I loved it here! Megan was so awesome. She helped me find things that fit my budget and personality. You really feel beautiful on display trying on dresses. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. She was fun and not all salesperson like. She was real, and i love that. Even though I didn't find "the one" I'm keeping them in my rolodex for friends and maybe even an anniversary. 10 out of 10 I'd absolutely recommend. Not to mention the flexibility to work with you within your budget and still get you a high quality beautiful dress.

One word. KENDRA. My whole experience was elevated and more enjoyable because of my stylist Kendra. While I did not end up getting a dress at Luv Bridal, I had the best experience there out of all wedding dress stores I went to. I ended up finding a dress at another store, but I went back to Luv Bridal for a second time just to see if they had one to beat it. I also wanted to give Kendra the sale if I could, that’s how great of a job she did. She truly wanted me to find my dream dress, even if that wasn’t at Luv. She was incredibly kind and sweet, attune to my emotions, created a safe space for me to be open and not to mention she’s cute as hell! I mean SERIOUSLY what more could you ask for in a stylist?! 10/10 would recommend Luv and 100000/10 would recommend a Kendra. This is the girl you want (dancing) in your corner! I could keep writing more if I wanted to 🥰

Right when I walked in I was greeted by a ton of smiling faces and immediately felt so welcome! Kendra was amazing, she felt like I was speaking with a life long friend. This was my very first Bridal appointment and we all said it couldn’t have been a better experience. I felt heard and seen, I wasn’t pressured. Kendra helped make feel beautiful and confident in my decision! I walked away with a dress that wasn’t what I envisioned at all but absolutely fell inlove with. This was my second appointment of the day. Taylor was my stylist and I just have to say she was amazing. She was so nice and listened to what I was looking for. Luv Bridal had an amazing selection of dresses that fit my style and the look I was going for. I tried on a few dresses and fell in love with a couple. I even went over my appointment time and Taylor didn't rush me at all which made things less stressful. When I came back for a second time Taylor helped me find the one! I am so happy with my experience and happy I got my dress here. Taylor made a huge difference and I wouldn't have found the one without her! Thank you so much!

I went to Luv Bridal today desperate to find a dress for my Nov 12th wedding (I know, cutting it extremely close.) I wasn’t expecting to be able to find anything that quickly or at my budget. I also am super indecisive and didn’t have any guideline as to what I was looking for. Sarah was so incredibly helpful, she let me look through all of the dresses to get a feel for my style and then she pulled some options for me that she thought I would like in my price point. I tried on five different dresses, all beautiful options, but the first dress she put me in was the one! Sarah was so kind and sweet. We had a beautiful time at Luv! The staff was incredible and the dresses were gorgeous! They had a wide variety from sleeves to sleeveless, sparkly ball gown to boho fitted. The first time I went in with my siblings, moms and grandma and Karli was so sweet! She explained the process assisted in every step along the way and really helped me find what I was looking for! On our second round, Nikki, assisted my moms and I in saying yes to the dress! Both ladies were absolutely, over the top helpful and so sweet! Sarah made my first time shopping for wedding dresses a dream come true!! I went in with very little expectations and was immediately blown away by the stylists. Everyone was so helpful and kind when we walked in, showed us to our seating area, and got us something to sip on!! Sarah introduced herself and we immediately vibed!!! She saw my vision and thoughtfully hand picked dresses for me to try on…every dress I tried on was beautiful and fit the vibe I was going for… after talking more, Sarah brought out my dream dress!! She was so helpful guiding us on the process of purchasing my dream dress and accessorized for me!! I can’t thank Sarah (my soul sister) enough for going above and beyond on making my dream come to life! I am SO grateful I went to Luv Bridal and had Sarah as my stylist ❤️❤️

Absolutely obsessed with my Madi Lane gown, Brielle, from Luv! It is my dream dress. The back is just a show stopper. The front was beautiful with the deep V but the seamstress at Luv, Adriane, helped fill it in for my preference. The straps can go up, off the shoulder, or come off. So fun! I wore it all three ways throughout the wedding day. Luv Bridal helped me try on around 6 or 7 dresses during my appointment. My only complaint would be that I felt rushed to make my decision, and for a dress that is almost $2,000 that is not the best feeling... I absolutely adore it but being rushed to decide after a hour long appointment didn't sit well with me. Other than that, though, it was an awesome experience!

Today I picked up my dream dress!!! My consultant Madison has been an angel!! When I made my 1st appointment a friend of mine told me I HAD to book with Madison.. & lucky for me that’s who I got!! I had no idea what style I wanted or what I was looking for but she was so helpful and sweet! She made me feel like a million bucks! & she was so patient with me and I really needed that! Couldn’t recommend Luv Bridal more!!

