This particular Nordstrom Rack shoe selection is pretty good for these wearing a size 6. The clearance section could be better and the 75% shoe sales when they cone about are awesome. Need more the women's clothing not as great.

Love Nordstrom Rack and the employees at this store are mostly friendly and helpful. The store itself is quite large and worth the trip. If you get the Nordstrom credit card you get $100 in free alterations at “The Rack” and regular Nordstrom stores, even for online purchases. The alterations lady is pretty good. I almost always leave this store with a bargain. The selection is good and constantly changing (online it’s even better) and returns are so simple and easy it’s shocking. Check out this store (and definitely the app).

This Nordstrom Rack was so overstocked with products that it made it difficult to look through some of the racks. Fortunately, the employees were helpful and provided aid when looking to find a specific size. I was also surprised as to how current some of the styles were. Nice store.

Love love love the selection here. This one was better than the one in delaware with shoe selection. I was trying on shoes for 2 hours trying to not buy to much. I walked out with 6 pair of shoes for $200. I am happy cause I found shoes for the cruise.

I recently moved to downtown Philadelphia and visited Nordstrom rack for the first time. Not only were your prices reasonable, but your staff was helpful happy and eager to please me as a customer. Not only will I be back in your wonderful store, but I'm going to tell people how good your prices are and how good the service it was. From the minute I walked in I was greeted I was asked twice if I needed help and at the very end the checkout I was greeted by a smiling associate who was very friendly and kind to me. Clean, well organized. They're constantly rearranging sections which is confusing but at least they're well marked. Make sure you check tags - I've found a ton of clearance mixed in with regular priced items. Having an elevator is super helpful.

Our store is nothing like the ones in New york. It is very confusing to find what you want nothing is organized correctly. And if you're looking for a particular brand it's almost impossible to find it unless you're willing to spend a lot of time I know you can do better. The wheelchair accessibility is just barely passable, you need an electric door opener. The doorbell that no one answers is absolutely ridiculous. It's telling me and all those who use wheelchairs they are not wanted or needed in your store! Please fix this immediately. I know Nordstroms can do better!

I've been able to get a few good deals. The staff is friendly, but not helpful or knowledgeable. I tried to get information on whether they could search another store for a pair of pants, in my size. I asked 3 different employees, and got three different answers.

This store is spread out over several floors, and there is quite a good range of footwear for both men and women, not so much of a range of mens clothing though. Definitely worth a look though as stock changes all the time.

I like the products, but even though it's an outlet store of the upscale parent company the staff could be much more friendlier and inviting. The building it's in gives you the feel of that old money vibe, but the vibe from staff isn't warm and friendly. If management could work on this I'm sure they'd blow Bloomingdale's which is across the street out of the water.

As with any Nordstrom Rack or mainline store the service is impeccable . Lines are long but move quickly. Good selection of shoes and clothes current and past season. The only thing missing at this location no home goods . Otherwise it's a great place.still as good as ever.

Good for quick shopping. Good deals and occasional sales events. Jewelry area is a hit or miss, but their shoe selection is great (especially during winter). Plus there's just as much for women as it is for men, so there's something for everyone. However, children section for clothing is small, but the shoes are plentiful.

This place is hiding right in plain sight and I love it. They find all of my shoes and coats for me and the prices are just right. They have all the best brands. Think about any clothing store you go to. You are most likely buying something in season so the merchandise has a premium charge attached to the price. A floral short sleeve shirt may be 30$ in the spring, but its just a 12$ shirt any other time of year. Dont buy cheap clothes. Buy nice clothes for cheap.

Alright, so the people who work here are nice and helpful and always willing to answer questions. They have lots of shoes and clothes and shopping here isn't unpleasant. However, the checkout line situation when there are lots of people shopping is out of control. Moreover, their computer system forces them to individually mark things down, so during big sales (like clear the rack!) it's highly irritating. Computers have the capability of dealing with this, but corporate hasn't actually implemented a quality solution. Basically, the people are nice and I like the store, but be prepared to wait in a line out to the door at peak shopping times and just be happy if that's not how it actually ends up.

Great selection, great prices on everything. Shoe section is fantastic. Only issue is that the kids clothes section wasn't "stroller friendly" with racks in the way and so close together I had to physically lift the stroller to get it into the kids section.

For being the only Rack in center city, you'd think this place would have so many great finds, but it's a bit lacking - especially in the clothing department (stick to the KOP location for fun clothing finds). The shoe department is often hit or miss. The bags department is quite good though.

The truth of the matter is that they took over the building but it's no Daffy's - it's the Rack and It's very hit or miss (and there are a lot of misses) but when they hit, it goes out the park!! Not very good. One of those places where you rarely find anything, "but maybe today is the day." Never find anything in clothes. Finding shoes is very hit or miss, I occasionally find something. Their selection of shoes for sizes over 10 is really really bad. The sizes under 10 have the better selections. Beware that some of the shoes have been worn already.

I been to this store more then once and never seen to find what im looking for. They have nice things so I always get perfume and go and order online for the shoes collection or go to king of Prussia. You guys need to more shoes size 8 for real they always shoes for grandma

Great high label items for a fraction of the price. They carry burberry, nars, loccataine , coach, prada, urban decay, etc makeup. Serums, health and beauty, purses, jewelry, women's and men's clothing. And the 2nd floor had heels and shoes. GREAT PRICES. If you love shopping and having nice things for a great price stop here, you'll find something you'll love. I always do.

Great location in downtown Philly and very accessible. Pleasantly surprised by men shoe selection and the Mrs was able to find what she was looking for. 3 levels and most of items for females. Not the best place for accessories.

I went there last week (during Covid-19), this Nordstrom rack not only provides hand sanitizers at the door but also FREE MASKS at the entrance for those who are coming into the store and not having a mask. This is such a warm practice that protects their employees, other shoppers and welcomes any potential guests. Target does the same thing, these business should be supported. However, clothes price are not as good as Macy’s, century 21, fashion district, TJMaxx, Marshall’s, Ross where you can find same brands item at cheaper prices. I like their shoe section though, more organized and a good selection of styles.

This places ranges from very affordable to "I better put this back" which isn't a bad thing but the prices can get to Full Nordstrom. They keep things together & it is presentable inside & out. The selection is pretty extensive.

Retail clothing shopping is very stressful to me. So I can't say I enjoyed myself, and it is a little dingy, but it's also a Rack right in Center City and gets massive foot traffic. The prices you can get on name brand, good quality clothes and footwear are always jaw dropping. Though maybe the real jaw dropper is the actual retail cost of clothes. But that's coming from a lifelong thrift shopper.

This outlet of Nordstrom is rather small with a limited selection. If you're looking for basics, then this would be a good option. Otherwise I would rather suggest the Bloomingdales Outlet across the street. I also had difficulty finding sizes, they cater to larger sizes and smaller sizes are hard to come by.

The store is okay. It’s usually never fully staffed so people that can help answer questions are hard to come by and it’s usually pretty messy. It's centrally located and easy to get to, with public transportation. The 21 bus, from 69th Street Transportation Center, drops you off at 17th and Walnut Streets, right in front of the store. They have all price ranges, and the salespeople are very helpful.

It seems that Nordstrom Rack now has a generic selection of Men's clothes similar to the Bloomingdale's outlet across the street. Century 21 and Saks off fifth are a better choice for upscale clothing at a reduced price.
