Stacey was on top of everything I needed and knew exactly when I need recommendations and opinions to be made. I got to customize everything (collar, buttons, trims, linings, pockets, you name it) Can’t wait to get everything I ordered in the mail!

Please research such colors, materials, and occasions before you go to the store and ask questions while you are in the store. This is my place to go from on. I had a mixed experience. I worked with a female who was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. she was unprofessional and rude all over I almost walked out. We have a wedding party of 8 people all of which who are coming there. We are also buying multiple suits for multiple people. Worst customer service. BUT Thankfully Herb walked in and saved the day! Can’t say enough positive things about Herbert. He gave me wonderful knowledge and helpful actually answered my questions. If you get paired with a female there with maroon/brown hair leave immediately and reschedule. Don’t let her ruin your experience

Absolutely out-of-this-world experience at INDOCHINO today!!! I surprised my boyfriend with a custom suit for his birthday and I’m so glad we chose to come here. We got to work with the manager Deshonna, and she was training a gentleman named Zaid - both of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience a ton of fun. Right when we walked in Deshonna greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel right at home, she even treated us to beers to celebrate his birthday, and quickly got to work designing his suit. We made our way around the showroom and piece by piece they explained what options were available to customize. Everything from the suit’s color and fabric, to the vents, lapels, buttons, stitching, lining, pleats, etc are customizable. You can even create your own monogram inside the jacket! I especially loved that they had examples (in-person, not on a screen) of each choice and would walk us through them with explanations of the differences, then they made suggestions based on current trends and my man’s personal style. It felt like they really took the time to get to know him and made suggestions based on that. He had already checked out their website ahead of time so they were able to make very quick decisions, but it’s worth noting that we never felt pressured, “upsold”, or rushed into making quick decisions. Deshonna and Zaid totally worked at our pace and were more than willing to answer all of our questions. I also absolutely loved the vibe of this place. It’s upscale without being pretentious; it has a totally warm and welcoming environment, casual and comfortable, but also made us feel fancier than we are in real life 😅 I loved that we could joke around with Deshonna and Zaid, they were willing to get side tracked and take pictures for us, but then we’d get right back to business and designed a totally badass suit. Deshonna took all of his measurements and did an amazing job explaining how things were supposed to fit and why. She was quick and efficient and made sure he was very comfortable the whole time. And I liked that even fit was customizable (I mean, obviously, but like she didn’t assume he wanted it super fitted or super loose, she asked along the way how he liked things to fit and made great recommendations on that, too!) Okay, I’m rambling now, but it’s just because I legitimately LOVED our time at INDOCHINO today! 🥰 Thank you THANK YOUUUUU for making my handsome man’s birthday extra special, we had a blast and will absolutely be back. P.S. you seriously can’t beat the price either. Check out their website for details but around $400 for a custom jacket and pants is out of this world!!! Update: the customer service just keeps getting better and better. Everyone at INDOCHINO has been so helpful with Fernando’s fittings. We had to go back a couple times to make some fit adjustments and every time they’re always extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. His suit is absolutely PERFECT, he can’t stop smiling every time he puts it on. I’ll add updated pics of the final fitting too! ❤️

Cannot recommend this place and Sean enough. We got a suit made here in 2019 and had such a good experience we made sure we came back again last week to get my fiancé’s suit for our wedding. Sean is incredibly knowledgable and gave great advice when we were looking through options. The suits are so reasonable, especially since you get everything customized to you and YOUR body type. As a new customer I didn't know exactly what to expect from this first experience. I did some research a the company has consistently received positive reviews from most clients but, you know, it was my first experience. I showed up without an appointment. I didn't have to get the entire order nailed down on my first visit. Shawn at the Phoenix store was great. Once we settled on the fabric we just moved right through the decision making with Shawn's assistance. Most of this I had figured out before I arrived. A huge advantage to going to a store was being able to fine tune the fit of the suit which was where Shawn really impressed both my wife and I. Super professional and experience. Several little adjustments were made at his suggestion that never would have happened if I'd have done this myself online. I have no doubt that I will have little if any alterations on the finished garment.

