Not sharing photos of my dress yet, but I had such a great time buying my wedding dress at Adorn! This was the second shop I had been to, one in NYC, and now Adorn and it was such a great experience. I was the only bride in the shop for most of the time, until another bride was in there for her fitting. It never felt cramped, though and it was a great experience. The staff was so kind and patient with me, and I tried on ~10 dresses, and they never once rushed me. The dress I ended up choosing was completely opposite from what I thought I'd go for, and my appointment attendant actually picked it out. It's not something I would have tried on myself, but they know what they're doing! I went in with my mom, sister, and my dad, and they were very kind to everyone. It made the day special, and very stress-free. 100000/10 would recommend! I can't wait to update this review with photos of me in my dress!

I had an amazing experience with Adorn. Their stylist reached out to me before my appointment and asked me to send styles that I liked. When I arrived, they had dresses that were picked out for me ready and in a fitting room. I ended up buying the very first one I tried on. When I went back for my pick-up appointment, my parents were even able to come. They provided champagne. My dad thought that was just the coolest. Ha ha! I did end up having a poor experience with the seamstress that they recommended for alterations, and my dress actually broke before my ceremony. Luckily, my grandma was there and was able to sew me into it. None of this was their fault at all, though. We ended up having our perfect, dreamy fall wedding in the Smokies. I highly recommend!

I could not have had a better experience shopping at adorn! I worked with Bella who picked fabulous dresses and really listened to what I liked and didn’t like throughout the process. She was so attentive and great at her job! (Plus just a really cool and kind human.) I did not expect to “say yes” to a dress at my first session trying on and truly could not imagine leaving without one! I would have bought 3 if I had an unlimited budget! I brought one friend with me who also raved about the space and experience. She said it was nothing like hers and she would have loved wedding dress shopping if she had been treated this way. We cheersed so many times with champagne and truly had the absolute best day. I could write a novel about all of the things I loved about this shop and experience! I am so excited to be back for all of my fittings, etc!!

Hands down the best bridal experience I’ve had. Alix has amazing taste and you can see that the moment you meet her. I felt instant confidence in the stores’ selections. Daisy supports you through the long term purchase and alterations. Such a light hearted personality for the big financial commitment - necessary. If you are looking for that place that provides all the best of Kleinfeld’s “Say Yes to the Dress” but with a small boutique experience, you’ve found it! High quality dresses, personal experience, perfectly lit space. I literally can’t think of a detail more that they can do to make that space, selection, and/or bridal-consultant partnership better. Definitely go here!

Original post: This was my fourth and final stop for wedding dress shopping, and after a very long, overwhelming weekend, trying on dresses in this store with this team was like finally getting to exhale after holding your breath. They had done a lot of pre-work to make sure we used our time in the store efficiently (asking in advance for my wedding date, venue, pictures of inspiration, descriptions, likes and dislikes, etc.) and already had four dresses ready for me to try on before I even walked in the store. We were offered champagne, which was a plus! But my mom especially has continued to remark on the music that was playing, how sweet and cute the team was, and how attentive they were and how well they listened to me. I underestimated how overstimulating wedding dress shopping can be, and a couple of the places I visited kind of made me just want to walk out the door. But Adorn was fabulous from top to bottom, and they patiently talked me through and walked me through every option available until we had customized not only the wedding dress of my dreams but one that made me feel like ME. I know this is getting long, but truly, I had such a wonderful experience. Before walking into Adorn, I felt like I was going to have to choose between a couple of different styles of dresses and details that I really liked (or buy two dresses, which seemed financially unrealistic). The team at Adorn created a dress that literally had every tiny detail and touch I wanted. I never expected to be so excited about my wedding dress, but I can't stop thinking about it or going back to look at the videos and pictures. The team — and Alix specifically, in my case — is that good. Go see what I mean.

UPDATING MY REVIEW, DATE IS 2 JUNE 2022: I originally didn't find my dress at Adorn, but then a different boutique completely ruined the dress I picked. The customer service of that boutique was beyond abysmal, and I didn't have a fitting wedding dress just 6 weeks before my wedding. So I called Adorn. They were on it immediately. They found me a dress I loved and had it rushed to me. They helped me get alterations fast and complete the ~lewk~. I feel like it was meant to be. I'm honestly tearing up writing this post because of how much these gals took care of me and made me feel good on our special day. I literally cannot recommend this boutique enough. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM FALL 2021: Had an absolutely fabulous time with Adorn. Ultimately found my dress in my hometown, but my best shopping experience was with Adorn. Stylist Bella particularly was kind, professional, and extremely tasteful. I will be forever grateful for her keen input into my dress search!

