I just visited the Peoria location this morning. Sara was assisting me on finding the perfect dress, she was very polite, knowledgeable and was able to find dresses that I was going for. She made the experience very memorable for me and my family & answered all questions! Although I did not go with a dress from David’s bridal, they had wonderful selections and I would still recommend anyone looking to see all the options they have. You can pretty much customize a lot of their dresses.I attached a few dresses I got to try on :)

I went into the Peoria store on a last minute thought to just go “look” for something cute for my Maui beach elopement wedding. I went in with no real expectations, as I originally had planned to get a cute Hawaiian dress once in Maui. (Also I was flying out 5 days later so there would be no time for alterations!) The nice young lady Kennedy assisted me - and yes, I did ended up finding a dress I absolutely loved, along with jewelry & some cute “Bride” flip flops! Her kind, sweet demeanor made my shopping experience so enjoyable & non stressful, I felt like I was shopping with a friend. If you’re looking to shop for wedding dress - ask for Kennedy!

Sara, stylist that helped us did a great job. While her job does require her to multitask between 2 clients and guests at once, she was able to accommodate both. While this was our very first outing and our requests limiting our options for a black dress. She was still able to show us what was avail and how we could still achieve the perfect dress! We did not “say yes to the dress” there. We were definitely appreciative. Photo below was a favorite, but wasn’t “the one” .

So many good things I could say about this store! I had an appointment at the Scottsdales location in the morning and this store was able to find me another appointment that evening so I can air the extra time to find my dream dress before my mom flew home. Sara was absolutely AMAZING. She was kind, patient and efficient. She continued to help me find exactly what I wanted and helped me put together the dress of my dreams! I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for the experience I had and the care that this store put into my appointment. Highly recommend!

Had the best experience here my appointment was at 9 but I was mistaken and thought it was at 10 am. They were still able to accommodate me and one of my bridesmaids find dresses. I got lucky and found my dress and a beautiful veil! I even purchase the jacket I’ve been wanting. Unfortunately my bridesmaid didn’t find the dress in the style she wanted nor the color. Not sure what’s up with shipping and having enough items in stock especially as wedding season approaches. But I am grateful for my experience here and blessed to have found a dress!

So I came her about 11 years ago with my friend to get her wedding dress and she made me try one on, I fell in love but wasn’t even close to marriage. Eleven years later and I am back at this store and SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Danielle helped me find the perfect one! It was a size two, not even a size that was supposed to fit since we measured me to be a 4/6. She said let’s try it anyway, and we both agreed that the worst was it didn’t fit so we tried it on to see. First dress I tried on and it was fantastic! It even worked perfectly with my jean jacket as we are planning it in October up north and barefoot with jackets. We wanted quaint and simple and this is perfect!! I love it. Thank you David’s Bridal for being the best💗

I walked in and seen Bethany , as the bride’s mother, knew right away she would be perfect to help my daughter!!! I asked if she could help her. She had come in early. So she was available. She was PERFECT! She had the same type of personality as my beautiful daughter. I had already ordered a dress online from somewhere else. Thanks to Bethany my baby girl fell in love with that dress!! Kennedy!!!! Thank you for your help!! I am approaching quickly on my wedding day! I Had some body confidence issues but Kennedy made me feel so comfortable. She took her time to listen to what I had in mind but also show me some other that I might like. I was open to trying on different and so glad I did! I found the dress that made me feel my best! (Nothing as I had planned lol) but better. Kennedy was solution oriented to suggest alterations that could suit what I wanted. Because she listened to my theme and colors , she also picked out the perfected belt and veil that made the dress pop! Thank you again Kennedy!

If I could rate this place higher I would! I walked in looking for my wedding dress without making an appointment! 🤦‍♀️ Fortunately, Vertrell was able to help me and she was one of the nicest people that I have ever met. I was able to find a dress that fit me and my needs perfectly. Vertrell helped me pick some matching shoes and even a super cute jean jacket that says "Wifey" on the back. I am IN LOVE with my wedding dress outfit. Thank you for making this experience quick and painless. That's one less thing that I have to worry about for my wedding.

