Just had an amazing experience over the weekend, saying yes to the dress with Krystal as my stylist! She was beyond patient with me. Supplied me with a shaper and accessories to really help paint the picture of what I would look like for the big day! We went to another shop and it was a night and day experience. It was quickly decided that we were coming back for the dress and to work with Krystal! She went above and beyond and extremely professional! Can’t wait to continue the experience!

Got my wedding dress from here, loved the dress.. However, your experience is greatly influenced by the people helping you. The first stylist, felt "too" busy or genuinely uninterested. I went back for a final dress appointment, after the first one a couple days later. The lady proceeded to tell me my stylist never made me a style profile despite me having a booked appointment and trying on a multitude of dresses. My second stylist was amazing and helpful.. I wish I could remember my second stylist's name. She deserves a raise!!

I had the most AMAZING stylist with Daphne! I was very nervous about dress shopping but Daphne made it such a fun and stress free experience. I never felt rushed or pressured into any dress I wasn’t comfortable in. I would highly recommend requesting her if you are in the Ahwatukee Foothills area. Within my first 5 dresses I found the ONE! But as all new brides probably know your mind tells you it cannot be that easy. So Elaine was absolutely fabulous and kept my cart open and ready to go as soon as I was ready to buy. But I went on my dress hunt anyway and everytime came back to this one dress. David's Bridal in Ahwatukee are phenomenal. They even accommodated me and a whole flock of girlfriends from California, in the spur of the moment, just to try on my dress again (I still wasn't sure it could be that easy). So finally today I went back to Elaine and tried two more dresses. But ordered my first one in the end. I couldn't have asked for better service and guidance and just a wonderful place to start this journey. Very happy to say I FOUND THE ONE! Thank you Elaine and all the team at David's Bridal.

David’s Bridal has come in clutch both times I needed a dress for a wedding last minute. They have such a great selection regardless of coming in without an appointment. Callie was so patient with me as I tried on over 10 different dresses! She was super approachable and helpful. Her feedback on certain aspects of the dresses was educational and made a great point for the look I was trying to achieve. She even suggested other dresses that might work better for my ideal look. 10/10 great overall experience.

First and foremost, I’m going to give a HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to Krystal who was my second stylist! I first bought a dress that I thought was right, came back another time to see if there was a chance for the ACTUAL right one. I had an amazing experience here. I felt welcomed by a very nice young lady and she checked me in and gave me a cute goodie bag. My stylist Renee was so awesome. She was very attentive, knowledgeable and made me feel welcome every step of the way. Even though my appointment time went a little over, not once did she make me feel rushed and made sure I was well taken care of and gave honest feedback. Because of her I was able to find a beautiful dress that was within my budget and I am very appreciative of her!

Very happy about my mother of the groom dress shopping experience. Not only found the perfect dress but shoes too. The ladies in the alteration department were easy to work with and professional. They accommodated a last minute schedule change without the eye rolling I might see elsewhere. Taylor Rodriguez was absolutely wonderful and personable. I was greeted by her and she showed me where all the bridal shoes were in the store. They did not have the exact pair I was looking for and she looked online but they didn’t have my size. She then called their warehouse to help order me my size! They had the exact shoe and she went ahead and ordered them for me so I could pick them up at the store to make it easy as possible. This location was amazing thanks to her.

Particularly one of the ladies named Leah asked me what was i shopping for etc. and walked me over to the area and showed me different flower girl dress.! My appointment was in Ahwatukee. Alicia helped me today. She is very sweet, listens to what the bride has to say. She got my “crew” (mom, niece/maid of honor and sister in law) involved. While my mom was helping me get into the dress, Alicia would pull dresses and ask the “crew” if they think I would like it. She didn’t rush me. I would recommend Alicia as your stylist.

