Friendly employees upon entering and leaving. While shopping we didn't encounter any friendly faces from the other employees. Great variety and selections to look at. We bought extra because we found items of interest. Clean and well organized store.

God's Gift Through His Word

Went shoe shopping could not find any shoes. I did not leave empty handed. Found an amazing outfit for work two additional blouses and earrings and a bracelet plus some blk water. It was a great day!! Ross is always awesome. I have been shopping at Ross for years!!!!!!! I will continue to do so!!!!☺️☺️☺️☺️

This Ross is pretty decent. I was searching for maternity clothes and not all the Ross stores have them. This Ross had a decent amount and I for two work shirts for 7.99. What a steal! There are hidden gems you just have to have patience

This Ross location seems to always have a decent selection. Be warned though, expect super long lines on the weekend. Fortunately, there are lots of other hours during the main part of the week to slide in and grab what you need. If you can’t find something, you can ask when the next truck comes and try again then.

Returns are easy, staff are kind and made a complicated process much easier. The store manager, Sarah, was especially nice. Even though she was clearly busy, she took the time out of her day to help me and never seemed irritated by the inconvenience.

I LOVE Ross! It is my favorite place to go for cheaper, more affordable, but still in fashion clothing. They also have other products like home decor, bath, beauty, makeup, skin care, bags, kids toys, and pet items. They aren't as cheap as Goodwill, but they definitely are cheaper than getting these items at a regular store. They have ranging sizes in underwear, shirts, pants, and shoes for both men and women. They even have dressing rooms so you can make sure your clothes fit before you get them (however they don't allow the use of them since covid began).

It's Ross, there can be a line and it can feel like things everywhere but that is because of people and the the employees. Then one is one of the cleanest and most organized of the Ross' in the surrounding area.

Great store with a good size parking lot, staff can be friendly. The reason it only gets 3 stars is only because it usually seems understaffed, and there are 2 different girls (possibly alternate days/shifts) who work in register 1 who can become chatty and move a bit slow at times. Other than that I would recommend it you're looking for something, cool, unique, or different.

Staff is usually pretty friendly, not usually to helpful though. I've been coming to this location for about 7 years just because it is the closest one to my home lol. It's a little smaller than some but most of the time it is a lot cleaner and more organized than most which is nice and makes for an easier shopping experience. I have had to return things a couple times and was able to do so without any hassel.

Love the clothes and prices, hate that all the cashiers just throw your clothes into the bag and wrinkle them all up as if they were throwing trash away. This is the only retail store I’ve ever seen where they don’t fold your clothes before they put them in the bag. I used to work retail, this is common sense! They don’t think twice about it. Very ghetto thing to do, drives me crazy.

Love Ross and come here to get many things at discounted prices! I love how I am able to get a lot of name brand items for much cheaper than the MSRP! The selection is mediocre due to the nature of how they receive their products but it is expected so not I go in knowing that they won't have every size avail of one particular shoe style for example but I usually always find some really great deals on fabulous items!

Lots of out of stocks and seems like they haven't gotten new merchandise or get small shipments. Not much to pick from, shelves look half empty I would try another Ross since I have stoped by this location 3times the past 3 weeks and had no luck finding what I need it.

The lady handy numbers for the dressing rooms is awesome. When my wife took our little niece to try on an Easter dress she encouraged her show her the dress when she tried it on and told her how beautiful she looked. She really went out of her way to make a little girl smile!

It’s not a super organized store, but if you know that going in...it helps! It’s like a TJ Maxx or Home Goods. Randomly laid out, so it’s a hunt for a good deal! The prices though are pretty good! I found shirts for work at a good price and I was really happy with them!

So I love going to Ross they have cool little knick-knacks here and there they have affordable clothing and affordable kitchen stuff. They even have a fordable and one of a kind. Decorations for your house like pho paintings and other decorations for around your house that are Pretty unique and usually after you buy it there, you probably won't see it again.