Luv Bridal was my third and last appointment of the day & to say i saved the best for last would be an UNDERSTATEMENT! Sarah was my stylist and from the minute she introduced herself she radiated good vibes. She is the sweetest person ever and she made me & my girls feel right at home. She answered all of my questions and did everything she could to make my appointment perfect. I found my dream dress at Luv Bridal thanks to Sarah! Sarah is fantastic! She asked all the right questions and got me into my dream dress. She was not pushy and let me take my time when trying to get a hold of my mom on FaceTime. The store itself is beautiful and clean and organized. The big mirrors and platforms create the best photos and really capture the details of the dress, there are so many cute I said yes to the dress photo opps and I don’t think you will be disappointed with this place !

My experience with Luv Bridal was nothing but top notch! Sarah was my consultant and she was nothing but good energy and really listened to me to uncover what I wanted. She was able to find one dress that fit my ideas to a T! They had 3-4 other dresses that we tried, but they missed the mark. This was my first stop, so I wasn’t able to say yes to a dress here. I would however 100% suggest making an appointment here! Sarah and the team her genuinely want you to feel beautiful and find your dream dress! They do everything in their power to make it happen.

I came in knowing that I wanted some sparkle, lace, and an A-line dress and my stylist knew how to take what I liked about each dress I tried on and help me narrow down what I loved and find The One! Luv Bridal is so amazing! The showroom is beautiful! The way the whole place is set up makes it feel really special with beautiful dresses hanging that are easy to look through. There is a full wall mirror and comfy/cute couches and chairs for friends and family to sit and watch. Stephanie was my bridal consultant was also great! She listened to what I wanted and was with me the whole time. She took the time to seek out the dress I was most excited to try when we didn’t see it on the showroom floor and found it! That was the dress I ended up picking and had she not done that I wouldn’t have found my dream dress! This place is a must go when looking for a wedding dress!

Out of all the wedding dress boutiques we went to, nothing even compared to Luv Bridal! They have the best, most unique selection of gowns. The showroom was gorgeous with tons of natural light and mirrors. But most of all, their consultants are so professional. Nikki was absolutely wonderful. She was great at asking guiding questions and thoughtfully reacting to my responses. I never once felt pushed or pressured. That magic day finally came and not only is it a beautiful showroom, but they had so many gorgeous dresses and superb customer service. I worked with Nikki. This was my very first spot to try on wedding dresses, and it was an amazing experience. Prices are fair, and staff is so helpful and sweet. The dresses are absolutely beautiful as well - and were all very upscale in design and look. I found my dream dress when I first came in to try dresses on, but didn't place my order until a few days later (after I tried on a few more dresses at other locations... they definitely didn't compare). I'm so happy with my dress, and it will be delivered in just 2-4 weeks too! I can't wait to put it on again. Please ask for Taylor Hubbard if you go - she was the sweetest and most helpful sales associate I have ever met! She made me feel beautiful and was honest and kind - she also helped me find a dress that would work for a wedding that is quite soon (most dresses take too long to get in). I traveled all the way from San Francisco to shop for my dress in the Phoenix area. It was important to me that my mom, sister, and friends were part of my searching journey! After going to three other shops, I had a terrible feeling that I would go back to San Francisco empty handed. Luv Bridal was my last appointment. Right away I was greeted and the show room took my breath away! I got super lucky to have Sarah as my stylist. I loved her approach of taking me (& only me) to look through dresses while my party got comfortable w/ snacks + coffee. I appreciated that she respected my budget (w/ no judgement) and was transparent about prices. She quickly learned my style based on my reactions/opinions of dresses we browsed through together. After a few try ons, she found my perfect dress! I was so HAPPY and relieved!!! Everyone in the venue clapped after I said yes to the dress, truly felt like a movie. I love it here! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They have a great selection of dresses in every style. I wasn’t sure what style I wanted when I came in, and Marley walked me through the whole store noting different styles that I liked. She then chose 1 from each style for me to get a feel for what silhouette I liked. She was so patient with me; I just adore her! The appointment flowed nicely, I never once felt rushed or like I was running out of time. The aesthetic of the store is beautiful as well! 10/10 recommend.

Had the most amazing experience at Luv Bridal! Taylor was the best bridal consultant ever and made the whole experience even better. I tried on a handful of dresses and was able to find a shape/style I loved and from there everything I tried on became a contender but there was one I still thought about after my initial appointment. I was able to say YES to my dress and I can’t wait for the big day!! They truly have a dress for every style and the options are limitless with the customization options available for most dresses.