I had a WONDERFUL experience at Adorn Bridal! The entire appointment was so much fun and I really enjoyed working with Bella. She called to check in before the appointment to get a feel for what I liked, and when I came in to the shop she was prepared with dresses I absolutely adored! A few of my closest friends and family members came with and we sipped champagne and had a blast. Every dress Bella pulled for me was STUNNING. As I got a better idea of what I liked on me she was able to pivot and find more dresses in that direction. She also did a great job clipping the dresses so I could truly envision what they would look like on me. That made the WORLD of a difference compared to previous bridal appointments I had been to elsewhere! I found my dream dress and cannot rave enough about the great service at Adorn.

Adorn was one of my last stops, and obviously the best as it’s where I chose my dress! Jennifer helped me with the process and “got me” in regards to style more than other shops in town. The experience was nice from the get got, not rushed, and gave me lots of options! They are able to make custom changes to your dress and accessories (I ordered my dress in a different fabric and lengthened and added a blusher to my veil). Go get your dress here!!

I found my dream dress at Adorn with Bella’s help and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Before my appointment at Adorn I had an appointment at another shop earlier that morning that left me feeling pressured and anxious. As soon as I entered Adorn, Bella made me feel so comfortable and really made the whole experience so fun! She had contacted me earlier in the week to ask about my wedding and style and was so prepared when I showed up for my appointment. She told me she would take care of pulling all the dresses and I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. Well, she really knows what she’s doing because the first dress she put me in was the dress I ended up choosing! It had everything I ever wanted/dreamed for, just perfect! The rest of the visit almost felt like playing dress up just because I already felt so attached to that first dress. But Bella encouraged me to take the time to try on things I was still curious about so that when the time came to try the first gown on again I had no hesitations or questions, it was my perfect dress! Something else I also liked about the shop is that they don’t have mirrors in the actual dressing rooms so I actually got to see my family’s genuine reactions to the dress when I was walking out before I saw it on myself which was so special. Needless to say there was lots of happy tears! Thank you so much again it really was the perfect experience!

What started as an appointment to try on EVERY style possible, lead me to finding my dream dress. My mom surprised me with an appointment to Adorn while we were on a weekend trip in Nashville. It was meant to be a fun, "try everything on" appointment. We had no intention of finding my wedding dress. Our appointment was with Bella. She was so patient and took the time to describe the styles, pros and cons and possible customizations of each dress I tried on (about 10 dresses in my 60minute appointment). I walked away that day (without a dress) feeling like I had learned so much and had a great time with everyone in the shop. After looking at a few more shops around me locally, I ended up purchasing my dress from Adorn Nashville a few weeks later. No other bridal shop experience compared. Most felt impersonal and pushy. I usually only tried about 5-7 dresses on per shop because they we're nearly as on top of it as they were at Adorn. Adorn worked with me to buy my dress off the rack as the designer wouldn't be able to create one in time for my wedding date. Adorn cleaned and shipped my dress to me in Colorado and sent me a list of trusted seamstresses in my area who were familiar with my designers style so I could have the best experience possible. I ended up customizing my dress to include sleeves. From beginning to end, Adorn provided an exceptional experience. Even if you don't live near one of their shops, it's worth the trip to Adorn Nashville.

I had two appointments at Adorn, once just looking at a trunk show and once with my family to purchase a dress. The stylists are attentive and helpful, and keep the atmosphere fun. The selection is beautiful, but if there is something you want they don’t have in store, they will have it shipped to the store for you to try on. I found the boutique through a friend and couldn’t recommend it more!