Aaron at this location was just phenomenal. I've bought several Indochino suits in the past, but the last one I bought could've fit better. As he was updating my measurements, he listened to what I didn't like about that suit, and made sure that his notes corrected the issues for this suit. He took his time and made sure the correct silhouette was selected to look the best on my body type. I'll need to find a way to get down here every time I need to pop into an Indochino store! Also, David-Paul was a great help in selecting the details for my new suit that fit my personality and matched what I was looking for. I had a great experience overall.

Needed to get a suit for job interviews and went to Indochino because I liked the look of the suits and accessories on the web site. I dreaded going in to get measured for the suit. I've ordered suits from Indochino online before but this was my first experience in the store. Shawn was fantastic and helped me figure out everything for my wedding tuxedo. He walked me through all the options and made what felt like 100 different measurements (the tux fits like a glove so it was worth it). The store itself is really nice and the treatment makes you feel like you're at a high-end tailor or department store. I'll be back for sure.

I purchased my suit entirely online through their website, but brought the suit in store for tailoring (included with the purchase). Making an appointment was a breeze, and Deshonna was ready for me when I arrived and was wonderful to work with. She gave several suggestions, took the appropriate measurements, and told me it would be ready in a few weeks. A few weeks passed, I received an email that my suit was back, and went in for a final fitting. I worked with Deshonna again and her wonderful attention to detail had the suit fitting like a glove. Next time I'll purchase in person directly from the store, but I couldn't be happier with my suit and the service received in store.

My fitting and experience were great. The staff is excellent in helping with every detail of the suit, from fabric to lining to buttons to stitching. After you have customized all of these details, they are great with finding the right fit for you. Ally Moreno provided an excellent tailoring experience and answered any questions I had in the process. She made sure my suit fit me just right. The staff also helped in picking the right tie and pocket square to match the suit fabric, to complete the look. I would recommend the experience to anybody.

This was the first time in my life that I've shopped for suits. I visited a few other places in town and between not liking the styles or receiving much help or attention from the staff, I was a little bummed about suit shopping. That all changed immediately after going to Indochino and getting amazing service from Brandon. Brandon was extremely patient, nice, funny, and over the top helpful. He help me settle on a suit pattern after showing several of the samples, the online catalogue, and even found photos of the suits on Instagram. At every step of the process he helped educate me on the different choices and their pros and cons. He was great about providing the right amount of his own style preference/advice to help me make decisions. He also was very thorough with taking measurements and making small adjustments to make sure the fit was right and looked good. I made an appointment for 1 hour and ended up staying for 1.5 hours and Brandon stayed positive and helpful the whole time. Overall, I had an amazing experience and left with a fantastic suit!

2019 Q2: Brandon helped me last night. He stayed late and did a phenomenal job. I ordered three more suits. I recently lost nearly 20 pounds, so Brandon patiently redid ALL my measurements. Then he custom fitted a suit with pins in all the right places so he could re-measure and adjust as needed so that the suits will fit just perfect. Brandon is highly skilled and knowledgable and it is obvious he thoroughly enjoys what he does. He offered suggestions that helped us make decisions. He offered opinions and professional recommendations based on his industry knowledge and experience. I recommend Brandon and look forward to my next suit purchase. I am so excited for these new suits. They cannot arrive soon enough! 2018 Q4: Ally did a great job today. Our previous experience at this location was great, and this latest experience was great too. The previous appointment took all my measurements, and today I ordered 2 more suits. It was quick and easy and Ally helped us every step of the way. There are so many options, it can be overwhelming, but take it slow and I got through it well enough. I am so excited for these new suits to arrive. The previous suits arrived quickly and fit like a glove! So happy with these purchases!