This review is very overdue. Our journey with David's began in November 2021 and ends on the 20th of March 2023. We had the pleasure of meeting Krystal at the Ahwatukee, AZ location. She was a pleasure to work with and her knowledge truly shown through based on her suggestions. We did not buy the first visit, as we went to other bridal shops to see what we were missing. We had not missed much. We returned a few weeks later to try on my daughter's favorite selection with Krystal once again. She remembered my daughter and made her feel like she mattered. We purchased the dress and began her journey. I have returned many times for Bridesmaid Dresses and Accessories. Every time in, Krystal remembered my/our faces and made us feel like our time and business mattered to her. Krystal truly made our dress buying experience special. Do yourself a favor, when you set up a Bridal Appointment, Ask for Krystal!

She even continued to help us after store hours to make sure that my dress was ordered and will arrive on time since my wedding day is almost a month away. This was the most gratifying experience I have ever had. I am the bride who was skeptical about finding the dress. Once I found The Dress, Laura went above and beyond to call every store with my size because you could no longer order the dress. She did it with a smile and it took a week to get my dress. About a month ago my Mom and I stopped in on a whim. I was incredibly fortunate to have Krystal assisting me. She was so patient and she clearly 1) knows her stuff and 2) loves what she does. Several months ago I came in to check out dresses and that stylist was ok... (at the time I thought she was fine but in comparison to Krystal...). It's hard to explain but Krystal just goes above and beyond! She knows exactly where to pull, lift, and clip the dresses so that you get a more authentic picture of what your dress will look like. Not to mention that she has excellent suggestions. What really blew me away was when Krystal *listened* to what I said I liked (or didn't like) about each of the dresses I tried on. She disappeared for a few minutes and came back with a dress for me to try on that had all the components that I liked. When I tried it on - I loved it!! But I knew it was too good to be true and was afraid to check the price tag. That's when she whispered not to worry and that it was in my price range. I was elated!! I didn't say "yes" immediately - had to run to my parent's and get the veil to ensure it matched. Most sales people would be exasperated - but not Krystal. She totally got it. When we came back - the veil and "my" dress matched perfectly. I was so excited to say "Yes to the Dress" and considering she picked it out - it wouldn't have happened without Krystal!! When you come to David's Bridal you MUST request Krystal. She's exceptional.

We had the most amazing, personalized experience at this David’s Bridal, and I am just blown away with the service we were provided. Their sales manager Laura goes above and beyond! She didn’t just help my friend find a dress, but got to know exactly what her vision was and brought out amazing suggestions catered to her tastes. She even went so far as to help her design extra add-ons to make the dress a custom piece that only she would have, styled her hair beautifully, and even gave great tips for makeup, undergarments and color palettes. This girl really knows her stuff and we felt like we were on Say Yes to the Dress!!! She made everything fun, positive and supportive throughout our entire appointment. We started with someone else but she disappeared. Ask for Callie when you go. She is very personable, goes the extra mile and professional. Between my own experiences and those of my friends who I have referred to this location specifically, it has always been a wonderful experience here. I can not say enough good things about the calm, knowledgeable, non pushy, non judgmental, seasoned, caring nature of the staff here. Krystal assisted me on my last visit. I had to look for a back up bridal gown last minite due to unforeseen circumstances. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, had great suggestions without being pushy at all. I chose a handful of dresses to start, not really knowing what direction of style to go with. She had helpful questions as I tried on the dresses, which helped me decide what I truly liked or didn't. She chose 2 dresses as I was trying on my choices and they ended up being even better and flattering then what I originally chose. She made great suggestions that would prevent situational challenges with photography that new brides might not think of. Absolutely fabuluos. Krystal was amazing! I went with plans to just try on some dresses to see what kind of styles I might like but with the help of stylist I ended up finding the one! Krystal was so helpful and patient. I have a hard time deciding and at one point had 5 favorites that I was considering! She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Even after my appointment time was over she still helped me until her next appointment started and even then she still came to check on me and help with making a decision. My daughters, DILs and granddaughters surprised me with a trip to David's Bridal to buy a dress for our 25th wedding anniversary and vow renewal ceremony. I was unprepared and very uncomfortable however my consultant Leah, put me at ease by the time I tried on the 1st dress. The girls pulled a lot of dresses for me to try on and right away I thought we would be there for a while but she helped me get in and out of all the dresses without feeling rushed and I was able to find the right one. I'm a plus size so I didn't think there would be anything in my size but I was so wrong. There were several and it was a hard decision but I knew the right one when I saw it on. 12/30 I picked up my dress from alterations today and it look stellar!!! I couldn't be any happier. I've been a seamstress for 45+ years and I know how much work they had to do and it was perfect!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