My experience with adorn was BEYOND expectations. 10/10 and it was my first stop and I didn’t even wanna go to any other bridal stores because I knew after this experience I would be disappointed. I was super nervous because it’s a store in the gulch and I thought everyone would be stuck up and prissy with their Gucci bags but it was complete opposite! It was a personal intimate experience no other brides walking around and all attention with you and your stylist. All the workers acted as their true self they were so nice so personal and I could be my goofy self. The styles and everything they picked out is like they some how knew me before. I left with happy tears and it was everything I wanted and more I truly felt more like a bride and feeling so magical it was the most surreal experience ever. No other bridal store can match the energy in this store.

I went dress shopping at Posh based on a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad I did! They pulled the most beautiful dresses and all within my budget I had established at the beginning of the appointment. My dress ended up being the very first one I put on! I also bought my veil that day which I ended up changing my mind on and ordered a second one when I picked up my dress months later. At this time I had moved to California so they shipped the veil to me. It ended up being the wrong veil but the owner Jenny corrected the mistake very quick and even sent me a starbucks gift card! This is definitely the place for dresses, veils, and accessories (I bought my earrings there too)! I now tell everyone I know getting married in Nashville to go to Adorn (previously Posh).

The owner is so sweet and the girls working there are amazing. Bella - you were a dream! So fun and so professional! Thank you for helping our bride and making her feel so special! There are not enough good things that I can say about Adorn. My experience was the easiest and most exciting of every store I went to. I went in thinking I was going to stick with this one style and Alix was so patient with me. She helped me try on multiple dresses and truly just listened to every bit of feedback that I gave with each dress. Near the end of our appointment, she asked me to try on one more - even though it was the opposite of what I was thinking... as soon as I saw myself in the mirror - I knew that was THE dress. That "connection" that people say you'll feel - it's so true and if Alix hadn't been there to push me to try it on, I wouldn't have even considered it... Do yourself a favor and call and book an appointment. And if I were you - I'd recommend Alix as your stylist!

Adorn (and Bella specifically), made this experience so fun and stress free. Bella listened to exactly what I was saying and pulled dresses for me to try that were exactly on point. I had the most amazing experience at Adorn Nashville! This was my first time wedding dress shopping and my consultant was Bella. I had sent her my Pinterest board a week prior and she actually pulled four dresses from it as well as pulling similar gowns. Adorn is heaven on earth for all brides. They have every style of dress you could possibly imagine and MORE. While dress shopping I went to two other bridal stores and the entire time I was thinking about how I wanted to go back to Adorn. In addition to the selection, the staff is absolutely amazing, shout out to Alix who was a dream to work with. Second I absolutely loved Alex my stylist! I traveled from Louisville, Ky in search of some unique designers not local and adorn was the closet shop to me. Alix’s personality and energy is what made this appointment so special. We were not treated as “just another bride” which was HUGE. I felt like she was my best friend who happens to know everything about fashion, and wouldn’t dare put me out on my wedding day in something that wasn’t 100% me. I cannot recommend Adorn Bridal Shop highly enough! Adorn was the second bridal shop I went to - my first appointment (at a different place) had left me feeling fat, ugly, and full of despair. Needless to say I was not super thrilled to continue my search. Adorn changed all of that! From the first phone call I had with Bella, I was at ease. She listened to what I learned from my first experience, and assured me that we would make adjustments to find my perfect dress. The day of my appointment I worked primarily with Alix, and she was fantastic. Before we started, she explained their process of listening, engaging, and noticing body language to really know how I was feeling in the various dresses. I felt heard and understood, and once I had the right dresses on, I felt beautiful. The dress I ended up choosing is different from what I originally envisioned, but it is so perfect! I didn't want to take it off, and I can't wait to wear it again in September. I really attribute all the success I had with the dress to the team at Adorn. They were so welcoming and encouraging and fun, while at the same time being honest about what works best with my body and what doesn't. It was such a great experience. If you have had previous dress appointments that were lackluster or even disastrous, run--don't walk--to Adorn!

