THE MAN that says "hi" when you walk in is the BEST part about shopping here. He is a vibe of awesomeness!!!!! This poor store. They are trying so hard. They have such great merchandise that I drive a far distance to visit here. But, I also know that some items on shelves will be damaged from customers. I really hope that they can fix the problems they are having :)

This location is a complete disaster & accident waiting to happen! If you have the patience to shop through the mess, you'll find some good deals. Not really sure why, but a lot of the tags were TORN so there was no visible price. Lots of markdowns for less than half price. 3 stars for the merchandise... -2 because that one staff member was ruining my shopping experience by complaining about helping check out customers. I was by the sheets, I shouldn't hear all that & I'm in the back of the store. Just so happened to get the complaining cashier at checkout & needed a price lookup because there wasn't another item of the same size for comparison. They looked up the most expensive item from that department ($10.99) I told them it shouldn't be that much, "do you want it or not?!" was their response. I'm like lower the price & they knock off $3. I showed my employee card, now they're fuming... why though? This stuff is NOT coming out of their check! The cashier literally walked off after my transaction, leaving 1 cashier & 8 people in the checkout line saying "I'm bout to go."

I love this place. Only thing is you have to watch what you buy. Especially the shoes. I wear a size 6. Three times I asked if they were sure the shoes were size 6. I get home and they are a size nine. But they have great deals.

I hate how they allow their customers to rip up and products like cosmetics but other than that the store could be a little bit cleaner and more organized but I understand that people can be pretty ghetto you can't control that but as far as the store itself they have great products and prices so I love this store in any City started visiting in Phoenix Arizona where I am from

I REALLY had a great experience. Aside from nearly losing my wallet that is. I quickly found 2 t shirts in my size because everything was sorted by size. Looking for shoes, I IMMEDIATELY found loafers that actually were in my size. The prices probably compare to any thrift shop, although this place is NOT. I actually talked with the Loss Prevention guy AND my cashier. They were also able to do a split payment. Great all around! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I love visiting this location on NW 23rd!!!! The staff there is always extremely helpful and there is a particular employee there by the name of Katrina (I think) and every time I go in she goes the extra mile and looks for thing even if the stuff I’m looking for is in the back. She’s e always so helpful and does everything with a smile on her face. I love the prices and the quality of the merchandise you get. Will most definitely be back!!!!!

It was ok. The prices were good. The store was in decent shape considering it was after 7pm and they were busy. The woman that checked me out was as sweet and helpful as she could be. Everyone else left a bit to be desired in the professionalism and politeness department. But there was 1 cashier, at least 2 security guards, a guy im pretty sure was the MoD and then the girl that ended up checking me out when the MoD FINALLY asked for her to come up. I'll be back be abuse of the price and selection. Certainly not the service.

I come in a few times during the year and keep my wardrobe up to date. They always have such cute clothes and I spend about $100 and I'm covered for the season, you can find things from a dollar to 3 just unbranded but very stylish.

So when the 1st time I've been here and walking around see what it's about reasonable price, so I did purchase about $150 of stuff although being stalked around the whole store by the (BBL) the manager, and loss prevention. I felt defamed. I don't steal and why would they assume so.. Never did they ask me if I needed help looking for anything they we're profiling me.. And I felt violated. It seemed like every isle I browsed down oh there they we're as if they we're doing actual work, touching purses looking at me talking very loud and a very unwelcome feeling.. Horrible customer service form the so called manager and loss prevention. I've always had the 5 ft rule. Put a smile on and see if I need help, don't assume, don't violate me or my time. I won't ever be back just for that. The 2 cashiers we're A+ while talking and checking out, paying for my stuff all the while the (BBL MANAGER) yelled over 10 feet at the cashier an order to clean up shoes in 10 min.. Now she's helping us we didn't need to come shop here or be deemed unacceptable. I'd like something to be done about this. Please if you felt the same let us know.. WE NEED CHANGE.. not to be defamed.

I came in looking for an item after calling first, I was told the item was there. When I made it to the location THE ITEM WAS NOT THERE! I was so upset because it was a gift and I drove 45 min to get it. While Noticeably upset a woman came up to me and without hesitation she took all the stress off of my back, She apologized for whoever dropped the ball and helped me find A BETTER GIFT for my niece!. It's ok just another Ross store, many of the tags are Ross tags, it's much less organized, less inventory and not much for wanted items. At the checkout I was finishing my purchase and the door greeter yelled from his spot if I still needed to purchase my purse!!??? Uumm hello I just pulled my wallet out of my purse to pay for my purchase, nothing like being made to feel like a thief. Given the location I suppose that's why.

To Diana Espinoza as a former employee. The person you talked to about the swimsuits works in the fitting room that is where the main phone is when she told you she could not go look. She wasn't trying to be rude,the person over the fitting room can only walk a certain feet away from the area and if she told you no then it was out of her reach also with that type of store and the item you asked for there is no possibility of knowing if they have it or not they don't order their items.a ruck comes 5 days a week and brings them tons of boxes and the stock team just sensors what needs to be sensored and puts it out. I haven't worked here since July of '15 and a lot of people who I opened the store with no longer work there it could have been a new person which is why it sounds rude. The original staff would politely explain why they can't look or something. I only go for leggings long sleeve shirts and socks and some decorations never beyond that.
