This is the first Primark I visited in the US and I am glad the franchise is thriving! There are so many option of things such as intimate wears and lounging outfits as well as casual clothing. The prices are pretty affordable for the style and quality.

One of My favorite European shops. Affordable but classy. Ended up shopping more than budgeted for. Good place to shop for Christmas gifts. Too crowded and I think they need a bigger space up there. They should add more women clothing and men shirts with bigger sizes for regular Americans. Definitely going back for more.

I'm never disappointed in the quality or prices. I shop the kids department for cotton clothes for my 3 young children. There's also a great home goods section for decor and sheets/kitchenware. They have a huge assortment of cotton underwear and socks for all members of the family. No frills and a good price.

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumer’s mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. This is an European chain of shops that sells affordable accessories, clothes, home decors and other fashion items. We visited this shop during our visit to the American Dream and it was our first time here. The shop has a great collection of various items. We didn’t intend to buy anything much when we got to this store and ended up buying a lot of stuff. Don’t think that the quality of items will take a toss because of the affordable/cheap prices. The items are of standard quality and there’s no compromise there. They have a huge number of checkout lanes, so the wait time is very neglige even when you are waiting in the line, while maintaining the 6 ft distance. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and we will be coming here quite often, in the future.

I would like to say thank you to Manager and staff member Specially Antonio. I lost my Uniqlo shopping bag on Saturday at Primark. I went home and I realized about it. Next day Primark was closed so I called Monday to find out regarding my lost items . I haven’t got positive answer. So I went next day at Primark personally. I told Antonio about this scenario. He told me to wait and took initiative further. He went inside and grab my bag same as was left at the store. I’m so glad that your store have a such a nice and helpful employee like Antonio to help customers !!!! Great job 😄

Here's a secret, Primark is the best store at American Dream Mall🤫! It is FANTASTIC! Bargains all day every day. I don't like to tell everybody where I shop, however, Primark at this location is one of the best stores to shop at FOR EVERYTHING! I've bought everything including t-shirts, slacks, shorts, button downs, sport jackets, swimming trunks, pajamas & nightwear for my wife, sweat pants, kids clothing, and even some home supplies and decor. This might seriously be my favorite store to shop at! Tonight, for instance, I bought a tank top for $3.50 and some shorts for $6. You would never think so, but their bargains are much better than Marahalls, Kohls, Target, TJ Maxx, Walmart and even Ebay or Amazon. I even prefer most of their bargains to Shein and other E-commerce brands. Just saying, Primark is a 5⭐ store! I dare you to walk in there with even $20 and walk out empty handed 😂 Here are the shorts and tank top I purchased tonight. Nothing crazy, but for under $10?? 🤷🏻‍♂️ GOTTA LOVE PRIMARK!! Clothes are relatively inexpensive, there are a ton of employees working, a ton of them standing around but good lord could they get a few more people checking out the customers?! We stood in line for 20 minutes to check out, who does that? Maybe they should go to an incentivized business model, the more they check out the more they make???

Well made clothing at bargain price! You can't find clothing in Old Navy in their price range and the quality is very good. They have a lot of licensed brand as well. $15 jeans $7 graphic tees. This is their first store in the U.S. your wardrobe from here will pretty much be exclusive. Located adjacent to the Coca Cola food count on the their level.

This place is pretty great. Huge and all on one floor. They have a section for men and women and boys and girls And they have a section for home items but that one is small. Everything is really cheap, but the quality seems decent. Don't be alarmed if the line is long because it moves very quickly with 30 registers at the end. They also have a nice dressing room with 40 something stalls to try things on.

Wowwww. I have shopped at Primark before, but this store is huge. So much variety and sizes. The store is super clean with 30 registers, so barely a line. This location is right off route 3 west and easily accessible from NYC. Can't wait to come back.

I love this store. The last time I went with my family, we got there early. They open at 11AM but when they saw the group of us waiting they opened up a little early. I will say this, the store is normally very neat but on our last visit it was a bit messy. Clothes were all over the sofas I the shoe area. I guess they didn't have time to clean up the night before or that morning.

Cheap clothes and plenty of them. On the surface, quality is okay. It’s not a JCPenney or Macy’s. It’s a retail store for cheap clothes and household items. Every single customer went out of the door with bags full of stuff. It felt as if they are giving it for free. Women will go insane considering the choices and prices. I love it, clothes are trendy, priced well but not cheaply made like that mail order company. My son came for the first time and couldn't believe they had shoes in his size (13) and clothing that fit as well. He asked to please come on the next shopping trip back (and he hates shopping at the mall!)