There’s something to be said about the first time you see yourself in a wedding gown, and I’m so happy Adorn was where that took place. First off, do yourself a favor and pay the $25 VIP experience for Saturday. I scheduled a 9am appointment and was taken to the back part of the store and truly felt like I was having a VIP experience. They welcomed me with a small cup of champagne, which definitely eased those wedding-dress-shopping jitters.The days leading up to the appointment, my dress consultant texted me to ask for my Pinterest Page with dresses that I had liked. When I arrived, they had already pulled about 10-12 dresses for me tailored to what I liked. You might think that you want to walk around the store and pick the dresses out yourself- but I actually enjoyed the process of having dresses hand picked for me WAY WAY WAY better. It took the stress off of me and I got to just enjoy the next dress that was tailored to the styles I already liked. I am someone who is shy about the spotlight but they made the process as comfortable as possible. I went to two dress appointments at two different stores after- but there was no sense in it. Adorn has the best selection, quality, atmosphere, professionalism, and staff of women of all the bridal salons in Nashville. When I went back to purchase by gown the next day, my consultant Bella was very patient with me as I whittled down my final decision. I have been to Kleinfeld's in New York City and I felt this was a WAY better experience. Do yourself a favor and just schedule yourself a dress appointment here. I found a dress more beautiful than I could truly imagine myself wearing on my wedding day. I was greeted by my two consultants, Alix and Rachel, who made me feel beautiful and glamorous. They were honest about what worked it didn’t, and did not pressure me to make a decision. They made helpful suggestions about what could be changed or added to each dress. They were super chill and relaxed, and made the whole appointment about me, and making me feel comfortable and fabulous. I went to two other boutiques after Adorn, but did not get nearly the same star treatment. I wear a size 8 in regular dresses, which is average I think, but other stores I went to only carried tiny sample sizes that made me feel huge and disgusting. I even had a consultant at another store tell me the style I picked was “not for curvy girls”. I ultimately went back to Adorn, said yes to my incredible dress and celebrated with my wonderful consultants :) couldn’t be happier!

Fantastic experience here - the shop is stunning, has great lighting and is very well-kept. My consultant was very helpful and kind to stay within my budget of $2500, which is the lowest end of their dresses, but never once made feel that I was unimportant because I was trying on the less expensive dresses. She was very transparent if a dress in regards to designer, pricy, style, etc and was very supportive in my journey - explaining what to expect from timeline, fit, alteration costs and gave overall great advice when looking for my dress. The dresses are SUPREME quality and that really shows when you put them on. She was very intuitive to my reaction and asked specific questions to help with finding the next dress. Even though I found a "favorite," she knew it wasn't "my dress" and encouraged me to keep them in mind as I looked elsewhere, sharing she is happy to help find me something within their shop once I get a better idea of what I am looking for. Thank you for getting me out of my comfort zone and appreciating my decisiveness! Tips to other brides: having the first appointment was nice, park in the paid lot across the street, be specific with your dress budget - separated from alterations, veil, accessories, etc, and understand your limit. Be specific and let them work their magic for you. When you don't like it, tell them why.

This past weekend I went wedding dress shopping for the first time. My first stop was Adorn Nashville on Friday and my consultant was Rachel. She was able to guide me through my appointment effortlessly, as I went in not really knowing what I wanted. By the end of the appointment, I was torn between 2 dresses and decided to leave and think about it. Later that day, I went to another appointment and it was not even close to the same as my experience at adorn. You could tell that at my second appointment (not at Adorn), the girl only cared about making commission; she didn't care about what I wanted. Saturday morning I went to a third shop, hoping to find a mix of the two dresses I fell in love with at Adorn. Let's just say I walked in, tried on a few dresses, and within 20 minutes I left that shop crying and feeling defeated. I called Rachel at Adorn and asked her if she had anytime to see me again so I could try on the 2 dresses I loved. She was MORE than accommodating and told me to come right over. Walking into Adorn, I was so relieved to see her. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, unlike the other two consultants I had worked with at different shops that weekend. I was ready to try on my two dresses and make a choice, and Rachel said that she pulled a wild card for me that they had just got back in that morning from dry cleaning. I was hesitant of it when I walked into the dressing room but decided to put it on anyways, and I loved it. I tried on the other two I loved and Rachel was able to help me differ between loving the dress because I felt like a model, versus feeling like a bride. As soon as she said that, it just clicked in my head and helped me to see things so much clearer. After Rachel worked her magic of putting one dress I had loved over the new one I tried on that day; she had me close my eyes while she took off the previous one I loved to reveal the new one. Before I even opened my eyes to see myself in the mirror, my family and friends were gasping and crying. She knew exactly what I wanted before I even did! She gave me my ah hah moment and made me feel like a bride. I was crying again, but the good tears this time. She is a MIRACLE worker. She is also very straight forward and honest regarding changes we can make to each dress and how accommodating the designers are there; it is just fantastic. I would recommend Rachel to anyone I know, and I would even encourage people to come in from out of state to visit Nashville and Adorn. They are incredible. I cannot thank Rachel enough for seeing my vision and helping me become a bride!