I set an appointment and David’s Bridal made sure someone was readily available to help me when I arrived at my appointment time. Clarissa G. Helped us out and I believe, truly went above and beyond her call of duty! I was worried and in a situation where I did not want to be distracted by myself (and self conscious ) as a bridesmaid at the wedding, to not outshine, stick out and alienate myself from the rest of the party, as well as not be self conscious and unable to enjoy the ceremony. I showed Clarissa inspiration photos, a color swatch (on my phone and not the best quality) as and some dresses I would like to try on from their website. She found dresses with the wine style as well to compare what I would receive. She was able to find a lot of sizes that either fit, or slightly bigger to try on. She clipped a few for me for me to get a really good concept of how it would fit as my size. She told me an approximate date if i were to adjust to my measurements exactly. I realized I had waited way to close to the wedding to not have a nightly anxiety attack without the secure overly cautious time I should have done months ago.. so I was in quite a pickle. I then asked the scariest thing you could probably say at a wedding shop, “what do you have that if I were to wear tomorrow would work and that I could walk out the door with happily. She said, “Don’t worry let me grab a few”. She came back with a beautiful dress that I chose to truly celebrate my dear friends’ celebration. It’s elegant, is long on my tall frame, had a waist line to distract from curves I didn’t want showcased, covered my back, and even some matching shoes and accessories damn if I have never been more impressed with a bridal shop (or other retailers) that employs people like Clarissa. She definitely ensures I return to this location.(And I’ve been married). 10/10 would recommend. :-)

Callie took a look at the dresses we were looking at in the store along with my friend/future sister-in-law's Pinterest board and did an excellent job narrowing in on what features of the wedding dress (fabric, color, style) that were most appealing to her. She carefully suggested other dresses to identify what was most important to the bride! She also suggested accessories that pulled the whole look together and had everyone teary-eyed and excited. This was an excellent experience!

Arrived to my appointment and checked in. Was assigned the stylist and was directed by the team member where the BM dresses were and was browsing. The stylist walked over and introduced herself and went to get me a room. We selected 3 dress styles and went and tried them on and the stylist left and came back a couple times. I wanted to try additional options at which my daughter had to go select, not once, not twice but 3 times all while my stylist came over one time to check and then walked away and when she did come back to the room apparently the popcorn was the priority. I had some questions and my stylist around I had to have my daughter go ask for her twice. There was even someone asking who was with me and well if it wasn’t for my daughter there would have been no one. Thanks to the stylist who did help. I got an appointment on a Saturday even though I should have made one earlier and I'm so thankful I did! I was there for a bridal dress. The directions we first received upon arrival were slightly confusing, but once we met with Marcia, she took care of me, the bride and my two friends who came with us. I gave her all the tags of the dresses I was interested in, we went through some questions and she got to work! She prepped the dresses and would get them ready for me to try on and zip me in or clip me in when needed. I wasn't expecting to find the one (dress) but I did. Throughout the whole process, Marcia would allow my friends- and especially me- space to form an opinion, but she would ask why I would like a dress or what I didn't like about it. Once we found the one, she was so supportive and understood when I said no other dress compared to it. When completing the look, she wasn't pushy or trying to add on unnecessary things. She was so helpful and told me to become a diamond member to save money on the dress and belt. I'm so grateful to her and this store for giving me a great, easy and pleasant experience.