Although I did not purchase a dress from Luv Bridal, I had a wonderful and insightful appointment with Taylor and this review is for her. I live in Austin but came to Phoenix to location scout in Sedona, where my fiance and I are eloping in March. I had two of my best friends with me and they made the trip into a Bachelorette party of sorts with a dress-fitting included. Taylor was very understanding about my low-ish budget ($1000) and desire to buy off-the-rack bc of the tight time frame. I am a bridal 14, street 8-10, so I didn't expect the selection she showed me, which was about 8-10 gowns. I was really unimpressed with many of the dresses but trying them on gave me great perspective about what look I was really hoping for vs what I had thought I wanted. Taylor pulled a gorgeous champagne/oyster colored satin gown and told me to trust her on the color. I put it on and it practically fit me perfectly and would need very few alterations. She really hit the nail on the head. She was so kind and gracious even when I did not end up purchasing but this dress is the one I'm comparing all others to as I continue to shop. I might have them ship it, honestly, the experience was wonderful and I'm so happy my friends talked me into it.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! The entire experience was just Spectacular! My consultant, Sarah, was way beyond anything I could have ever expected! I came in not knowing what I wanted at all, color, style, fit, undertone literally no idea, and walked out saying YES to my Dress!!!! And it is all because of how truly wonderful Sarah and the rest of the staff were. They truly know how to make you feel like the most beautiful and special person while you look for your dress. I cannot say enough great things about Luv Bridal! From the second you walk in the staff is so welcoming. Ky was my bridal consultant and she made the process so fun and easy! She immediately puts you at ease and has such a positive attitude. I tried on 7 dresses and at no point did i feel like i was being rushed and pushed into a decision. I was undecided between two different dresses at the end and then Ky ended up pulling a new gown and as soon as I saw it i knew it would be beautiful. After trying to on, i officially said yes to the dress and Ky was as happy as everyone i brought with me! The shop is so pretty and has an amazing collection of dresses. You will not be disappointed if you come here and you may even find your perfect dress the first place you look like i did!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Luv Bridal, from my first appointment to my dress pick up. Cerina was wonderful as my bridal stylist, she really listened to what I was looking for and pulled some absolutely beautiful gowns to try. As a plus size bride (street size 18) I had a lot of anxieties about having samples that fit me and Luv had a great selection of plus size dresses. My measurements were spread across the designer’s size range (hips/bust/waist were all different sizes) but the staff recommended size ended up fitting like a dream when my dress arrived. 10/10 experience and I’m so excited to wear my Luv dress for my wedding!

I I had appointments at two bridal shops on the same day, and between the two, Luv was definitely the best! All of Luv’s associates were incredibly sweet and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I wish I was better with names, but the associate who helped me try on dresses was honestly incredible, and very patient. The store layout was nice - all of their dress racks are perfectly organized by fit and sleeve length in a super satisfying way. I came in with a list of dresses I liked online and the associate was able to pull some of those for me, plus they actually let brides search through the racks themselves so you get to pick out things you like in person (the other store I went to did not allow brides to look through the racks and made you describe what you wanted so the associate could pick things out, which ended up being way more difficult than the way Luv did it). I thought I wanted an A-line, but after trying some on and not loving them, the associate gave me some extra options that were similar to what I had picked but with a different cut, and I ended up loving 2 fit&flares that she suggested. Since I had already made an appointment with the other store for later that day, I didn’t purchase right away (and they didn’t pressure me at all!). But after going to the second store and not liking anything, I couldn’t stop thinking about the dresses at Luv. They ended up getting me back in on short notice the next day and I had my “say yes to the dress” moment with a different associate who was just as awesome! They were also incredibly great at allowing multiple transactions so more than one person could contribute financially (one was even over the phone!). My dress order came in a little earlier than they predicted, but the associate noticed there was a small imperfection with the veil. They were able to get a new one within about a month, and then shipping only took about a week! I think most people would go pick up in-store, but living out of state it was really great that the associates checked everything over before shipping it out to me. The only thing I didn’t particularly love about the store was the layout of the mirror area - it was very pretty and easy to see, but all of the pedestals are in a row along one wall of mirrors, and since my pedestal and guests were on the end, it meant that every time I tried on a new dress I had to walk in front of strangers who were trying to look at their own bride, which was a little bit awkward. The other store I went to had little zones sectioned off, each with their own dressing room so you got more of a private area just for you and your guests. Ultimately, that didn’t end up mattering since the dresses and the rest of the experience were so much better at Luv. I would definitely recommend Luv Bridal to anyone!

