I feel at this point you should know what you are getting with Franklin Mills not Philadelphia Mills Franklin Mills people! Some stores take more pride in their presentation than others keeping areas clean keeping clothes re-racked things like that but of course you're going to run into a few stores where it looks like an animal house but some of that or most of that should fall on the customers that treat those stores in that manner. The pandemic cause a lot of stores to close up which is a shame. Marshalls and HomeGoods are consistently good along with Saks off 5th avenue. I feel if you spend enough time hitting the racks and every store you're bound the find something And unlike other outlets in the area I can say that Franklin Mills consistently offers actual outlet prices which of course is the point of being an outlet.

Never crowded easy to navigate. Safe , security is visible. Stores have relatively good pricing depending where and what you are looking for. Plenty food options and more than enough parking. Also Walmart, movie theater and Dave and busters is connected.

Put on your best sneakers or most comfortable shoes because you will be walking a marathon if you want to see all the stores in Philadelphia Mills Mall. They have food courts, places for the children to be entertained, and hair stores, as seen on tv store etc.

Went to Marshall's on Christmas Eve. I found center piece for my table, mats, and runner . 15 minutes to closing, and they had a lot to choose from.. My table looks amazing

definitely changed over the years.. I like that most of the stores are out lets.... Steve and the staff at Kay's are absolutely wonderful and bonnie and the staff at Zale's are amazing as well

The mall was closing early because it’s Sunday . But it’s always fine. A lot of stores in there unlike some other malls I been too. There was a cool circus outside the red entrance though, so that’s really cool

I let my 15 yo son hang at the mall on the weekend with friends from his high school. They had a great time, went to AMC to see Dr. Strange! Reasonably priced, cool spot for teenagers to hangout in the ac and decent food from food court.

Franklin Mills simply isn't what it you to be. The stores seem to be limited in the overall selection of clothing. They are all pretty much the same type of store. Primarily serving millennials. I miss the higher end the stores...alot of mall space,however lacking in variety.

Nice mall a bit sad they close so early. Have a lot of nice stores. There are real live Call of duty games that happen here often. So I would recommend wearing the proper body armor when shopping here. But overall you won't really get hurt to badly when shopping here.

Went to Popeye's, chicken nuggets were fresh and hot, young lady was courteous and professional which is definitely a change from a few months ago. I hope they are under new management.

FMM is the same...shops are coming back...one notice though..this was an "outlet mall" when it opened but its NOT. Saks Off 5th and Puma are the only stores with "oulet" prices. Vickie Secrets, Home Goods and all the rest are regular priced. Buyer beware.

I haven't really walk the whole Mall in awhile and just did recently and I must say it was nice other than a lot of shops are closed for the most part of these nice people are friendly. I hope the bad stuff that happened there does it ruin its uniqueness. I am from that area that is my Mall. A lot of things to do there Dave & Buster's movie theaters Five Below, I would rated 5 stars but they really have to get over the covid to give it a fair rating.

The mall is pretty dead. Lots of empty stores. The stores that are there are good. The lighting in the mall is dark. The heyday of this mall is over, but it still have some good shopping left in it.

This mall is a a large and big mall that went through some need make over years ago. With the theater and a Super Wal-Mart it actually didn't add more. Stores wise it has a variety of stores but it is 90% clothing stores and after a few you kinda got what you need. For the actual mall it does, for the most part, been kept clean organized. You can find what you need with ease and isn't dirty.

The place is now called Philadelphia Mills, I guess Google is behind the times out there in sunny California. I remember going here in 2003 and not paying sales tax on clothes. Not anymore. And apparently the cheap company that PA State Parole uses to monitor GPS bracelets thought I was in Bucks county. It always seems abandoned.

Called the Philadelphia Mills Mall now. Love the stores, it's clean, and found some great deals. My daughter needed a bathing suit in the middle of winter and we had no luck where I live. Drove 2hrs to get there and got her three suits for $20.