I went to another store and liked one but wasn't sold on the top part. I decided to go back to David's Bridal on Friday to try on the one I loved there plus another one similar but that had the bottom that I preferred. I ended up getting the 2nd one and Elaine was super helpful and professional throughout the whole experience. She wasn't ever pushy and was always very helpful. We bought my daughters prom dress from David’s Bridal. The dresses were far better quality than the other stores we shopped at. Staff was very helpful and made my daughter feel beautiful. We were lucky to get an alterations appointment quickly. I would definitely shop here again. My only possible complaint would be the need for more seamstresses to speed up the actual alterations. Buy with plenty of time in advance. I don’t think that’s too different than other dress shops though. We’re very excited for her actual prom because of how beautiful the dress is!

I don’t normally post reviews for things, but I really have to compliment David’s Bridal in Ahwatukee for such an awesome experience today! I booked an appointment to try on wedding dresses and they were organized and ready for me right at my appointment time. My stylist, Alicia R., met us with a welcoming and fun attitude and then got the process going right away. Other bridal stores can leave you waiting or ask you the same questions they already got from your survey or idea boards, but I appreciated Alicia wrote down the dresses I liked from online, went and got them, and had me in my first dress in no time! From there she kept listening to what I had to say and had me rate the dresses I was putting on without ever feeling pressured to pick one prematurely. I felt like I had plenty of time to take pictures and hear what my family thought about each dress I tried on. After narrowing down what I liked, I was able to not only find my wedding dress which is absolutely PERFECT for me, but I also found a dress for the rehearsal dinner because Alicia took the time to look in the clearance section for a dress with my same vibes. I felt so well taken care of and that everyone was truly there to help me find what dress was right for me- no pressuring, no pushing the most expensive dresses, no stress. I’m so pleased with my entire experience and just want to say thank you David’s Bridal for making my wedding dreams come true... and for such an amazing price too!

Renee is your lady to ask for when you walk into this store. I had ordered a mother of the bride dress online and of course it was too small. So I returned it to this store and decided to look at what was available. My husband was with me and he loved the dress I found. Renee was so nice and friendly and entertained my husband while I tried several dresses on. She even had me try on a pair of shoes that matched the dress perfectly. I bought them cause the husband liked them also. I needed the next size up so Renee ordered the dress and told me it would arrive 3/2022. That’s ok cause the wedding is 9/2022. I was so surprised when I got the text message that the dress was available to be picked up in the store after one week. Renee made this experience so enjoyable. I wish I had more children getting married but this is my last wedding as mother of the bride.

I bought a wedding dress a month ago from David’s Bridal and it arrived 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I tried it on yesterday at home and was slightly panicked because it did not fit properly in the bust area. I called DB immediately to see if it made more sense to get a different size or get it tailored. The person who answered the phone was super calm and understanding. She booked me a same day appointment to work with the same stylist (Amber M.) I worked with to get the original dress. A few hours later I went into DB with my dress and worked with Amber again. Amber was amazing and so attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and got me the dress in another size to try on. She also went above and beyond to speak with their seamstress and give me a price quote. Overall, I decided to keep original dress and get it tailored. Amber made a follow-up alteration appointment for me and was so reassuring that everything would get done before my wedding day. I started off at the Scottsdale location early this year, had a terrible fitting experience there, and then the store closed for COVID so my dress was mailed to me when alterations were complete. My wedding was postponed, which was sad but I had no idea how to put my dress on correctly (so also a blessing). Now that my wedding is approaching again, I tried the dress on and felt like the dress was too big. I made an appointment at the Ahwatukee location and was honestly nervous that I would have a bad experience again. Spoiler alert, my appointment went SO WELL. I arrived an hour early because I miss judged traffic from San Tan and they took me back right away without making me feel like I was a burden. Elenica helped me into my dress, showed my maid of honor how to use my corset so it didn’t look like it was pinching my skin, the corset of my dress with the appropriate tying method, and taught her how to use the bustle appropriately. Things we just couldn’t figure out. I had lost 20lbs since March so the dress obviously fit different and Elenica explained how my dress should fit and what it should look like in the mirror. It made me feel like it had previously been to tight and I hadn’t been told. She also made sure all of the previous alterations were correct and that it looked right on me. She never rushed me or made me feel self conscious or stupid, it really meant a lot to me after my previous appointment at the Scottsdale location in March. I highly recommend this location for the customer service. I also recommend this location because there is a LOT of options and just way more of a selection in wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories.