Finding my wedding dress at Luv Bridal was the most amazing experience! My original appointment was at 9am on a Saturday and while I was nervous to go wedding dress shopping for the first time, I was warmly and enthusiastically greeted by the staff at the front desk and all of my worries slipped away. Marley was my bridal stylist and let me tell you, request this girl by name for your appointment! She could not be more friendly, personable, and comfortable to work with. She was very knowledgeable about all of the designers and was able to take my eclectic tastes and find the PERFECT dress for me. Okay, so I originally had 3 bridal boutiques booked, Luv Bridal being my first choice, I booked my appointment online (super easy) and got a few follow up emails asking me for some info on what style I like, any dresses I’m already interested, and so on. On the day of my appointment I was asked my budget, i got to walk around the boutique and pick out a few styles that stood out to me. My sales associate Cerina took over from there, she brought me a few dresses in the style I chose, and to my surprise they weren’t what I was expecting 😪 Cerina could tell I was a little unsure and decided to pick something out that I didn’t even look at on the floor, and OMG she nailed it guys! Her introduction alone set a great tone for what I was about to experience and she offered really great tips to try to actually enjoy an experience I had been dreading. I loved their modern, boho dress styles and immediately knew I wanted to schedule an appointment with them. I was able to easily make an appointment within less than a week! This was my second place to try on dressed for my wedding March 12! I was excited to see what off-the-rack options they had since most dressed wouldn’t be in, in time for me. More than a shop but an experience is how I would describe luv bridal. In a beautifully lit space that’s intentional from the moment you walk in to door. The stylist is ready and waiting to greet you offering snacks and water from the moment you walk in the door (also smells amazing like you’re in a candle store). My stylist Megan an Nikki didn’t miss a beat in making me feel comfortable and were the perfect pair to help me in my search for the perfect dress for my big day! The one thing I would say is this is a 15min not 5min early place entirely because it may take you that long to find a place to a park depending on the time of day. It was so busy when I went that I drove around twice looking for parking causing me to be late. I just wish at some point prior to the appointment I would have been advised of the limited parking so I could have built in more time and maybe advised as to where I can park. As though I was early I was not early enough given the 2 laps and then just having to wait for a car to leave…

Now let’s talk about the stylist Sarah who MADE the experience. I went in having a vision for what I wanted that would go with the vibe and the venue of our wedding, and Sarah knocked it out of the park. She brought me through the show room and grabbed dresses and asked me if I gravitated towards them or not, and that helped her narrow down several styles for me to try on. I loved the first one, loved the second one even though it was kind of out of my comfort zone, didn’t love the third one and then the fourth one was…THE ONE. The minute I put it on, Sarah and I knew it was IT. As soon as she put the veil on me, I started crying like a baby which was completely unexpected and shocked my whole party. That’s how we all knew it was the one. Sarah memorized all my guests names, she let me try on several veils and walk around the space to get different lighting views of the dress, she handled my emotions perfectly, she was so knowledgeable. We had another appointment at another bridal shop after Luv, but ended up canceling it and buying the dress on the spot. And I got the veil for FREE because I purchased same day! Dream dress, dream veil, everything I had on my Pinterest board all wrapped into one dress. Sarah & Luv Bridal will forever have a place in my heart!

I booked an appointment a week befofe, i did that online through the website for a sunday morning. I went with my fiance and were immediately greeted and shown our "area" to sit. They have very comfortable sofas and we were offered beverages and snacks. I had the pleasure of working with Marley. She had a great energy and helped me find the dress! So to start she had a list of questions to get a feel for what I was looking for for style, price point and timeline. This was my first dress shopping appointment so I had an idea of what I like in clothes but no idea on wedding dresses so I was going in very open minded. We looked through some racks together and picked a variety to try. We then proceeded to trying dresses on. Marley was very intuitive and experienced she asked me all the right clarifying questions so we could dial in the style and she showed me veils, optional sleeves, she explained lining options. The experience was a very good one. You can make appointments for dress selection and to trying on several to get a feel for the dresses. They help with ideas for which dress may also be a good option for trying on. They do a good job of catering to the bride. They allow you to bring friends and family. The appointment is 90 minutes. They have coffee, cookies, candy, and water for you while you are doing the process. Brionna was really good and helpful.

Their selection of dresses was HUGE and with my wedding being on a time crunch, my consultant Marlee picked out multiple dresses for me that were in my price range and available to be purchased right then and there. Luv Bridal has beautiful/unique dresses. The staff here listen to your vison and work with you to find your dream dress. At Luv Bridal their customer service does not compare to the other shops. I went to 3 Davids Bridal stores, and browsed a bridal boutique before going to Luv Bridal and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. At Luv Bridal I felt like they cared, and they listen to what you truly want. They have great taste and now what to pull for you. If you bring a crowd they treat them with respect but they are truly there to support the bride and will pull you aside and have no problem advocating for you. A few pieces of info for brides not finding it on their website - they told me their dresses start around $1750 and I would not recommend this for buying off the rack. I went to luv bridal looking for an off the rack dress for a wedding this summer. I totally understood that I wouldn't have time to order a dress and because on their website they say "Our Showroom is consistently stocked with off-the-rack gowns for the brides on a short timeframe." I figured they would have some options. Well, first of all their website didn't have budget info and when the consultant asked I said I was looking around $1000 but pretty flexible. Sheer then told me the starting prices were $1750. I had done some research but it was pretty annoying. I'm pretty sure I put that info when I booked. I didn't really feel like I clicked with the consultant. She measured me and showed me where I could look at off the rack dress. There were about 15 dresses to look at, and considering I had a look in mind it just didn't feel like I had many realistic options. I will give it to my consultant that she was thorough and told me about the online warehouse of dresses I could get and she had me try a dress that they had in stock in the warehouse which I honestly liked and considered buying. I think the consultant I worked with was fine, my rating lost stars because I wish I realized the pricing (this should be in the FAQs on their website) and the number or off the rack options. This was a bit of a waste of time and I only had two dress appointments so it was a bummer to feel like this one was wasted. I imagine the consultant also felt like it was a waste of her time though she was professional and did what she could. This all said, if you are on a higher budget and longer timeline you may be very happy, they have lovely dresses.