When I showed up for my appointment, Aaron was there to immediately (and slowly, thankfully) walk me through each step. Did you know suits have 1 or 2 vents on the back? Aaron did. on my first visit to Indochino I had the luck and pleasure of having Alix help me with my initial measurements and selection of materials and finishes. She was thorough and detailed about the whole process and had a lot of excellent information not only about the technical components or what we were doing but also it’s bits about the fashion component as well. Fast Forward a few weeks and my suit came in. It is beautiful but needed a few tweaks which frankly was expected. I have a build and body type that has always made suit shopping a compromise for me and has ended in a bit of disappointment in the past. I can tell you without a doubt it is a new day with Alix’s help. We have made some adjustment and sent it off for the final adjustment and even with that being the case I have already never had a suit fit so well. Alix’s dedication to having it look sublime over good enough is refreshing and will ensure my repeat business. I can not stress enough that Alix is an absolute rockstar!!! She knows her stuff and made me feel at ease about the whole process. She clearly cares that I leave there with a suit that fits well, looks good and makes me feel like a boss! Great experience being fitted for a custom blazer. This was my first experience being fitted for anything but a rental tux and I'm super appreciative of the help from the staff. Staff are helpful and zero pressure, while giving fantastic advice on the fabrics, options, styles, etc. I asked about women's suits/ jackets also and was assured they can do those also so in sure I'll be back with my daughter for her first real business suit.

Deshanna the showroom Mgr at the a Scottsdale location fitted me and she was friendly and offered professional advice on colors and options. She was more than helpful and kind. When the suit arrived, the jacket measurements were SPOT ON. I’m an athlete with 19” biceps, 48” chest and 34” waist. Off the rack often requires $200 of alterations and it still doesn’t fit right. I was impressed with the quality and fine detail from the pick stitching to liner. Subtle detail that makes a custom suit stand apart in a crowd of “Off the rack” basic. The pants needed a tad hemming and the guarantee fit promise and tailoring credit process went smooth. it’s far from a bespoke, but for the price and the plethora of custom options and colors it’s well worth the cost. When I went to my tailor who is from the Ukraine and made clothes in the past. she thought it was a $2k suit.

DeShonna was fantastic! I have always followed the traditional route of buying a suit and taking it to my tailor to have it altered. I was skeptical of the process and in fact a bit worried when I receive my suit in the mail and it wasn’t just right. After a few minutes with the DeShonna I realized quickly she knew her stuff! I don’t know what other people constitute as “high end service” but for me, this was easily one of the best customer service experiences that I’ve had. From the very start, Alix was friendly, conscientious, professional, and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the material and style selection process and listened to my needs and wants while offering her informed professional opinion. Even when I vacillated about several style items, Alix was patient and simply helped inform me until I felt great about my choices. I’m excited for my custom suit from the modern, slim cut and floral lining, all the way down to the color accent button hole stitching. The set pricing structure is simple, a great value, and apparently, the staff don’t make commission (which as someone who does sales I think they should). I added on a custom shirt with tie and pocket square package for a modest price, and all in all, I’m thoroughly satisfied!

Feels like a high end experience for a very reasonable price. Shawn very patiently walked me through the styles and helped me design a suit that would work for me. He was an excellent listener, but also aware enough to step in with opinions when I wanted them. I've always liked Indochino, but worried about measuring myself correctly. This storefront takes away the measurement guesswork and allows you to have a conversation with an expert about the more difficult choices. That said ... the suit hasn't arrived yet, so hopefully all that hardwork pays off.

