Almost to many boots to choose from but I saw a pair and didn't take them off the entire time I was in the store. I don't think I've ever spent 5 hours in a store before but it happened here! It was my friends first time buying a pair of boots and I had to dress her for the upcoming concerts this year and they are all country. Staff was really nice and wasn't upset with our Shenanigans, or at least didn't show it to much. Wish they had more sizes for me but found a couple of things. So cute! Watch out Morgan Wallen... Here we come!

My experience was very terrible at the beginning. Was not approached once for assistance. The young kids at the front have subpar customer service skills. They don’t even know how to fold clothes into a bag… Then there was Janice (who works in the back) who saw how upset I was as how my brand new shirts were being handled like a ball. Janice took over and offered to steam the wrinkles of my shirt. She is an amazing woman with astounding customer service skills.

Always have pretty good luck. Especially for my kids. Boys and girls western wear is gettin harder to find around here. Great selection. Prices are fair on most things and maybe a little high on some others. Prices keep goin up though. Thanks to shows like yellowstone for creating a demand to drive prices up i guess. As for the help....best of luck. Most of them look like they woke up and said welp....mights as well get a job today. And for the love of all that is holy...do NOT let em touch a cowboy hat!!! Still better than boot barn though

All I can say is the customer service I received from Patricia Wilson at Cavender was second to none! She helped me so much with a exchange due to receiving the wrong boots. She went above and beyond. I am so appreciative of this. You do not receive this kind of treatment these day which is a breath of fresh air! Great employee choice Cavender in Patricia Wilson. Great store and overall nice selection. However, management needs to tone down pushing employees or allowing employees to continually offer assistance. Normally it's a good thing but I was offered help so many times that it started to interrupt my shopping experience (x13 times in 20 minutes). If you've ever shopped at the Buckle, it's basically the same experience. I'll probably just shop online instead of driving to store.

I Usually prefer cavendeds over boot barn due to customer service and selection. But this time was very disappointing. I went to go get a cowboy hat and I was greeted by a young man who was very polite. I told him what size we measured the hat since the original is worn out to hopefully help get the right size or close to it. He went and asked another gentleman if you wanna call him that to assist with the sizing. The guy was very rude to the boy and did not want to help him whatsoever. He kept pushing him out of the way and then tole him to give me a 7 1/8 hat... thats smaller than even my head so no a guys head is not gonna fit that. The registers were quiet and didn't say much. Yall really nees to get a good manager in there to set the example

I visited Cavender’s today and purchased an Ariat jacket with the Mexican flag on it. Rene was so kind and helpful with my purchase, and made sure to make great conversation when I was checking out. :) Some of the best customer service I’ve had ♥️

Love this western wear store. Unreal assortment of boots, fine women's clothing, and I always like to look through their discounted women's garments. Great looking store from outside and inside. Definitely recommend

Really great place to shop. The sales associate in the men's was very helpful. Very large selection of boots. Nice selection of hats. Very nice children's section. We were able to get a few pearl snap onesies for our new born. My father from out of town (who is very particular) was able to find a nice pair of boots that met all his requirements. The store was very nice and clean. Terrific selection of western apparel for everyone in the family. I had been to a Cavender's on Denver and had a great experience too, and now I'm glad we have one in Omaha!

Great place to shop. All the staff is very helpful! Cody the manager went above and beyond by coming outside with me to show clothe to my handicapped mother in the car so she could decide if she wanted them or not. When we did go in, he suggested I pull the jeep right up front to the door for her to get in and out. Great customer service. Thanks Cody!

I really like this store I go here for most of my cowboy needs! They have super friendly staff, I accidentally dropped a pretty expensive perfume on the floor and they were pretty chill about it staff didn’t seem mad at all! I also like their friendliness to foreigners!

Love the store and the selection, but one employee isn't very cordial. Been there twice in 4 days and acted like I was putting them out by asking a question. But it definitely won't stop me from going back.

I think this place is underrated you should definitely check it out it's not always what you expect to see until you go inside the quality is definitely there friendly manner inviting entrance clean and Free of debris smells amazing and if you are looking for a job they are hiring

I'm always pleased with the selections available .My first visit I had Lauren assisting me.i was extremely impressed with her knowledge of the products and her demeanor, pleasant courteous and attentive. I'm again extremely impressed with Tessa that assisted me this trip. Lauren isn't at 72nd St Omaha store.Tessa is the 2nd rep I've encountered however that doesn't put her in 2nd place. Both of these people are top drawer quality and are tied equally in 1st place. I'm sure Cavenders is full of knowledgeable helpful courteous employees. It is rare in this world of excuses and explaining why you are not getting good service. It's refreshing to shop in such comfort with confidence in the products and quality with fair prices good sales dicounts and even military veterans discounts. We didn't even win that war.i do recommend Cavenders to anybody. Check them out its interesting to see and I'm certain you too will find the welcome to Cavenders uplifting.

Service is excellent! You won't carry items around the store verylong before someone ask to take it upfront for you. Makes shopping and continuing to look a breeze. 100% better than Boot Barn across the street.

The staff here or courteous and gracious they showed me a hat and necklace and two neckties my wife didn't like one of the neckties and the hat didn't fit properly so I went and I took a necktie back and exchanged my hat there are no problems no issues it was a smooth transaction and the same person who help me buy the first hat help me find the Hat that fit my head properly this is officially the Cavender's I will be going to and I recommend it to anybody who enjoys Western Wear and courteous staff the staff here will help you find anyting you need from boots to hats and pants to shirts coats and jackets and vests and more.
