The customer service was amazing. I recently returned a dress for a bigger size. I called and everyone I spoke to was so nice and amazing. The dress size i needed was not in stock But Lisa one of the Amazing reps went above and beyond to help me. She suggested other dresses for me and even gave me a few styling tips. She called me back the next day to follow up with me. I really appreciate this type of customer service. Will definitely recommend everyone to shop here. Thank you again! I may have to update this post when I receive my new Angelou bag (which I expect to be amazing!), but I couldn't wait to post about the amazing customer service I just received when I called the office. I called customer service for an order I had not yet placed, and Shannon went absolutely beyond the call of duty to help me so that I can get the bag that I want. She didn't just guess information. She shared options with me, had me hold very briefly while she confirmed the options, and asked me to call her after placing my order just to ensure that I had what I need. After I placed the order, she actually called me back with instructions to make sure I was clear. I'm blown away! I appreciate that service so much! This experience made me a loyal customer!

I love supporting Black brands but the store never has my size in stock. I try to go to the store to find my fit since exchanges and returns are not allowed. The sizing is not consistent. I would suggest at least allowing exchanges since the sizes aren't consistent.

As I walked in the security guard automatically assisted me through the doorways, as my child was in a stroller. I walked into the store searched for what I wanted and the cashier became attentive to me. Greeted me with kindness! Ask if me if needed help. Every staff was purely genuine, and a everyone had a smile. She help me detail how an outfit would fit on me and made me feel really comfortable with her judgments! I was a kinda scared to order after reading some of the reviews but I’m glad I decided to go. First and foremost I wanna say my customer service experience was flawless! I couldn’t get the pants in the color I originally wanted but Nay went above and beyond to find them for me in another color. I asked her to hold them for me until the following day and she assured me she would. I called the next morning to follow up but spoke to Jazz who let me know Nay did put them on hold and she’d have them at the counter waiting. They knew I was coming in a Lyft and made sure to have me in and out within 3 mins lol. The pants were exactly as pictured online and everything I expected and some. I got compliments all night long! First LOVE the clothes! Second the store is so clean, and the employees are extremely nice and helpful. Now shopping in these is more like personal because they’re only allowing a certain amount of shoppers at a time. Haven't gotten my order yet but already a little upset. Not sure why processing takes 7-14 business days if everything is sold out. There is no rush shipping option. The sorting options on the website could also be better. I emailed about sizing for baby/toddler hat and never received a response - the sizing isn't on the size chart.

I reach out knowing that the mistake wasn’t on my end, no response so I didn’t have a choice to reorder my items. Someone did reach out weeks later but it was a little too late. It would’ve been considerable for the company to offer me a credit or a discount at some sort but it wasn’t just be careful as you check out

Milano Di Rouge is the truth. I went on a Saturday. There was a Meek Mill concert in town so everyone was there to get clothes to look fly that night. The interior and exterior if the store was nice. The store set up was nice. There are positive inspirational quotes on the walls. The clothing is really nice and appear to be good quality. It would be helpful to have price tags on items, so I can know how much things cost without having to ask staff. There was literally a line to get in; that's how many people was there. There was security there as well. Everyone left with a purchased item. The staff thanked me after my purchase. One staff member who looks like she may be Milano's sister or relative helped me find items and sizes. She was very kind. It was great to see Philly come out and support a young entrepreneur. I wish Milano Di Rouge much success! Keep up the good work! P.S. when you make a purchase the bags they give you are reusable and super cute. You either get a branded tote or a lightweight string backpack. So proud!! Awesome!!