I had an amazing experience at Luv Bridal. My bridal gown expert (consultant?), Taylor, was not only professional and really knew what she was talking about, but she was also so fun to get to know!!! I felt comfortable throughout the entire process and she did a great job at advocating for me amidst others' opinions, while respecting them as my loved ones. Taylor took her time with me and was patient, but also helped guide me very well. We told her multiple times she deserves a raise (although I'm sure they treat their employees very well). She also respected my price point, so that was cool too! My wedding is in approximately 3.5 months and the original dress I purchased online last year didn't work out, so I knew that timing could significantly narrow down my choices. Although I wasn't able to select just anything from the showroom, there are so many styles, so I actually found MY dress!!!! It's super helpful because they have a great selection and do have some dresses on hand that are available either to take home or to order from the warehouse stateside, which only takes 2.5 weeks to receive. Anyway, I was not expecting to walk out with a dress today and consider myself very particular.... So I am THRILLED and wish I could just wear my wedding dress everywhere now hahaha. Can't wait to party in it on our wedding day!!! Taylor, you're so awesome!!!

They walk you through the options and keep track of what you like, which makes the process fun and not too overwhelming. I had two visits, the second to decide between two dresses I liked, and both times the person I was working with was helpful, provided great options and suggestions, and made sure to reposition the dress whenever I turned to face a different direction.

I had an appointment yesterday, and Cerina was my consultant. She was so sweet and funny, and committed to finding a dress that I loved. There was another woman who helped every so often to get a zipper up, who was so kind - I couldn't have had a better experience with the people whom I interacted with. I said yes to the dress! And, surprisingly, didn't kill my budget. The dresses are priced in the same range as most bridal boutiques, but the experience is unlike the others. My dress journey started six years ago, when we first got engaged. Bridal boutiques like this one felt out of reach as someone on the smaller end of the plus-size scale (5'9", 38DD, 12-14/L-XL, usually a 14 in casual dresses). My options were David's Bridal and Strut Bridal - both of which are great in their own right, but neither of which provided the experience that I had at Luv. A beautifully curated showroom, on-trend dresses, a luxurious atmosphere - things that made me feel more like a bride (finally, haha), and made me feel like I would find my dream dress. I appreciate the dedication to being more size-inclusive, though keep in mind that wedding dresses traditionally run small. The dress I purchased from DB years ago is an 18; and with nearly the same measurements, the dress I purchased from Luv is a 22. That's the designer industry - certainly not a Luv exclusive issue, for women larger than me. I was still able to feel beautiful, and fit in every dress that was brought out (some with more wiggling than others). Even being smaller-plus, that's an experience I didn't think that I'd get to have; and is ultimately why I chose to try, and buy from, Luv. Thank you Cerina, and the Luv staff, for making wedding dress shopping not just painless, but fun; and for having so many beautiful gowns, to make any bride feel gorgeous on their big day.

I had a great experience at Luv with Asia! All the consultants that I interacted with were so kind. I ended up saying YES TO THE DRESS at Luv and it was such a fun experience!! I really loved that in the dressing room the consultants would set up a dress for you and then go on the other side of the curtain when you were changing from one dress to another so it was more private for the bride. There was no pressure to say yes, buy a dress or change from one gown to another. Over all it was a really great experience & I would definitely recommend to other brides!

Luv made me feel comfortable and heard. They well informed me as to what to expect from the process before we began and throughout. I said yes to the dress at Luv and I am sooo happy I did! I made an appointment online, showed up, talked prices and preferences, my entourage and I picked some dresses (my Luv assistant did later), tried them on (you do it mostly yourself with some zip up assistance but it’s much less intrusive that way), and modeled them to the entourage for feedback. The first dress I found was my dress but I went to another store following Luv and later said yes to the dress at Luv. The dress I chose at Luv was a sample dress that needed to be sold off the rack because the dress was no longer being made. The dresses in the shop are samples that you order and they take I believe 8 months to make and ship to you. I would’ve had to pay I believe $125 to expedite it because my wedding was 7 months away. I called the next day after my appointment and said I wanted to purchase it, I payed in full, and picked it up the next day. For reference my dress was $1600 but was discounted to $1200 and with tax it was $1328.18. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Luv and now I’ve sent all of my engaged friends there too!

