This place is great for me, bc as a single mother, I love to save where I can. My 7yr old wears out his clothes so fast and Ross makes it affordable to get him clothes as needed without spending a fortune. Plus I love their odds and ends for things like, cosmetics, home decor, luggage, handbags, shoes, and more! You name it, they've got it here!

The young lady Ava that helped me last night she navigated that line so well I noticed that no one came up there to help her until the last minute it’s not okay to have one sales associate ringing by herself when there is a line wrapped around there is no teamwork her manager came up after a while I have management under my belt also and I worked and retail and sales and customer service for along time her manager came up then helped after putting the go backs back I want to talk to her boss when working there needs to be help when needed there needs to be accountability that was not okay .we are all short staff everywhere I seen many people that work there working on the floor instead of Coming to help at ross out west I gave all 5 star because of Ava she was so sweet and kind my heart I understand how she felt when it was so busy and you are doing your best she was amazing at running through the line very humble .

Sales associates were great, asked if I needed help, overheard them helping multiple customers. Store is average if well-stocked, bordering on cluttered. Very busy store at 9pm on Sat, plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes in line for a register.

My goodness I cannot believe the deals this store offers. I was actually able to find nice clothes for my size that wasn't going to cost me 70+ dollars, and not to mention I totally scored on a canvas value pack. 12 9 by 12 canvas for not even 13 dollars. I'll take that deal any day.

Can’t believe we finally got a Ross in Omaha!! I would compare this store to a TJ Max! This is the first Ross in Omaha so it’s usually pretty empty, I’ve noticed! They have everything from clothes, to shoes, to bathroom items, to house decor! Everything you need! The employees are very kind! Lines get really busy closer to closing time!

I like that all the Ross have some variation of different things but would like more if this one have more selection. I so miss having more selection. I think a rotation of clothes is overdue. The staff is very helpful here so it does make shopping here a claim experience for me.

Workers were very friendly and kind, the store looked very neat. Unfortunately, there was a costumer who kept taking her mask off and no one talked to her or ever did anything about it. They had one person to look out for people without masks and somehow she was never stopped or talked to, maybe they need more people to watch out for that?

My family and I love Ross, yes its messy and the lines can be long, but the prices are great, shop fast as things disappear quickly after being put out. Don't hesitate to hit up the store a few days later as you'll find new inventory.

it was great at first and I was finding stuff I liked but when I was leaving the dressing room and was giving the girl the clothes I didn't want she gave an attitude and and said "where's your tag? I gave you one correct?" then I told her that she didn't and she said well give me the hangers in the room you were in still giving me attitude. the thing that kinda made up for that incident was that the cashiers were super nice and patient. I loved all my items but maybe they need better employees.

We were thrilled when Ross opened up here! There is always something new and the price is always more than fair. Sometimes it's like s treasure hunt and you always go home with treasure. The only thing I would change is the checkout. Not enough cashiers are open and the line is always long and winding around the front of the store.

Very good place with good collections and reasonable prices. The only bad thing about the store and many other stores is closing restrooms. We drove 1 hours to purchase from the store and the restroom was problem for us. Other than that, it really a great store.

Was there for grand opening... it was crazy busy. ALL staff was super friendly and helpful. Glad it came to Omaha Didn’t get to buy anything (time restraints) but going back FOR SURE! Just hoping they do good job in restocking...I saw tons of things I want to buy!!!!!!!

It was over all okay. There was a romper ripped down the side, the dressing room attendant was definitely ready to be off, and I had to wait in line for well over 10 minutes because the manager was paging employees that were not responding. But the clothes are pretty decent and good priced.

Yesterday I visited the store for the first time. The store was a mess and hangers scattered down the aisles at time made it hard to push a cart. The women's tops were also crammed together making it hard to look in the racks. I would visit this store again, but it wouldn't be a favorite place. Also, they had only one cashier and there was a long line of people waiting to check out. People even left the store and decided not to purchase their items.

First time ever going here. From what my significant other said, it seemed like it would be an interesting trip but I needed new clothes for an event. We went later in the evening, around 7pm. The mens section is extremely small and unorganized. The sizes and coat hangers are incorrect so trying to find anything for yourself is pretty difficult. The selection is decent but only about 3 sizes for a item, if not less. Regardless I would recommend for anyone looking for nice quality at a cheap price.

I love Ross, but it seems like they bitten off more than they can chew.The Omaha,Neb store is too small and it has picked over stuff nobody wants!! Some great finds but shelves are to bare nothing to really attract you. Do Better it's a lot of money in Omaha if bring in more inventory. This Ross is new and they opened right after the holidays which means a double whammy of very picked over. However, the staff is great and they have been getting more and more trucks as Ross realizes how much of a need there is for them in Omaha. If you have never been to Ross before give them some time to get more stuff in. Also, Ross is not a place where you go to find something specific...it is where you find things that you never knew that you needed. They did make the dressing rooms really small in this Ross although I have no idea why. That all being said the staff is nice and it is Ross. After a few months this is going to be a fantastic addition to Omaha. Finally Omaha has Ross!

This store could easily be a five but its always messy. It is not the employees fault whatsoever, they do the best that they can, there isnt enough of them to keep the store clean. The clientel who shop there trash the store. Not the employees fault and hard to maintain with the volume of people using it.

I always find something at Ross! They could use more cashiers (usually only one) so bring your patience. Also common issues with unattended children, but that's more on bad parenting.

Not what I expected. Selection is mediocre and the prices are not as discounted as I thought they would be. I was expecting a lot more high-end brands and there were very few. Not sure if there is a good day of week to go on, but Saturday was not good.

If you have all day to browse through the huge, messy, jumbled racks of stuff, you can find some good stuff at a good price. It was a giant mess. I did find some cute kids things for ok prices. Good luck!

I would generally rate Ross higher, but this location had a very claustrophobic feel to it. Clothing items were poorly organized and more often in the wrong areas than the right ones. The whole store felt haphazard and disorganized, worse than most thrift stores. My advice to management would be to clean and organize.

They always look ransacked at every Ross I have been to. They have very friendly staff which makes up for the cleanliness in some respects as I know they are over worked.

It's a bit of a hodge podge of all sorts of things in what seems like a very small place. Clothes, shoes, household items, decor, toy name it they may have it. I was pretty impressed that they had a selection of men's shoes over size 13. That's rare. Name brands even. You have to root around, there didnt seem to be many multiples of items, so if you like it and it works, you should probably get it right then.