I placed a total of 6 online orders in the past 2 months at Milano Di Rouge for my adult son. Each order that I received has been pure perfection! The quality of the hoodies & t-shirts are amazing! The fabric is of high quality & the items all had stretch in them which is perfect for my son. The hoodies have velour in the inside super soft. The fabric moves with you if that makes sense. It also washes & dries well. The hoodies & T-shirts didn’t get any pillings; Not One pill/fuzz ball. I actually had a return which wasn’t a major issue BUT my return was handled on the weekend by Milan (the owner) she responded to me on IG & Lisa over the phone. It was taking care of on a Saturday which isn’t the normal business hours for the warehouse/customer service dept. Milan informed me on IG that her customer service team will contact me; so I assumed I would hear from them during the week. Lisa actually called me that same day and she was amazing! She went over everything in great detail. She even informed me of new items & educated me on the Milano Di Rouge brand. I honestly felt like I was talking to one of my girlfriends. I can’t say enough about the dedication & pride Milan and her staff have in put into Milano Di Rouge! It’s definitely a GREAT company with great people running it. I’m in my 40s and I’ve ordered from so many companies for my son & myself. I’ve had issues with the fit, quality and fabric of clothes. So I love when I can find a company that is consistent with their merchandise & customer service. Milan you’re doing an excellent job. Please keep up the great work! I was skeptical at first about placing an order due to all of the negative reviews. However, I took a chance and placed an order anyway. I was worried that the items wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday which is in October. The order was placed 9/15/2020 and I received it 9/21/2020. The shipping was fast. I LOVE the items that I purchased. I am a satisfied customer and will be ordering again. Hopefully, the company is trying to improve on their shipping methods. I cannot review the customer service as I did not have to contact them.

The material is good but the sizing is made to fit a snatched waist line. I guess if you’ve had surgery and the waistline is small then her jeans would be ideal. I ordered to pairs on two separate occasions just cause I loved the material and jeans itself. I even ordered two sizes up from the first pair and still no difference... a waist of $400 because my weight fluctuates and the jeans would probably be a one time wear...

This review is solely based for online shopping since you can’t write a product review. I order a kids sweatsuit for my son last week and I just received it today. There was a HUGE problem with the delivery I had to literally drive back and forth to different post office to track my package because it was sitting in the same location for 3 days. My address and name was right and my package still got sent to the wrong post office, I never had an issue with previous purchases (fast shipping time) and to top it off I got a email from Milano Di Rogue saying my package was delivered when it wasn’t. I would recommend you guys to keep track of packages before you send out false information & to offer gift wrap as an option. I am a fan of their clothes and I’m just happy to have finally receive my son sweatsuit.

It's more an lady's store with men stuff as well but the outfit for the lady's are sexy, cute and fabulous. Ok so the reviews scared me like heck!!! I didn’t think to check the reviews til after I placed my order. So I called the customer service no they don’t answer the phone but you have to keep calling. I called a total of 20 times before getting a answer because I really wanted my order. Once someone answered the phone she was totally nice and understood that I needed my items for a particular occasion and got my items shipped right out and it only took 3 days to get to me. Thanks a lot I love everything I ordered.

Hi. I ordered the slides which are perfect and comfortable but I dont understand why I had to pay $8 for shipping and we are in the same city and also for the price I paid for the item ($80) including shipping the did not come in any type of shoe box they came in a giant zip lock bag that was put into a post office box.

I had the best experience ever! Me & my husband came all the way from New York on Tuesday & all I wanted to do was come to the store I had no idea it was closed. I was so upset but I wasn’t gonna leave without taking a picture outside so when we pulled up I saw somebody inside so I just walked up to the door & I told the girl I love the store I didn’t know they were closed & I just wanted to take a picture. She actually opened the store for me & let me shop & was super super sweet! The store was nice & clean smelt good (lol) everything. Milano di rouge is a great brand. However, they tend to struggle with the delivery part of the orders. They charge an $8 fee for shipping and it comes after the 7-14 estimated shipping days. My order shipping was processed after 14 days. No doubt, this brand is A1 but they need to work on their shipping methods significantly. Meek mill influenced alot of people to purchase this brand, take his word for it. Had it not been for this shipping situation this brand would've received a 5/5 star.