My consultant was amazing, she gave us many options, was not in a hurry and provide price off the dresses, she was very polite, professional and gave us the experience that I was expecting. Also, the manager of the store ask how we where doing a couple of times during the appoitment. Event she got the lady of alterations to come and give us options as my dress was the last one available. 100% recomended and If you go to this location ask for Nidya.

I had already bought a dress from a different David’s but wasn’t in love with it, but Bethany didn’t make me feel self conscious or anything for changing my mind. I went into David’s Bridal looking for style inspiration bringing a few family members along. Sara was our stylist and she was so great! She helped me try on at least a dozen dresses! Not only was she was patient and kind, she wasn’t pushy or sales-y at all! She even let my appointment go over the time allotted because I was having fun trying things on and luckily there wasn’t another appointment behind me. Sara helped me at this David's Bridal location yesterday, and I am so impressed with her customer service skills. I will be standing as the maid of honor for my cousin's wedding next June, but she and all her other bridesmaids live in Central CA, making it hard to collaborate on dresses. Additionally, the bridesmaids want a certain style/budget while the bride wants a certain color, and all of us have vastly different body shapes/sizes/heights, etc. which makes it particularly challenging to find a happy middle ground. Sara attentively listened to all of the concerns that each member of the bridal party expressed to me, and she so graciously and patiently suggested dress after dress so that I could do try-ons, take pictures, and send them to the ladies for deliberation. I want to specifically point out that Sara has a great eye for class and style without even needing input; she brought me dresses that I was a bit apprehensive to try on at first based on my checklist, and her suggestions actually became my favorites. They were SO breathtaking, and I'm hoping the bride approves those ones. She also took the time to clip and style the dresses, and she is so fun and easy to click with and talk to. If being a great stylist wasn't enough, she gave me a plastic bag to shroud my treasured purse in when it started pouring rain outside so I wouldn't have to use my coat to shield it. She was an angel, and I wish her all the best in all she does. If a future occasion calls me back to David's Bridal again, I will request Sara first. You're the best. 🥺❤️

I must say for having to come in and purchase a second wedding dress due to some disappointments with my first one at this David Bridal the four gals were so extremely helpful so encouraging and positive during my whole experience. These fine gals were Taylor who helped me getting all my dresses and unzipped and unbuttoned, Wilhelmina who did the consultation and pinned me for my alterations and then there was Anna and Kennedy worked the floor but also came to check on me and just enjoy this experience. They even were so kind to offer me a small discount to help me out in my teensy little situation that they completely turn around into a beautiful and fun experience! Thank you gals ! Will I recommend? Yes, for service like yours !

I have a formal wedding to attend in 17 days! I came in with pictures of a few dresses I found online that I liked. Sarah greeted me promptly at the door and took my measurements (I thought I was a whole size bigger!). Sarah grabbed the dress and a sister dress of the ones I picked out online to ensure they would get here before my event. She grabbed some heels for me to try on since i forgot mine at home. The checkout process was quick and easy too. Best dress shopping experience I have had.

I went into this appointment with no expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had. Sara was amazing!! She was warm, friendly, and patient. She went out of her way to make us comfortable. Not only did she understand what I was looking for, but she found me an amazing dress to try on. This made it so much harder for me to decide but that's not a bad problem to have lol. The fact that she loves Harry Potter as well didn't hurt! She offered suggestions without being aggressive or harsh. She was very professional. The 4 stars is for not having a pedistal for the bride to stand on. We had to fluff the dress out to see any of the details at the hem line & at the train the dress.

Our stylist, Sara, was so helpful with our first attempt at finding "the dress," even though we didn't find it on this trip. She had a lot of great ideas and listened to what my daughter did and did not like about each dress to help her figure out what she wants in a dress. The only thing I would change is not about our stylist, but a store policy - I wish the store did not limit your shopping time and require another trip (and another appointment) to look at more dresses.

