With the exception of one clown in customer service Luke Main Exchange is a nice place to shop. It has a good selection of products and comfortable atmosphere. If I need to go to customer service I drive the extra distance to Davis Montana AFB.

This place is always popping. They have some really cool and unique stores in here these days. They also have a lot of kiosks. There are a handful of restaurants as well as, Starbucks. Great place to shop and as always the BX is tax free.

I love shopping at Luke! It's definitely a privilege if you are on active military duty, retired military, or eligible spouse of military. In the exchange there are multiple businesses and the exchange itself is similar to a single store with the contents of a mini mall. It's got the level of Macy's, including skin care, makeup, fragrance, fine jewelry, appliances, home items... Pretty much everything you need right here. It's on base so it's not available for anyone without id to get on Base.

The clothing and jewelry in the aisles are pricing. It would be nice if the exchange didn’t do this to service members, especially those who just enter and don’t have transportation and have to frequent the store due to proximity. No tax but it feels like the tax is hidden in the prices already. Side note: There are some very decent guns on display which are affordable and payment plans can be put on guns which cost over $600+.

One of the better Exchanges I've been to. Prices are a bit lower than retail. The store is clean. The building is old and could use a nice new coat of paint. The thing I like most about this location is that they offer a firearms section with a nice selection in the store, most exchanges don't offer this.

Excellent place for Active and Retired Military to shop and spend time looking for those comfort items Veterans always have in mind. I enjoyed stationed Personnel attitudes and respect that doesn't happen in Civilian Malls, and shopping centers. Not always the cheapest place to shop, however the feeling of security might be worth the extra dollar. Semper Fidelis!!

The Luke Main Exchange was okay, many of the smaller stores were closed because it was Black Friday. The large department store had a good selection of products, but I think Costco's prices are just as good if not better. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Getting in and out is pretty quick. Prices are great for most items like big purchase or gifts. Their return policy is good. No hassle so far. Its organized but I always have a hard time finding specific items/variety.

I've always had a good experience shopping at this exchange. It's stocked well and even has items local stores don't carry. It appears that some prices have gone up and are about equal to those in surrounding local stores. However there are still good deals on allot of the merchandise there. Im happy they started carrying fire arms and amo. Most all employees are friendly and helpful. I don't ha ave any problem with supporting the exchange.

Old habits die hard. After being a military wife for 22 years, going back to the base for shopping is just ...well it feels good. Can't complain about the BX, but the commissary is where I really like to go. I shouldn't be surprised, but I always am, how much cheaper the commissary is than the local grocery stores.

Pretty cool, 1st time on a base in about 45 years. Going thru the gate went easy, make sure you have your ID in order. Shopped at the BX, all went well. Prices were like going to Kohl's or Walmart, but pay no tax.

It's about 40 miles (round trip) for me to visit Luke AFB (usually, specifically, to buy a high ticket item and avoid sales tax). When I DO make the trip, the people at the BX are nearly all kind, patient, helpful, and they DO make it worth the effort.

Never been before so very neat to visit. As I'm not military, must be with someone who was/is in military. Must register at visitor's center with photo ID and have background check before they allow you to enter. You see "TopGun" jets and "exchange" (department stores in with everything u need) "commissary" (grocery store, fast food restaurants) roadways are very clean, people are all very nice, respectful and considerate. Must visit.

It's a nice exchange. They have a mall area with several fast food restaurants, like pizza, subs and chicken. They also have several small shops and ìndependant vendor booths. Ample parking garage with elevator.

Luke AFB Main Exchange is a good full-service shopping experience. Not fancy or stocked deeply, but prices are very competitive and there is no sales tax (for military members that means an ~9% immediate savings)