Amazing experience at Luv! I came to Luv Bridal a few months after I had gotten engaged. The store was so beautiful and inviting with all the dresses on display! We went pre-Covid so I was able to have my family, in-laws, and bridesmaids come with me. This was the first time I had ever tried on wedding dresses before and had looked at their website prior to coming in. I had a few dresses that I wanted to try but was open to trying other ones. Brianna was my consultant and she was incredible! She first sat us down and asked me questions on what I liked and was interested in as well as my budget. For budget, the dresses don't cost beyond $3,000 if I remember and they have all sizes of dresses to try on so it accommodates all brides! I told her that I wanted an A-line dress mainly because I don't normally look good/fit into form fitting gowns. I have an athletic build and form fitting dresses don't fit typically in my hips and thigh area. Brianna asked if I would be willing to try some form fitting dresses, specifically a Fit and Flare dress and I agreed. She then took us around the shop to see all of the dresses and pick ones that I liked. It was nice to have all my guests be able to look as well and recommend dresses for me to try on. I went and got fitted and then tried on dresses. In total, I tried on 4 dresses and all were different styles with some being strapless, some with straps, some A-line, and some Fit and Flare. I liked the first one I tried on but wasn't blown away and definitely didn't like the other 3 dresses. Brianna took note of what I wanted specifically with a strapless dress and with lace. She then pulled a dress that she thought I would love. She pulled the "Tempest" dress from designer Mia Solano and it was the perfect dress! It was a Fit and Flare, strapless sweetheart neckline, with lace. As soon as I put it on I knew that was my dress. It was nothing I had pictured before and was form fitting which I thought I definitely did not want or could not ever pull off. Brianna knocked it out of the park and the stylists at Luv Bridal are amazing at their jobs! I cannot recommend a better bridal salon to go to!

Wow!! Just wow! The entire experience was beyond amazing, from beginning to end. We were first greeted by all the staff members at the door with smiles (you could see the smiles in their eyes, since everyone was wearing a mask, we felt very safe during our appointment). The store was spectacular, ceiling to floor mirrors, beautiful ambiance and furniture, very posh! We were seated at a beautiful couch with tall chairs behind it for viewing the Bride in her dress options. We were all offered a beverage of our choice. Our stylist was Tiffany, she made the whole experience 1000 times better, she definitely knows what she is doing! We went over my ideal dress vision with pictures I’d saved and from my Pinterest board. Make sure you do this, it gives the stylist an idea of what you have envisioned. We then picked out 5 or 6 dresses from the showroom floor. The showroom is set up perfectly, very organized and easy to navigate through. I tried on the dresses we picked out, and let me tell you, I was totally surprised that I liked dress styles I thought I wouldn’t like. So try on EVERY style, you will be surprised!! I never, ever thought I’d love a strapless, until I tried it on! Seriously go out of your comfort zone!! And, no need to bring a bra, I know, that sounds crazy but you don’t wear one with the dress. Tiffany was honest and didn’t try to “up sell” she just wanted me to look beautiful and find MY perfect dress. And that’s exactly what I did, I found my beautiful, perfect dress and Tiffany helped to make it a one of a kind dress. Overall, I would recommend LUV to any and all Brides to be. Prices were great, quality was beyond amazing and the customer service could not be beat. Thank you for making my day PERFECT Luv Bridal, I will spread the good word! This is a magical bridal shop! I was in town visiting my dad for the weekend and my grandmom also flew in. She had the idea that we look at wedding dresses while we were together (my mother is not in the picture). This was the only bridal shop that had a same or next day appointment, so we went. My dad and fiancé came too. They actually have the giant mirrors and little stage setup, like you see on TV lol. So everyone got the full experience. Marley helped us, and she actually picked out the dress I ended up choosing based on my feedback of other dresses I tried on. The two free accessory deal was happening so she brought me the perfect veil and earrings, and that was it. My vision was basically complete. There’s still a good amount of time until my wedding but I don’t want any last minute stress, so I had been searching constantly. Finally I can stop endlessly scrolling through thousands of wedding dresses! On to scrolling through thousands of bridesmaids dresses…😅 I keep staring at the pictures and I’m just so excited, I ended up going with the dress POET. Seriously perfect!

