner introduced himself to say thank you for coming to his family owned business and telling me he genuinely is happy for us to be here all the way out in mesa. Even being rung out I ran into him again and he made every single one of us customers feel at home. I didn't even feel anxious once being there, even had staff talk to me about our lives. I love it here and we all should support businesses who have a genuine love for helping people like us.

This place is honestly my favorite store ever! I stumbled across this store today and upon entering I felt at home. They have shirts for all my favorite bands and they actually carry my size as well!! Easily wanted to spend my entire paycheck here. Sarah there helped us every step of of the way from rings and wallets to getting my first vest and got Harry potter patches put on them! Travis also helped me browse through the vest and patch selections. Everyone there is so welcoming and definitely make you feel like you have already been friends! Love this place. This is where I get my purses and patches! I even brought my father here and we ended up in the store for over an hour cause my dad couldn’t stop buying stuff and then my father found out one of the owners or store manager was from New York and that was a wrap. What i first had ordered was a key chain that said i heart tacos, but they had called me stating someone had stolen it so they couldn't ship it to me and refunded my money and then i order a pin that said i heart tacos. And my package came in today and when i open the package i didn't just get the pin i also got a taco plushy because they wanted to make up for the fact that i didn't get my key chain. I will go to this shop until the day i die. I drive over an hour just to get here but if you're a metal head you need to be shopping here. It's a small, family owned shop but their selection blows places like hot topic out of the water! They have something for everyone so if there's anything you can't find at your local corporate money driven establishment you should definitely go here. The staff is amazing and really helpful, if there's anything they don't have they will tell you where to go! Definitely my favorite shop in all of AZ especially for patches and shirts they have more designs in store than I've seen on most websites!

I'm 32 years old. As a teenager, I used to love this place, and as an adult, I still love it as do my children (5 and 13). They have a huge selection of shirts and merch that span all of the music and movie genres possible. They get new merch in very frequently, there's always something new every time we go in. The staff is wonderful, always helpful and kind, as is the owner. You can tell he takes great pride in his store and has a lot of knowledge about the music and merch he sells. One of my favorite places to shop at every now and then. Be aware that it can be a hit or miss at this store. Things will come and go. I really wish they had contracts with certain brands so they could continuously sell the exact products. Other than that, the workers are pretty chill and will try their best to help you out in any way they can. I am VERY happy they're now selling Black Craft Cult items! Limited amount but still good.

Been to this store before, and love it! Great selection of band merch, and clothing. They can also special order items for you as well. Their prices are great too. And the staff is always happy and willing to help, unlike the corporate competitor at the mall. Went yesterday to pick up a pair of shoes that I ordered, and asked Chad for a studded belt that will last me longer than my cheap belts (I brought two for comparison). Chad took the time to explain me about the material used for the belts, and how much durable the belts sold were. He also helped me with taking proper care of my Zippo lighter, and was overall patient. If I can give A MILLION STARS I would, but can only give five.

Very cool place. My grandson turned me on to this place to shop. My last traveling visit I made it a point to take my daughter and grandson. For old uncool people shopping for their cool grandkids you can't go wrong there. We all three bought goodies. Chairs for old people to sit in would be a nice touch to let the kids spend lots of time shopping. I was finally tired of standing and wanted to go while my kids wanted to stay. A chair for me would have meant longer stay with my kids.

I like shirts and I like things so it seems to make sense that I would enjoy this store. It is kind of a genre store with much of the merchandise being focused on the punk rock/alt rock lifestyle. There are band tees a plenty and patches and belt buckles you'd be hard-pressed to find outside of those walls. I love window-shopping here and while much of it isn't stuff I'd wear, I can't help but admire the amount of stuff they have. Some people might be quick to label it as a mom-and-pop Hot Topic but I don't think that does it justice. This place is more authentic and has much more interesting stuff for those who don't want to feel out of place with rock and roll tweens.
