Great customer service! I came in for a pair of dress slacks and belt for my son. The store clerk was extremely helpful. He shared information and made suggestions. I went back the next day and bought my son a pair of jeans. I was in and out quickly. Very pleased and will definitely by my sons clothes there in the future!

Store personnel is awesome! One complaint is that the coupons you send out have numerous restrictions on when/how you can use them. Almost seems like a trap. Overall, though, a great store

Wonderful experience! Personable and friendly. Much more selection than what you find in other stores who have a "big and tall" selection. I happened to buy a suit when I went there. Kohls, JcPennys, Von Mour, and Dillard's failed to have the selection and service that DXL offered!

Love the service & love how everything fits. My only disappointment is none of the DXL brand shirts or pants that I have bought are wrinkle free. Up to now I have had mostly Izod & Foundry Big & Tall & all are wrinkle free. This will more than likely keep me from future DXL branded clothing.

High quality clothes for us Big & Tall guys . The gal that helped me was vary nice and she quoted me a price on a pair of shoes that was a little bit lower than the actual price, and she sold them to me for the price she quoted that was very nice of her. I did not expect that.

I hate clothes shopping and was dreading the idea of having to find new dressy attire. Kim at the Omaha/Westroads location knew what to ask to drill down directly to the right choices and within minutes, I was trying on a complete outfit. I'll definitely be shopping here again!

The sales person was very nice and allowed us to shop at our own pace. My husband is quite particular and can be touchy, but the associate was professional and let him do his own thing. She was professional at the check out, even when there was a misunderstanding on a price. Highly recommend anyone in the big and tall community to shop here. Great Experience!

Always a great experience at this store. The ladies are amazingly helpful. Every single time I have shopped here its been a perfect day of shopping. Im a guy who hates shopping and really hates clothes shopping. The ladies make it effortless, and i wont shop anywhere else. Becky is Terrific and she always gives great advice ask for her!

Stopped in to look at ( price out) a suit! Had no intentions on purchasing today. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Kim, who worked with me from start to finish and was super knowledgeable!! I will return. And I will ask for Kim again!! I can’t express enough how refreshing it is to work with such a professional, yet personable individual. I actually bought the suit and will be back for another in a couple weeks! #teamKim!!

I was so impressed with the selection, I purchased 3 other shirts and made an note to come back to add to my wardrobe. It's great to go to a store where everything fits.

Great selection and service. Didn't have a lot of time and found what I was looking for quickly. Customer service was excellent. Sales associate showed me around some and let me look with out bothering me. She was there to open the dressing room and met me at the register for checkout. Been there before but do not remember them being this user friendly. For sure will be back.

Nice place to get good clothes if you are big and tall. Suits were relatively affordable, and would fit most people right off the rack. I did need some alterations, and they were happy to accommodate. The only drawback I think, is the price of alterations is a little steep.

My first visit to DXL was a great experience! I was helped genuinely without feeling like I was being followed. I am an "in-betweener", meaning I am too big to fit the men's department clothes at most department stores but not big enough for the Big & Tall section. DXL, as I discovered, has quite the selection for me to actually fit in to. I've got to admit, I am a little excited. I will most definitely be returning.

The staff here are amazing! They helped us for months trying to find a suit for my husband for our wedding. Although in the end we did not purchase a suite from them they gave a recommendation for where we could find the perfect suite. I would recommend this store to anyone

I love love love this store. The prices are reasonable, the employees are focused and friendly. They are also encouraging to those who definitely are not shoppers by nature, which helped me get my boyfriend in and out of there with nice slacks for a wedding in ground breaking time. Look, this place is expensive. When you go here you are getting high quality threads made for fat dudes, so if you are a bigger guy you know we pay more for it. I always find something that looks good and makes me feel comfortable here and the staff is always friendly.

Tony is the store manager. I took my son in who is 13 yrs old , but 6'2, 215 lbs. and a size 14 shoe. The products are top line, brand names and great quality. Just like shopping at the mall, but with people who understand what it is to be big. Tony took the time to help my son feel comfortable and happy to find things in his size. Fantastic service.

I really like the selection of large men's clothing. It's hard for me to find clothes that fit right really anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and respectful. Only reason I had to knock a star is because of the prices. They are defiantly not somewhere you can go on a dime.
