Excellent service with skilled professionals. I would recommend anyone I know to get their important attire here. I've felt welcomed and confident with my choices every time I've had an appointment leading up to my wedding. You also can't beat the price you get for a custom fit suit and adjustments. They know how to make you look and feel your best, giving you a look that will make you feel confident and loving yourself. I have never felt judged or looked down on for any reason and I would trust them to treat all their customers with the same respect.

Have to leave a review because I’m in love with my suit!! I am very much *not* shaped (or gendered) like the average Indochino customer so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but a friend in Seattle recommended the company to me. The company does not at all market to non-men here but they were actually so competent and welcoming to my partner and me. Mel who fit me was fantastic and so was the guy who pinned my suit for alterations (wish I remembered his name). Both of our suits came out great and the post arrival alterations got mine just how I wanted it. Leaving a pic in case any other curvy queers need to see to believe, because getting a suit off the rack is not really an option for a lot of us!

Indoshino Philadelphia provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They extended the 30 day alteration period because we were out of town without any hassle at all. My suit coat did not fit well the first time out, and rather than fix it they remade the coat and it fit perfectly! Ask for Jasmine. She's been there 6 years and is polite, friendly, and most importantly really knows her stuff. This is great value for the money when you consider the cost of altering a suit off the rack.

Also very friendly and continuously providing advice on pros and cons of the different options of color, fabric, etc. I will continue coming back. I lived for many years in Italy where I bought the suits I have in my closet but I see now no reason to try to make a trip to Italy to get well done suits when you have Indochino Philly around the corner!

I’m 6’4” thin and have wide shoulders, normal suits and shirts do not look flattering on me. With Indochino everything is just how I want it, exactly how it should be. When my profile is updated all my future garments will be made the that exact size. I brought my first suit back once for the final tailoring. Now I have amazingly comfortable suits that get an incredible amount of attention! With just the click of a button they’re delivery to my door!!!

Great experience! Was greeted right away by the store manager Damali. She was extremely helpful in the fitting process, making sure all of my measurements were accurate. Even as the store experienced an influx in foot traffic, Damali continued to take care of me while greeting and assisting other clients. I will first say that I love what this company is doing. As a man who has trouble buying good-looking fits off the rack, the concept of affordable made-to-measure formal wear is gratefully appreciated. I also had a terrific initial experience with the associate who helped me pick out my suits. Unfortunately, the rest of the process left a bad taste in my mouth. Upon receiving the suits, I took them in for a standard adjustment appointment. The tailor asked to keep the suits for a few weeks to execute certain changes, and said she would call me for a final fitting, making any additional adjustments on the spot. Great, I thought. After four weeks with no phone call, I called the store. An associate defensively told me that the suits had been on the “done pile” for a month, and that they had emailed me several weeks earlier. I could not find any such email when I searched, including in my junk mail. Even assuming it was sent, I had been waiting for a call because that was what I was told to expect. Upon returning to the store, my suits were put in a garment bag and handed to me, with no mention of the final fitting I was told I would receive. I suppose I could have asked for it, but at this point it had been months since I initially purchased the suits, and I was frankly disgusted. I will continue to shop with Indochino. As I said, I appreciate the concept. But I will absolutely be driving out to the King of Prussia location before ever returning to this store.

This review is specific to the Walnut Street location in Philadelphia. The product: I have recently placed my order with the company so I will not speak as to the finished product yet. The store: Very good staff of professionals that know they’re business. This location is great, it’s tough to get an appointment sometimes. They are honest and listen. Jasmine and Frank are top notch. Corporate office/online assistance: The corporate office on the other hand, leave much to be desired. Do not even bother with getting assistance from them as they will give you false or misleading information. If you have an issue or question, call the store directly, be patient as I said before they are always busy, but they will do you right.

As it will take about a month for the suit to arrive, this review is on the service at the Philadelphia location. Compared to the experience that I had at two major competitors, the fit appointment was extremely pleasant. They were thorough and fast without making me feel rushed. Jasmine did the fit-up and it was a very positive experience and Frank explained the purchase process and showed me the various options. Really a great option for individuals that cannot buy off-the-rack. Thank you.

I had spoken with a few of the employees at the King of Prussia location to which they gave me the run around. They were not helpful with their insight, nor did they provide me with accurate information around the Black Friday sales. I decided to call the Philadelphia location to see if they could help me and was very pleasantly assisted by Eric. He made everything so easy and straight forward and restored my satisfaction with Indochino. He helped me to purchase 9 suits (I'm getting married in July), and provided me with all of the confirmation and clarity I was looking for. If you're looking for a suit, definitely ask for Eric. He's extremely friendly and very helpful.