This was my second time trying on wedding dresses and the experience was amazing. I worked with Sydney and she was the perfect person to help me find my dress. We were able to walk the showroom and look at the gowns up close (without plastic over them!) and tell her exactly which ones I wanted to try on. I tried on 5 and loved two of them but one was clearly the winner. My wedding is only 6 months away but Sydney was able to put a rush on shipping and gave me the number of an alterations person and told me to call bow and get on her schedule so my dress will be ready. The setting is fun in that you go into the back to try on your dress and have time to debrief with the consultant and discuss the dress before coming out and then it's a fun runway with great lights and a platform to show your family and friends. I also really liked that I didn't feel rushed and had the full attention of the staff. The bridal store is laid out in a way that is clean fresh and exhilarating! Five stars for the set up of this store. They really make the "Say Yes to the Dress" event quite a special and fun experience! :)

Went to Luv with 3 guests due to covid restrictions, which was plenty in my opinion. Everyone wore masks and I felt very comfortable. Elizabeth was my bridal consultant and she was wonderful and knowledgeable about styles and definitely advocated for which styles would look best on me. I already had a couple of dresses I had seen online in mind, we tried those on in different sizes and colors to give me the best idea of what I wanted. I ended up choosing the exact dress I had first seen online and absolutely fell in love with it. All of the gowns I tried on were pretty reasonably priced, and she stayed within my budget. She let my entourage and I browse through all the dresses and pick ones we liked, and she was great at directing the group and keeping the appointment moving in the right direction. I ended up leaving with my dream dress! Price wise, I was also very surprised to see most of the dresses cheaper than I had seen at other shops, but not lacking in quality. I can’t wait to wear my dress for my big day!

So my wedding experience has been very stressful, as I’m sure it’s been for most brides. I was reluctant to even begin the dress process because I thought it was going to be hard to choose, expensive, and just more stressful. I loved my experience at Luv Bridal! I went to 2 other boutiques and they were nothing compared to Luv Bridal! Luv since when I entered were friendly, the dresses were presented well, very high and the hangers more separated than other boutiques. I was actually able to look at them with ease! And can see from afar which one I might like. They also organized it from type of dresses. I knew the type of dress I wanted so I didn't even have to look at half the dresses. They also had off rack! Asia was next to me the whole time and actually listened to me and gave me the needed recommendation for me to pick my dress! Further, I didn't really realized but somehow she knew how to clip them so I can actually see how my silhouette will be; the other places I didn't even realize didn't do it correctly so I didn't fall in love with the dresses. The dresses here were just beautiful and I was able to actually see myself in many of these dresses. If you have time I definitely recommend to make an appointment and try it out! It might be worthwhile, mine was 😊

I really enjoyed working with Asia here and eventually found my dress here. I needed a sample off the rack bc my wedding is only 5 months away and its in excellent condition which shows you how they treat their inventory. They asked me questions before i arrived and matched me with a stylist who knew what i wanted - my dress ended up being the very first one she pulled for me. It felt like a personal shopping experience and I loved that. The selection here is enormous and the staff is lovely, if younger. I never ever felt pressured and they were super accommodating when I wanted to re-try a dress on a third time (without an appointment). Also, the other customers were friendly - which isn’t really a review on the shop but they clearly attract nice people. Everyone was graciously commenting on how nice each bride looked. Every time I was here there was a variety of body types trying on dresses and it felt like everyone found many dresses they looked good in, so I would say diverse selection and diverse clientele here vs some other shops in Scottsdale... LUV is downtown, which is an up and coming neighborhood, but I lived around the block for years, so don’t feel strange about the neighborhood, it’s a great spot and should be on every brides list in Phoenix.

It's a beautiful shop with plenty of comfortable seating for loved ones. I ended up not being able to afford the styles I did want here, but was left with a great appreciation for the shop and Christine's diligent work to find me what I wanted in my price range. She was so calm and reassured me that we would do everything to find a dress that would need minor alterations! Definitely recommend going here if you are searching for that special wedding dress. They have a very wide variety of styles and silhouettes to pick from as well as dress sizes to try on. (Yes even plus size dresses for us lovely plus sized girls.) My stylist Asia was seriously the best I could have dreamed of helping me find the special dress. They 100% made me feel so confident, relaxed, happy, and comfortable. You have your privacy in the dressing room trying on the dresses and make your entire dress searching experience memorizing. I found my special dress in their shop and even cried twice in it. Along with my dress I also found the perfect veil to accent my dress. They are very respectful and make sure to answer every question you may have. If I could I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. My mom and bridesmaids that came along with me to my appointment were also very impressed with the whole dress shopping experience with them.I am very glad I picked them for my wedding dress.

The consultant I was with was super helpful and nice, she made sure I felt right in the dress I wanted and listened to what I didn’t want. Christine was really incredible! She went out of her way to give me her undivided attention. During my appointment, she overheard me talking with my sister (who was my photographer) about using the seamstress's room to try on dresses instead of the main showroom. We thought the lighting and privacy in there would be better for pictures. She checked to see if it was booked and allowed us to use it. This really made my experience even better. I'm very happy with the pics I was able to take of all my choices so that I could take my time at home selecting the perfect gown. To top it off, I was able to show all my bridesmaids these pics and get their opinion as well. She was patient with me even when I called two days later (still undecided) to get pricing on "just one more gown." I did not feel pressured to make a decision at any point during the process. Truly an overall fantastic bridal shop experience!

