This location is one of the best that there is. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable, they help you with informed decision making while at the same time there isn't high pressure sales tactics used. From the store manager to the last person that was hired in a few weeks ago, every single one of them are beyond helpful with purchases and returns and exchanges. I haven't come across a store that was this well equipped with the merchandise that you are looking for and the information that is needed to make the correct purchase available during this post pandemic world. This store is well worth the drive no matter where you are located. And the fact that it is located inside Green Hills Mall only adds to the stores luster and appeal in an ever-changing market with no defined outcome in sight.

The young people that I encountered today are extraordinary. Super smart and very poised and extremely helpful. I went in to do an exchange and was so impressed with the staff that attended to me that I decided to buy more items.

EDIT: *Edna via 800 customer service was able to provide a new, replacement backpack which was the perfect solution...still not sure why the store/manager Bren was against this avenue of resolve initially, leaving as three stars since new replacement required driving 35 minutes across town, and store location/manager Bren was lackluster in handling situation. if shopping with North Face - my experience was higher quality and more accommodating via 800 number and online, rather than brick and mortar location* Purchased a new Borealis backpack from this location on May 4th. The shoulder strap started stretching from the seems a few weeks after purchase. I brought the backpack into the store where it was purchased - the store manager claimed because I had used the backpack, it was exempt from return/exchange. He offered a solution via their warranty claim service which takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks. They had me transfer my belongings to a paper bag, and said I could either purchase a new bag or wait until the current one completed warranty service. I called 800, and they said E-Commerce provides a 60 day return or exchange 'no questions asked'. Also mentioned, it is store managers discretion not to return or replace. 1 star for store manager being uncooperative and unreasonable in bringing solutions, also for defective gear that did not last more than 60 days without defecting. Inconsistency in return/exchange policies. And for having to operate via a paper bag for an undisclosed amount of weeks or buy another friggin backpack.

Best customer service…..I’m from Texas and got to visited pigeon forg, staffs are very nice and professional. I wish there is one outlet in Texas. Bought so many jackets with great deal. I’m looking forward to visit here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Their products are some of the best. However, they did not send the correct coat or all components the jacket was advertised to include. So, I had to go through the hassle of returning it and waiting for the other. They really need to focus more attention on their picking and shipping operations. Others have complained of the same. That part of their operation is ruining their name brand.

Very nice retail store with a large selection of items for men, women, kids and infant/toddlers. Nice variety of items for temps ranging from 0 below up to the mid 50's which are your light jackets, heavy coats, boots, skull caps, etc. Would definitely recommend for everyone to visit.

Decent inventory and well designed store, however typical of the brand to not put prices on their high priced clothing so you have to look it up. We found nothimg in the clothing items description to substantiate the inflated prices (egos?) of this brand. Employees were pleasant but hovering at times. Too many other clothimg store options to make a purchase here.

I am writing this as a first time buyer of North Face and the beyond exceptional and GREAT customer service of a sales associate in particular, BARRAWAN at the Green Hills Mall location in Nashville, TN! I had to exchange a jacket twice (because of getting wrong color on me and the gifters end) and he was so helpful, patient, and kind! He explained the jackets warmth factor and specifics etc to make sure I was getting what I want! He even granted me free two day shipping because I needed it for a out of town work trip. He deserves any type of award, raise, or promotion in my book :) Because of him I will become a North Face customer! I am thankful for Barrawan's help and knowledge with my exchanges- he is awesome!

Always a fun store to pop in while at the Greenhills Mall. The staff are very friendly and willing to help out with any questions you may have. It's often, too, that they will have good deals on many items throughout the store.

The North Face is my favorite clothing year round but especially in the winter..In my opinion The North Face makes the best winter jackets and apparel period.. Most people also don't know that their products come with a Lifetime Warranty which they're more than happy to honor.. I do wish there was a way to still purchase items from previous seasons though.. Otherwise I love their shoes, pants, shorts, jackets, T-shirts, pullovers, backpacks, hats, gloves and their luggage..(and I have all of these)..😀