It was not bad. I had to get fitted for a custom suit and was in and out in 45 minutes. My brother and dad went at 11:00 and were out by 11:35. It was all pretty painless and the staff were really nice. We shall see how good the suit fits when it arrives in 4 weeks. That's whyn4 stars. It's a while to get the suit shipped.

When having a suit custom made it’s only natural to worry....I was concerned the suit would arrive on time and that it would look good. Melissa was friendly,professional and helpful. My appointment was for 10/14....the suit arrived 10/28....exactly 2 weeks. I was very pleased with the material I had selected. The suit came very nicely packaged and aside from a steaming I believe no further alterations are needed. My experience surpassed my expectations. Such a good experience, had made an appointment online for a custom suit and when I got there Melissa was wonderful and took time to thoroughly take all of my measurements, explain the process, go through all of the options, and help me make informed decisions on all of them. Service, Price, and fit were outstanding. Orders are taking allot longer than usually with COVID-19. But I ordered a few suits. They fit great no alterations needed, I can’t believe it. The Philadelphia Store staff member Melissa went above and beyond to finish a special request alternation (switched buttons) for an event on very short notice. Even with my flight coming in late she stayed and waited after hours to deliver my suit. Much appreciate!!!

Excellent experience for measurements, trying on different shape and style suits, and for picking fabric. Great price as well. Have not received the finished product but certainly 5 stars so far. I will update when the final suit comes in less than 4 weeks! Melissa was a pleasure to work with! UPDATE: the finished suit came in less than 3 weeks! Everything fit like a dream but went in for a final consult/fitting. We collectively decided to let the jacket out just a tad. Should have it back in two weeks. Great process from start to finish!

Recently needed a suit for a wedding and heard good things about indochino so I decided to try it out. I went in for a fitting/measuring session with Eric. This guy was amazing! Not only was he knowledgeable and professional, he was extremely meticulous and got my measurements down perfectly. When my suit came back it was an absolutely perfect fit. I’ve gotten made to measure suits before but this experience was beyond what I had before, namely because of Eric and his combination of attention to detail and guiding me for the style I was looking for. Just wore the suit this past weekend at a wedding and i could not be happier with it. Will definitely be back for my next suit but only to work with Eric. I’m sure he’ll find a way to somehow top this last one with his passion for men’s fashion and high quality suits. Thanks Eric!

Whether you're walking in with some idea of what you're looking for, or just looking for your first tailored suit, it's a really polished, and quite stress free process. Additionally, it's a fantastic price for what you get. No 'almost right' fit, no wasting your time running though ten different jackets, hoping one fits almost right. Mike was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, and was able to give me personal suggestions and examples when I had questions about styles or what the current trends are. I would 100% recommend Indochino (and Mike!) to anyone looking for a custom suit. I caught a great sale, but the prices were still very reasonable, especially for the service and level of customization that I got. Best suit buying/fitting experience I’ve had. Before you’re even fitted they greet you and ask if you want coffee, water, etc. During the fitting process they make sure to explain everything they’re doing. They go over everything with you from customizable options (i.e. monograms, button styles, cuffs) to different linings. I worked with Jordan who was extremely helpful. Didn’t rush at all. Highly recommend him.

After a few false starts with the self-measuring at home, I came in for a new fitting and to get a new suit. To be honest, I was convinced that this custom suit thing wasn't gonna work. I met with Jasmine, and she was great. As soon as we started I knew this was gonna work. She was great and provided me with a lot of input for my next suit. I highly recommend the store. While the proof Is in the pudding and we'll see how the suit comes out, I have full confidence in the store and their employees.

What an amazing experience! I’ve been buying off of the rack and finally decided to go the made to measure way. Had an appointment and I was seen minutes after walking in. My sales guy was Mike Prevete. Very detailed, specific, very knowledgeable, and super helpful. Made suggestions on things without being pushy. He asked all of the right questions pertaining to how I wanted my suit to be made. Overall experience was a 10! I’ll be going back to get dress shirts made, and I’m definitely requesting Mike again!

I highly recommend this showroom. Quinn Quinsler and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have previously purchased 2 Indochino suits using the online video tutorials, but going into a showroom to get custom measured is a whole different experience! I came to the showroom due to some issues I had with a previous order so I decided to get the measurements done professionally and I am really happy that I did! The measurements they do are far more customized and specific than what you can do online. I booked my appointment online in advance and received a call from the showroom about an earlier appointment that opened up which was nice and convenient. Upon arriving at the showroom, we were greeted graciously by the staff and soon thereafter I met Quinn Quinsler, the gentleman that was going to do my custom measurements, who I later found out was the Showroom Manager. Quinn was absolutely amazing! His knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to explain what he was doing and give his opinions was greatly appreciated. His energy and passion was without question the main selling point for me getting a suit and an overcoat that day. He essentially sold me on the items without actually selling me anything, which made the experience that much better. He gave me advice that upon receiving my suit to schedule a subsequent appointment to do any final garment adjustments. This way, the staff can update my profile so that going forward, I can easily purchase any suits online to my exact specifications. Even though I am not a local to Philadelphia and visited the showroom as I was in town for a few days, he gave me his card and told me to reach out with any questions. He kindly helped me later with this garment adjustment appointment with the McClean showroom, which happens to be the closest Indochino store to my home. Quinn - thank you very much for everything!