A place that is truly special because of one employee named Amy I was looking for a specific shoe. I gave the Peoria location a call and Amy answered the phone. She looked but didn't find it came back asked for a bit more info and she was able to locate it. She gladly let me know the shoes would be held at the front and my family was on the way. When they arrived, the shoes were a little high for what we needed and she helped find the right shoe for the perfect Quinceanera look! Sara was great!!! She helped me find my dream shoes that weren’t even on the sales floor????! She had just found them in the back after I had told her what I was looking for! I needed to come back to size up unfortunately and I was pretty stressed about doing an exchange. My stylist was Domonique Duvall. When I came to the store everybody was super receptive and super friendly. Explained very well how is the process. I didn’t know what dress I wanted but showed ideas to Domonique. For my surprise and my friends, first dress was the winner!! We tried a few more but I always went back to the first. Then, I asked for something different and my friend was the one taking this dress. It was a fun time! Everybody was helpful and answering all the questions. I completely Recommend 110% this store.

The best costumer service I had in a very long long time right when I walked in I was asked right away what I needed help with About a hour before closing! I came in for a exchange MARICIA helped me get my babys flower girl dress in the correct size needed for our event , the 1st dress was just to tight she happily switched the dress for me she definitely helped me out in this situation , we will return to this location for any future dress needs Thank you agin MARICIA and all the other lady’s working tonight. This weekend I booked an appointment to try on wedding dresses for my October wedding. Luckily for me, my appointment was with Kennedy, aka every bride’s best friend. She was so sweet, genuine and warm; she instantly put me at ease. Based on my interactions with other boutique bridal shops, I was worried about lead times and my timeline. I went to David's bridal a few weeks ago with absolutely no idea what I wanted. I actually told my friend when we walked in the store that the appointment wouldn't be to buy a dress, but to simply figure out what I wanted out of a dress. Ask for Jannia, she is incredible! Jannia made our visit so comfortable. There were three of us shopping for dresses, with wildly different styles, and she knew how to accommodate us all. I had 3 Brides maid dresses to buy for a wedding taking place first week of August! With Noo time to loose I began my search. I was able to find 2 of the close out dresses the bride chose, for these girls! Found them in 2 different stores in the valley but for the 3rd dress , I called everywhere and they had nothing in her size! With desperation we called Peoria David’s Bridal and a young lady by the name Krystal, heard my situation and wasted no time! Great location! Made an appointment a week before searching for a wedding dress. I was greeted upon entry warmly, our sales associate was kind, listened to what I was wanting & gave some great recommendations! She was good about paying attention to my budget as well so to not bring me any dresses she knew I couldn’t afford. I was treated kindly and they didn’t mind that I brought my kids. They even gave them bells to keep them distracted while I tried on gowns. She let me try on as many as I wanted. Never rushed me once through the entire process (website said they only do appointments for an hour but I was there probably 2.5 hours.) I am the most indecisive person & she really made me comfortable & enjoy the process of finding a dress without becoming overwhelmed. My only caveat is that all of their try on dresses were huge and I had to be clipped like crazy to even see the shape of some of the dresses that I was trying on. Still giving them 5 stars simply because of the stylist that I had. She was a rockstar. My dress will be ready in June to pick up which I am more than excited to see it & try it on in my size. I will definitely leave another review once I go back for alterations; however, this first experience was overall really amazing!

There was SOOO much of a selection here! Many beautiful dresses/sizes! I actually said yes to the dress at David’s bridal! Can’t beat their prices either! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they don’t help you very much at your appointment. I picked out about 6 dresses to try on. I had to put all of them on myself. Including zipping and buttons. My mom helped with buttons. They don’t have a pedestal for you to stand on to see the full dress. The manager did end up coming in the end (just by walking by) and being a huge help!!!! Just from going to another store first. They should have you slip into the dress then the employee should go into the room and zip/button and clip in the dressing room so you can come out looking at the full effect! They also did a little ceremony at the end because I did say yes to the dress which was super fun!!! All in all the manager at this store was AMAZING!

***Four stars only for staff!! Cassie was great! David's Bridal Co. needs to update their dresses physically and artistically. Some dresses were falling apart and they were still trying to sell them. Bigger size dresses are bland in style and color. Just in case you do decide to stop by, always ask about tailoring fees and "rush fees" ( both in tailoring and shipping orders.)