Went in this morning to try some wedding dresses on and had such a great experience! The kind employee who helped me was named Victoria and they were so helpful and sweet. i showed them my pintrest board and some pins of dresses I had saved to show what I liked and they did so amazing at picking out dresses for me based on what I had shown them. I tried several dresses on with all kinds of different sashes and veils and was in love with all the different looks they had put together for me. They were so helpful and informed me of all the different ways I could alter the dresses and things I could add or do to personalize them. My phone had died mid session and I had come without my mom or family members so Victoria offered to take photos with their phone and send them to me after and that was so sweet of them. I was able to show my mom all the pictures when I got home today. My experience here was amazing and I loved the dresses and accessories they had to offer. I had been saving for the dress I saw online and the day I went in to get fitted I found out the dress wouldn't be back I'm time. The dress was long sleeve but luckily I was able to find the same dress but with cap sleeves instead. Then, I had no intention of of getting vale but she found one she thought would compliment my dress and she was 100% right! So as Im balling my eyes out in the dressing room, Elaine comes in and goes right into consoling me and being the most amazing person she is. She lives in MI.) to put the dress on layaway until we sort through the fraud issue. I cant say how much I truly appreciate the manager and how understanding she was. I’ll try to make the short and sweet. My daughter is getting married in February 2022 and I went into David’s bridal to look at a dress that I saw online. The dress was not there however my daughters and I with the help of Courtney picked out a lot of dresses. Courtney was super helpful and very pleasant to work with. I’m very critical of the way that I look so I’m not a very easy person to fit a dress to. The color I originally wanted to go with was not going to work with the colors of the wedding as well as I thought. Courtney got a dress and insisted that I try it on. It was fabulous! Had my first dress experience at David's. It was very overwhelming and not enjoyable. While I stood in a dressing room (without a mirror) by myself, my family went around and grabbed dresses. I wasn't asked a budget at all, nor what style I liked. I was handed random dresses to try on and since there wasn't a mirror in the room I couldn't see myself before I walked out. It was more of a situation where I wasn't helped to find the dress that I liked. I wasn't asked, what do you like or not like about this and then let me go find something that is similar to your vision. It was well your family wants you to try this on. It was just too much and I ended up leaving without a dress. On another note, the stylist was very friendly and personable and helped me get in and out of each dress, which was very nice and helpful.

I went into the Phoenix, AZ location on Ray Rd for my wedding dress alteration today. Ellani was very helpful with my alterations, she was nice, communicated well and very professional. I was very happy with her services today. Everything was great until it came to check out. The lady at the front desk was obviously not happy. She did not smile, she had a mean look on her face when I asked if I could make a return. I had bought two slightly different undergarments online to try on with my dress while I got altered. I found one fit better with the dress then the other. I asked at check out about returning one. The lady seemed to have a little attitude and made it obvious she didn’t like me asking about the return. She was fighting the return even before she checked my receipt to even see if it was possible. She processed my return and said, “Here!” An gave me my pink receipt for the alteration and not a receipt for the return. She did not say, “Thank you or have a nice day!” Nothing but, “I’m trying to get people out of here.” This is why I gave them three stars today.

The staff was super friendly and I found "The One" within an hour and a half. Sara K was very attentive and helped me stay in my budget while also giving me lots of options. They also had a wide variety of sizes, which was great. I would recommend David's Bridal to anybody looking for bridal dresses.

I took my daughter in to David’s Bridal in search of a plus size prom dress. After visiting several other stores, we were disheartened about the size selection available. We were not hopeful that we would find her size at David’s Bridal or find any styles she liked. We were immediately greeted by Amber Maurer. She was pleasantly positive and enthusiastic to help us in our search. She listened to my daughter about the colts and styles she was interested in. She also measured her to find the perfect size for her. She kept looking until we found the perfect dress! She even helped us find the perfect shoes and jewelry to compliment the dress. Amber also helped us sign up for their loyalty program saving us an additional $35. I would highly recommend Amber and David’s Bridal for anyone looking for a special dress. Amber went above and beyond to help us and she made my daughter so happy. This was truly an amazing experience. Thanks again Amber! You Rock!