I did end up finding a dress here but I repeatedly talked about keeping my budget low including alterations. I picked a dress of the rack that I wanted to change the neckline,. I was told time and time again that changing the neckline was doable and would be easy for the seamstress they use and that their seamstress, karen, would 100% be able to do it and it would cost around $400. I buy the dress after triple checking all this info with the bridal shop. I get to my appointment with Karen and she tells me the alterations will cost $800+. Definitely disappointed in this seeing how for that budget I could have just bought a dress not off the rack. I was also told that the bridal stylist would be going with me to alterations, she made it to one and even she told me that the dress did not look right or good. The dress never really came out how it was supposed to even though they told me “it would be soooo easy”. I felt kind of like I was sold the dress and was told what I wanted to hear and then left to the wolves at the alterations place. $1800 later.

When I called the store to inquire about certain dresses and designers, I instantly clicked with the staff. I planned a trip to Nashville specifically to go to Posh and I was not disappointed. I started to give up hope that I would not get "that feeling" you are supposed to get when you find the one. I started to think that I was going to need to settle on a dress. Jennifer was my consultant and she was AMAZING. Very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to me and understand exactly what I was looking for. I had good vibes about Posh from the moment I stumbled upon their website and I finally found my dream dress! Yes, brides, you DO get "that feeling" when you find your dress. I have every confidence that Posh Bridal can make that happen for you.

I had been eyeing a specific designer and the closest bridal salon that carried her line was closed due to COVID-19. I reached out to Adorn to see if they would be willing to do a virtual appt with me even though I lived in a different state. Not only were they happy to do it but they also contacted the designer to have a particular dress delivered to them for me! I mean, if they are willing to do that for a virtual appt I can’t imagine what they would do for their brides in store! During the appt, my stylist was super knowledgeable about bridal dresses and was able to walk me every step of the way. She made things happen for me that I didn’t think could happen, especially given the time frame. I’m so thankful for the ladies at Adorn! You will not be disappointed with their selection of dresses or their service.

Rachel made magic happen and ordered loners for me to try on that could be in by the time of my wedding. We found the dress! Rachel is one of the best girls I’ve ever met in sales. She kept me updated every step of the way. Make an appointment and ask for Rachel. She made my experience so great that that’s why I stayed with them to find my next dress. I was looking for a particular brand and style of wedding dress in a certain price point and the ladies did their very best to pull dresses that fit those two categories. My wedding dress and veil had to be custom ordered and I have not heard anything from the store since we first ordered it updating me on where the dress and veil are in the process. To me, receiving communication like that would have given my experience a 5 star.

Some bridesmaids and I came to Posh after a wonderful experience at Modern Trousseau - the dresses here are beautiful and the stylist picked a dress after looking at my Pinterest that ended up being “The One” and oddly enough it was the first one I put on. The dresses were beautiful and diverse and the staff was overall really friendly. I will say however, the stylist/rep made me feel SUPER pressured into picking that moment. I felt like I knew it was the one, but wanted an hour to talk to my fiancé (as it was way over my budget), and just digest what I was thinking. It’s not like I regret choosing my dress, or coming to Posh, I just still feel like I was rushed and think that’s something they could definitely work on.

I came in for an appointment during their sample sale. I ordered a dress previously (somewhere else) and was worried about it getting to me on time. So, I go in so I can try to avoid spending another 4K on a dress. I find a dress - the girl tells me it’s from the Spring 2019 collection - it had a broken zipper so that had to be repaired but other than that - it was in good shape. I was still trying on dresses when another girl comes in and they kick me out of the dressing room I was in to make room for this girl and put me in the back dressing room. Anyways - bought the dress - found out it was from the 2018 spring collection - a whole year old - and had I known that - I wouldn’t have bought it knowing it had been hanging that long. But; no returns on the sample sale - so I couldn’t return it. Overall - regardless how much money you spend - and on a significant purchase - I believe in honesty and respect.