Hi Former Employee here and I just want to say my experience and opinions about when I was in Primark. This is a good review nothing bad at all so don't worry at all. I've worked there for almost several months and it has been actually a really good experience for me. It was actually my first real retail job in my life, even in fact it was my first real long term job that I ever had. Five years ago in 2016 when I graduated from high school, I was dealing with a lot issues and it took me four years to try to really improve myself and getting a job there increased my chances of self improvement and along with maturity. I'm glad they took me in. I was always happy to go there anyway. The staff there are actually the nicest and really good hearted people you'll ever meet. Everyone the managers and employees. Everyone there cares to help if there are any problems. Very organized and very good team work. These people make me happy always. The staff treats everyone well with understanding, compassion, and respect. The store itself has awesome products. They have best fashion and I bought tons of clothes from them and I wear from like every day still. The prices are the best as well, very affordable. When I worked there they pay me really well. Primark is a very good company and I think anyone should go there to shop or even looking for a job there.

This location is okay, not as large as the Staten Island or Kings Plaza stores. For fast fashion at affordable prices this store is great. We weren’t able to find any shopping baskets so I had to shove everything on the too of my stroller until I ran out of space so I had to leave lol. I liked how they had an employee directing the line so it was hardly a wait and very easy to checkout.

This Primark is not well stocked as the one on Staten island mall and it has very limited stuff and prepare to wait on the biggest line at the registers since management rather have employees folding that running registers to get customers out the door

Great store to find really cheep deals.... you have to take into account that it will not be as good quality as other places may be. But its not just a little cheaper, it is way ways way cheaper. Also no one would be able to know how much you spent on the items since they look and feel great. Just they are really cheep. Unless your looking for something specific make sure you leave plenty of time when going to primark, since you are going to want to spend some time there. Also the line can be very very long, so take that into account as well depending on when you go to primark.

Im from NC and I've never heard of this store but when I saw it at American Dream Mall, I couldn't resist going in. First off, the store is MASSIVE and at first glance, it looks pricey. But I was wrong! The prices were fantastic and I walked out of the store 2 hours later with several bags in my hand. They also have a huge men's section which can be hard to find these days. I really wish I could order from them online though. Sidenote: The quality of their cloths is top notch as well.

Just Fabulous

Primark offers many current trends at reasonable prices. However, the sizing in this store is absolutely a struggle.Most of the jeans are usually between a size 0-4; and if you happen to not fall under that category, it turns into a struggle. I would really appreciate if they would put more effort into a large supply of larger sizes. Another unfortunate issue is that the employees seem to put the jeans in the wrong sized hangers. For example, if the hanger says “size US 14”, the size of the jeans are actually a US 6. This can really throw unsuspecting customers off, so I advise anyone who shops hear to please be attentive to this. Also, I noticed that some of the price tags are in Euros and that really throws me off. Please keep all price tags in USD.

Absolutely enjoyed my shopping experience at Primark. They have a *great* selection at *affordable* prices. I couldn't stop shopping, everything looked great. To put that into perspective I got 4 sweaters, 2 coats, 2 sweats and 1 shirt for a total of $180. All great quality. The coats are warm af. What's more is that they have 20 billing counters. Beat that, you can't.

If you're ever looking for stylish, affordable clothes, lingerie, shoes, bags this is the place you want to go to. You literally will find something for everyone in the family. The best part is the friendly customer service. It's not like other department stores where the staff are stressed, or they look like they don't want to be there. Whatever the culture is at Primark, it's working for them because the staff are always in a pleasant mood. There are 42 dressing rooms, and about 40 cash registers that are always open. Trying clothes on is a very quick process and paying at the cash register is even faster. Don't let the long lines fool you, it's just a lot of us that really love this place lol. You will get to a cashier within 2mins. I love this place and I recommend it to anyone shopping for themselves or the kids.

We've been to this location about three times now and always men should come out with at least a bag or two of stuff but we found for really cheap! We first found Primark down in the South Jersey Mall and were amazed at the deals we could find. Little did we know that this store has been around since 1969 and Ireland under the name Penney's. but due to the JCPenney logo they had to rebrand outside of their native country. Here you'll not only find a variety of clothing, but everything from charging cables to toys and pillows for low prices. This store is located by the urban planet as well as where the Century 21 was going to be before they went bankrupt before their insurance company refused to pay out on the Covid-1919 virus.