I’ve been to this location twice for bridesmaids dresses and both times were very pleasant experiences. I unfortunately do not remember the name of the woman who helped me earlier this year but today I was helped by Amber Maurer who is incredible at her job! Anytime I go into bridal places I get nervous on how much money I’m going to spend because it seems some people just want you to buy everything. Amber made me and the other girls I came with feel very comfortable and she never made us feel like we were being pressured to buy something we didn’t need or that was out of our price range. She even helped us get a small discount on our dresses and streamlined the fitting and alteration appointment making process. I’ll be coming here for any other future wedding needs!

I had the best experience today with the help of Andrea. She knows her stuff! Right away she knew exactly what dress I was going to choose . When she recommended the dress I instantly said no to it. After trying on a few dresses I didn’t get that wow effect so Andrea suggested I try the dress she recommended when we first walked in . I was super impressed and couldn’t believe it . I had a absolutely amazing time finding my perfect dress Renee was an amazing help she listened to my every need.She made sure I could fully see the vision of my dream dress. I wanted my dress to have sleeves and she brought sleeve from alterations to make sure I could fully get a vision of the dress. She made sure to show what the dress would look like being white as I wanted a white dress and so because the dress was ivory with a champagne color under she rolled up the layer of champagne to give the full vision. She asked what my brides maids colors were and pull the color dress to show what it would look like. She went as far as pulling a tuxedo to show what it would look like with the dress and bridesmaids color. She also help my mom pick a color to match with the color scheme. She was absolutely amazing I could say enough about how great and how much of a help she was. Will be scheduled the remainder of my appointments with her when going back for my bridesmaids dresses.

Melissa was a wonderful consultant! She worked really hard to add small details to my dress so I could envision it better for myself. I did feel a bit rushed with only a 1-hour appointment and was not given much time to consult with my mother in her thoughts about the dress. Overall the process was pretty smooth and I did end up choosing my dress here. I just recommend to try and choose a slower day so that you don’t feel rushed.

I've had numerous great experiences here. From wedding dress shopping to alterations to finding bridesmaid dresses. I just went with three of my bridesmaids and Megan was wonderful. She helped make sure the dresses would arrive in time and suggest dresses based on what they liked from other dresses to find the perfect ones. (I want all different dresses). Even when she had to help another customer for a few minutes at the beginning, it didn't feel like it from how well she helped us! I was glad to share this experience with my bridesmaids as I had it with other consultants when I was wedding dress shopping.

Let me start with I’m not a dress person but after my experience at David’s, that may change!! I went in looking for a special occasion dress and I was dreading the entire experience. I was helped by the wonderful Jamie! I let her know that dresses weren’t my thing and that I was nervous about how my body would look. 10 minutes into me being there and she already had me in dress 1...which I LOVED! I never thought someone could know so well what would work with my body type. I’m a little on the bigger side but she never treated me like a special case. She pulled about 7 dresses and I fell in love with them all!! I ended up buying a dress same day and I’m so excited to get to wear it!! I seriously had so much fun and was stress free the entire time I tried on which hasn’t been a thing for me in 10 years!! I would whole heartedly recommend this store to my friends and anyone else who wants to be free of the stress of trying on and just relax with what feels like close friends. I had the best experience here today! I had two appointments (one here and one at another shop). I had a great time trying on dresses with Renee and found one dress I liked but didn't love. I decided to go to my other appointment and then come back after if I didn't find something there. My experience at the other shop (Brilliant Bridal) was unpleasant and I ended up coming back here. Renee helped me find the most beautiful dress that was perfect for me. This is the only place I'd recommend for wedding dress shopping. I also found my bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, and all of our shoes. They were even able to squeeze me in for an alterations appointment after I chose my dress. Absolutely amazing experience.
