Expensive but sometimes thrifty. Lots of looks for the glam and indie sets. Been shopping here for years. Nice staff and funk dressing rooms. You can always find something incredibly cool and vintage here.

Eclectic, fun finds. Need a costume for a party or a wig for a cosplay? This place is good for a pinch. My friend and I had fun trying on differen, funky shades and he ended up buying a large, John Lennon one and a sleek, red cyberpunk glasses. They also have a good selection of unique jewelry that I was tempted by.

prices have increased drastically. but if it’s in your budget, this thrift store carries a variety of unique pieces: wigs, funky glasses/shades, purses, men & women tops / bottoms, shoes, hats, and jewelry. on street parking. handicap accessible. dressing rooms available.

Awesome second hand store with great stuff and an easily navigable layout. Loved the arty decor and the friendly staff. They really busted out the goods for Halloween too, haha

"Vintage" clothing store (yet lots of brand-new items such a custom printed t-shirts) with a men's and women's side. Decent selection on the women's side but the men's side was a little thin. Definitely worth a stop if already shopping on Magazine and, one can assume, the amount of vintage items might fluctuate so you may get lucky.

This is a cool store with a variety of new and vintage clothing. I spent more than $300 and bought party outfit for my husband and myself. The price is not cheap but I had fun there!

Such a great store with Affordable vintage clothes! First time there when I visited NOLA . I’m obsessed with their blouse and blazer collection, plus the amazing costume jewelry. Will be going back my next visit!

Lovely little store with cute clothes, but they hardly have anything for plus size. The largest they have for women is an XL, and even then they don't have much in that. It's mostly smalls and mediums. But the staff was very friendly and I did get some cute jewelry.

Today I entered the store not as a buyer but a seller. And they were very informative of what they will and won't buy. The word "Eclectic" comes to mind with their selection, very rich in vintage clothing. Weather you are buying or selling, giving this store a try is a VERY good idea. Especially if you want a good costome!

I really like this place. My mom always freaked me out about second-hand clothing, but this place changed my perspective, big time. Very organized, didn’t smell funny (lol) and had a beautiful embroidered top in my size. Prices could be a bit better on some things but overall, I’ll be back!

Got a really cool Pulp Fiction shirt here. Love the selection of new and vintage clothing/styles. Prices are comparable to other vintage stores. Their sunglasses are so cute! Great if you like vintage/throwback styles.

They have some really nice stuff in here.. some cool "vintage" t-shirts and some one of a kind pieces of clothing. The staff is really friendly and the shop is really clean and easy to navigate, it's not overwhelming like some resale shops. The prices are a little expensive but they do have a lot of really cool stuff.

This store is so fun for vintage finds and costumes. Priced med to a little high for some items. But where else can you find shiny blue shorts and matching jacket made with material like a 1960s spacesuit?

Funky Monkey doesn’t really buy back clothes. The prices for “vintage” clothes are comparable to new clothes of the same style. The store carries new clothes with vintage style so don't be duped. Do not go here expecting a bargain.

This is one of my favorite spots on Magazine street. If your into vintage clothing like me, most definitely check this place out. I've brought plenty of items from this store at a pretty reasonable price.

If you want to sell or trade your clothing you would be better off going to Buffalo exchange. This place is very slow and very undecided about what they want to take. Used to be sort of a vintage store but now It is mostly new stuff.

Very good service and all the employee's are friendly and helpful. They buy used clothing and offer you 50% in store credit and 30% in cash. Would recommend friends and family to buy & sell clothing here.