My experience at Indochino was superb! The whole suit and vest fit perfectly and I am incredibly satisfied and happy as I have very specific measurements. Quinn was very attentive and knowledgeable and I learned more than I was expecting to learn. I recommend to make an appointment with Quinn or anyone Quinn recommends in the Philadelphia showroom. And I cannot emphasize the overall service and attention to detail throughout the measuring process. It is important to speak up while during in the measurement process to make sure they fit to your liking and take make sense of any advise to the best of your ability. I am sure going to buy more suits from Indochino.

I rarely leave reviews for things, but I felt this experience was really awesome, and I fully recommend people to seek out Eric. It’s my first MTM suit and I actually had no idea how a MTM suit should fit, or look. Eric helped a lot in explaining things, was meticulous through the whole process, and had a good eye on how to make the suit a perfect fit for you. The end product was perfect, and arrived timely in 2 weeks.

I'm very pleased with the suit I recently purchased here--so happy, in fact, that I ordered a second. The quality is good and the price is fair. The staff who worked with me for initial measurements and customizations were professional. When I needed to have tailoring adjustments made to the suit as first constructed, Lisa, the showroom manager, accommodated my arrival near to closing time. (It can take a while to find on-street parking nearby!) And she turned around the adjusted suit in the promised one-week timetable. (Though I had to make a follow up call--rather than getting the promised call-back--about when the suit would be ready.) As someone who is concerned about the implementation of ethical supply chains and responsible labor practices, I would like to see more from this company on their website about what concrete steps they are taking to ensure that the workers who produce their garments in Shanghai are being treated fairly and respectfully. I also think it would be a nice touch to have a card of some kind included with the finished suit providing a bit of information about the person or people who actually stitched the garment. Something as simple as the name(s) of those who constructed the suit and a brief 'facts about us' would be a nice touch that would make the 'bespoke' element a bit more personal.

Indochino is an online custom suit tailor. They offer a few brick and mortar stores to help consumers get properly fit and see real life examples of fabric. They are slowly opening other stores, so they are not everywhere, but I recommend checking them out. For 399 you can usually nab a well made suit tailored to your shape. The brick and mortar stores offer a 21 point fitting to help ensure a better fit. Does this replace traditional tailoring...No...These suits are good not excellent. But Indochino helps grow your wardrobe at a decent price. I recommend getting an appointment ahead of time as this store can quickly get booked up for fittings.

This is now 8th suit from Indochino and they haven't done anything wrong yet. The addition of the brick and mortar shop adds to their appeal to me. The service is outstanding, the selection is great (the big plus of the shop is handling the fabric with my own hands), and there were no pushy add-on sales attempts. One, pardon the pun, "wrinkle", was that the jackets in the last double suit order didn't fit too well, but even that was addressed immediately. I was thrown on the lift, the jackets were resized and went out for a tailoring appointment… easy peasy. Look good, in fact, great, at a nice price point! Indochino is Highly Recommended!

Tried a Men’s Warehouse. It was a laugh. Decided to go to Indochino on my son’s advice. Was thoroughly pleased with the professionalism, doing 14 measurements and then figuring out how to handle a particular fitting issue (excess bunching by my arms), solved by narrowing shoulders. Cool! Fabric and options were great. Look forward to getting another suit now.

An AMAZING experience start to finish. Jordan was extremely helpful and was patient with me not really knowing what I was doing or exactly what I wanted. It's not about how you start but rather how you finish...I had an interesting experience with Indochino for my wedding. 9 mens suits in total with the vast majority requiring re-work. The girl who took my groomsman's measurements either didn't have enough training or wasn't cut out for the work to begin with. As a result, some of my groomsman required complete suit remakes or extensive tailoring. Since they weren't all in the local area, this was difficult and taxing. The GOOD: It would have been easy for Indochino to just give up and forget about us (chalk it up to just a bad fitting and move on to the customer). Instead, they stuck with us and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. For this, I give them a tremendous amount of credit. In particular, Lisa, Quinn and Jocelyan went above and beyond. If you're thinking or giving Indochino Philly a try, you can be assured the staff won't stop until your expectations are 100% met.