The alterations department at David’s Bridal Peoria absolutely blew me away! I HIGHLY recommend them to any upcoming bride looking for their dream dress. I came in mid November and found a gorgeous blush gown with the help of my stylist, Allison. She assured me the alterations department could do whatever I wanted with it, even when I said I wanted the dress to be altered into a “high-low” style. The stylist was very sweet and helpful. But I’m petite and there was nothing below a size 6 or so in store. The only thing close to my size was a returned dress. There are no mirrors in the dressing room, so my entourage saw my dress before I did. And I was kinda lost until I picked out a few dresses for myself and went to try them on. It wasn’t much of a special experience, if that’s what you’re looking for. However I did choose a dress and will need it to be altered. Price wise, there were a ton of cheap dresses. Hoping alterations won’t kill my budget.

I was greeted warmly when I got there. Shortly after I have meet up with my consultant Maddie. She introduced herself and she was super friendly & helpful. We went over 4 to 5 dresses. I got my dress when I have tried on my second dress. I knew right away this is the dress. I could visualize myself getting married in the church with the dress. The price was a bit more than my budget. So, I had to tell Maddie I need time to think about it. She answered my questions and concerns promptly. Wonderful experience trying on dresses with my daughter. "Chelsea" was assigned to help us and she was very delightful and so accommodating. From grabbing additional dresses, and different sizes, to helping us get dressed and even picking out accessories for us, she made us feel extra special and even more excited for our happy occasion. Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better experience. I bought my dress at this location (Bell and 77th Ave) 10 years ago! I was never able to wear it until now. I thought of no where else I'd want to go to get my alterations. Maria was amazing! She helped me find a shrug that went perfectly with my dress, as well as earrings, my gorgeous veil and of course, a tiara. Everyone in the store was so nice and willing to help no matter what it was. My daughter was also able to get a mini princess experience when she tried on a few flower girl dresses. Multiple people helped me at check out and while normally this would have been extremely stressful, everyone was calm and collected. They even helped me split up the total on to different cards. My wedding is six weeks away so I definitely needed the things I came in for today. Again, Maria was so wonderful and I have full confidence that she will get my dress to the perfect fit.

The employees were kinda, friendly, and very helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me find the size dress I needed. They also explained different aspects to me about ordering and alterations. They were also patient with me as I was on the phone with the Bride discussing the dress and opinions we had, since we are in different states from each other. The sales associate that helped me was super nice and funny, I enjoyed the appointment very much! The store was clean and organized, and all employees were following state and county regulations for COVID-19.

She was amazing, sweet, kind, helpful and a bunch more. She knew my style with just a few words and showering two designs that I liked. When you go I definitely suggest getting an appointment with Trinity at arrowhead!

We had an appointment for my daughter Lauren's wedding to buy off the rack bridesmaid's dresses. We had a manager but the name of Mary Young helping us, what a very nice lady. She helped us find 2 very nice dresses and 1 was for an 11 year old girl that size wise was taller than most 11 year olds and we needed to find something that was appropriate for a young girl. She knew her stock and was wonderful. She had a great personality and really enjoyed my 3 year old granddaughter. It was funny when Mary asked her how old she was and she responded with 23. She was training two people but it didn’t get any attention taken away from me. Updated 3/2/21: I went back for undergarments & some accessories. Still not sure what is needed, being a tomboy & all, I walked in to shop. Luckily as soon as I walked in Trinity walked by & remembered me. She helped me & my mom get everything we needed & even checked us out so we could avoid the line for brides & their families. Amazing service as usual! Trinity definitely deserves a pay raise for the service she provides! Will come back if I ever need anything bridal! Trinity & Aubrie were amazing! ***Edited on 8/29/17*** I came in tonight for my alterations appointment, and Maria was amazing to work with! She gave me suggestions that were very much appreciated, and truly showed her generous spirit. She kept the appointment lighthearted and fun, which was a nice touch. She mentioned that she tries to treat people the way she wants her family to be treated if she wasn't around, and I believed her one hundred percent! Logan was wonderful to work with. As a plus size bride, there was some anxiety on my part, but she made that disappear in the first few minutes of the appointment. The dresses were gorgeous, she respected my budget, and there were happy tears when I knew I had found my dress.