I was overwhelmed with the amount of dresses, and my consultant helped me real it in. She also kept me conscious of my budget, which I really appreciate. She started by telling me the dresses typically start at 1400, which worried me as my budget was 1500, and I somehow left leaving with a dress priced at 1299! I was so excited! Five starts is NOT enough for Luv Bridal. First, they have a large selection of beautiful dresses in a clean, comfortable show room. They offer snacks and have a great stage for trying on dresses. Megan was very patient and gave me just enough guidance and feedback to help me have fun, find the best dress for me, and feel comfortable. I never felt smothered or pressured as I had in previous stores. The dress she found (which I would not have picked to try on myself) ended up being my favorite gown (and for only $899 it was one of the better priced dresses I found too). However, I visited another store that offered to "create" essentially the same dress with a corset AND add bits of lace from my mother's wedding dress for the same price. Fast forward to six months later when the other bridal store delivered the wrong dress and had to refund my purchase - leaving me dress-less 3 weeks before my wedding, I ran back to Luv hoping they still had my beautiful dress available. BRITTNEY (the HERO of my wedding) went above and beyond for me. When I had given up hope (as my dress was not supposed to be available off the rack), she called around to the other locations and with much time and effort on her part, I am sure, she found my dress for me!!!! Brittney also helped connect me to a wonderful seamstress who was able to do my rush order perfectly with time to spare before my wedding. They have stayed helpful through the entire process all the way up to helping me find a trusted location to get my dress boxed and cleaned after the wedding. I cannot sing enough praises for Luv Bridal and the wonderful women who work there. Thank you; I am so grateful that you were there for me!

My maid of honor and I came to Phoenix for a relaxing, lowkey bridal weekend and to “say yes to the dress.” We decided pretty early to only go to one bridal boutique due to the desire to not spend the entire day trying on dresses and wasting the beautiful Phoenix sunshine. Based on reviews from the several bridal websites, we elected to go to Luv Bridal, and we could not have been more pleased. The environment is absolutely gorgeous, and the stages and platforms to try on the dresses is similar to the set-ups you see in television shows and movies; the sitting area for the bridal party is elegant and comfortable as well. Our consultant Rachel was in one word amazing. She was so patient with us, and was an absolute joy to work with, and took care to understand my vision of what I wanted to offer suggestions without being overbearing. My bridesmaid and I chose approximately ten dresses, and she was always on hand to help me in and out of the dresses as well as offer different accessories to complement the dresses (e.g. veils, belts). My bridesmaid and I love to have a good time, and by the end of our session, Rachel was a part of the group, which was definitely helpful in making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our day. At the end of our session, I said “Yes to the [AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL] Dress”, and my entire experience at Luv Bridal was an incredible memory as the wedding day begins to get closer. One note – all of the dresses are handmade, and can take up to four months or longer to create. I was able to get the rush order for an extra $150 for my wedding in five months, but if you’re on a tighter timeline, you might want to call to confirm that receiving your wedding dress on time is feasible.

This review is based solely on the fact that we had an appointment at LUV Bridal (we had flown in from out of town for it), but my daughter became ill. We cancelled the appointment due to my daughter becoming ill the day before, because we didn't want to put others at risk. We were still charged $50 for the cancellation, which I thought was a bit ridiculous. We could have kept the appointment and put the staff and other brides-to-be at risk, or done the responsible thing and cancelled. We have to return to complete our wedding dress shopping, but will be going to more understanding and appreciative boutiques. UPDATE: The manager contacted my daughter and was very gracious about the situation. She did refund our deposit, which we very much appreciated. While we didn’t get to shop at Luv Bridal this trip and can’t speak to a shopping experience, I am adding stars for customer service.

I recently went into Luv Bridal to begin the search for my perfect dress. I was met with smiles and professionalism when I walked in. I worked with Megan during the appointment and she went above and beyond to help me. She was conscious of my budget and was able to help suggest dresses and styles that would work best for my budget, body type and my wedding venue. Megan let my friends pick dresses, let me go back to the displays and let me pick more dresses to try on. I have heard other reviews from other bridal boutiques that limit the amount of dresses and be very tight with appointment times and I was very happy that I never felt that at Luv Bridal. I was shopping without family and they let me Skype my mom in to make sure that this was "the one" and that meant a lot to both of us. The prices of the dresses were so affordable! I was so surprised as I have heard dresses typically higher. The dress I picked along with the veil and belt total came up under my budget. Please don't look over this place due to the location. It was amazing on the inside with the most beautiful selection and best prices. I cannot wait to order my dream dress. Thanks Luv Bridal for everything it was a wonderful experience.