I hate clothes shopping and avoid it at all costs. My catch 22 is I really like having great looking/fitting clothing. My experience at Indochino is the first time I can ever remember saying "I had a fantastic experience at the mall today". Alix was an enormous help! She happily guided me through the whole process and was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge/indecisive nature when it comes to fashion. The whole crew on staff that day, including management, was a huge help adding their opinions and advice as well. My suit arrived perfect and ahead of schedule (which was very important, as I put off getting a suit until really close to my wedding). I went into this showroom a couple of months back and was helped by two awesome people for the price of one. Ally Moreno and Brandon took a couple looks at the suit I had bought online and was bringing in for alterations, and were like "Yeah, we're gonna measure you up and remake that suit for you." While I was there I bought two more suits since there was a promo going on for MTM suits for $299 apiece or two for $549. I did the math and went for the two. I’m using my wife’s account to post this. First of all the three people that worked with me were far beyond the norm. Really great customer service! I received my suits inside of two weeks. The fit was nice but a bit tight Despite my request to allow a little extra room in the fit, I’m 60 so maybe I just like a little room to move. The pants are about 3/4” too short. My wife noticed that the material under the lapel shows a bit and it looks bad. It’s actually a sewing issue, not an ironing issue, so we will have that looked at when I take the suits in for a little adjusting. I’ll re-post when we finish getting them perfect. Hopefully the adjustments can be made and the lapel issue fixed.

What a pleasure to be fitted here. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you not only get the best suit for your buck but also precise measurements. I have a lung disease that causes my upper posture to be very unique, the employees were able to identify and make corrections to various parts of my jacket to compensate for the atypical posture. As a tall, fit gentleman there are not many, if any, suits that fit me as a suit should off the rack. To me, there is nothing worse than the look of an ill fitting tux or suit, especially for my own wedding. You will be forever framed in photographs wearing that suit. Tyler was a great asset in helping me get fitted as well as assisting in guiding me towards the best style for me. I insist on going in store instead of the app, I had to have a dozen errors trying to measure myself. Thankfully indochino of Scottsdale was able to save me from myself. As an off and on online Indochino customer, I only recently had the opportunity to visit their Scottsdale showroom and simply put, it was a game changer. Beyond the ability to see and feel the fabric options in person, the one on one interaction is invaluable. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by the showroom manager, Deshonna, who quite frankly is amazing and the reason I’ll continue to be an Indochino customer going forward. Deshonna is a consummate professional, but with enough sass to make the whole experience enjoyable. She’s an incredible style guide with unlimited patience (I can be a bit difficult) and always makes you feel like you are the #1 priority. Even if/when alterations are required once you receive your garments, Deshonna and her team will make sure the needed adjustments are made and even point out things that you may not realize yourself. Deshonna went out of her way in this regard for me personally, making sure the transaction wasn’t final until I was 100% happy and that in particular really earned my loyalty. As long as you go into the process understanding the lead time that is required, including additional time for alterations if necessary, then you won’t be disappointed in the result for the price and quality you receive.

Nice suits, but staff is less than friendly. I was in a few weeks ago to purchase some new suits. A coworker recommended INDOCHINO, so I thought I would give it at shot. The young woman that helped me, Alex, was pleasant but repeatedly tried to get me out of my comfort zone with regard to my choices. I understand that some people want that - but you should take no for an answer. Two of the three suits I bought fit wonderfully and look very nice. The jacket on the third suit, however, was quite a bit smaller than the others and needed some alterations. I made an appointment and came in today, a Saturday, to get the jacket altered. The guy that helped me was the complete opposite of Alix - no smile, no hello, nothing. He asked what was wrong with the jacket. I explained and he marked it up. Still no smiling, no questions as to the fit of the other things I bought, nothing. He explained that it would take three weeks for alterations, which is more than a little excessive. They must be sending them back to China to be altered - it's an easy fix. Seriously. He said he was done and that I'd get an email when they were ready. No thank you, no goodbye.. just unpleasant. All told, today kind of soured me on INDOCHINO. I really like the suits I purchased, but I'm not sure I want to go back for unfriendly service.

Great selection and service, but consistently overbooked and relatively understaffed. Scheduled for an appointment? Expect to be seen 20+ minutes after that time. But also expect friendly staff, great help, and an even better fitting and looking suit.
