Great place to shop for (and sell) gently worn or brand new clothes. The prices are extremely reasonable and the sales make the affordable prices even more enticing. The layout is easy to navigate and without the hassle of rubbing shoulders with other customers. Well lit and good customer service.

I LOVE shopping here! The employees are all super welcoming and friendly, and they always make sure to mention all sales they have going on right when you walk in. I always find something I love here, and the prices are always reasonable. I'd say the only negative for me is there is an abundance of Shein and Forever21 items you have to sift through on each rack. Definitely not a deal breaker though! I would recommend shopping here to anyone.

This was my first time in the store and it is very clean, organized, & it’s easy to find your sizes. All of the hangers are labeled so they’re in order and it was just an overall great experience, i was very impressed!!!! The girls working there were very helpful and checked in to see if I needed anything from time to time and with the store being very busy they still managed to not make waiting very long to get customers checked out!!! I will definitely be back and I feel that prices are very reasonable, not too high!!!

It’s usually really hard for me to find clothes that fit me and that are affordable- I can find both of those here! I love that you’re able to try things on before you buy them. The clothes are used, but in great condition and I recommend it to all my friends. I always get an all around great shopping experience with current music playing while I shop, organized, quality second hand clothing, and affordable prices.

I had never been here before and the staff was wonderful! The gentleman and lady that assisted me were very knowledgeable about product location in regards to sizing and brands. I will be back and hopefully the men’s jeans selection is better but I cashed out with shirts

This place is fantastic! I walked I the door and INSTANTLY found a purse I adore that doesn’t break the bank! Always wanted a teddy bear coat and found one that fit! SO many high quality items for prices that aren’t insane! Love this place!

Love this store they are very welcoming and are there to help when needed. Fair pricing when buying and excellent selling prices. Sometimes the music and ads are a little loud and much but understandably so. Thank you Theresa

It's a smaller resale store. They are pretty picky on what they accept which shows the quality of the store. Resale is the way to go these days. If you are anything like me, I wear things once and never wear them again. So, I will bring them to uptown Cheapskate and I can either accept the cash value they give me. Or, they give you incentive to buy there by giving you a larger amount if you choose to take credit for your items instead. Overall, it's a great resale boutique!

Went there for the 1st time today, it was very nice and I will be back. The only criticism I have is that the changing rooms need more hooks, and a place to put the clothes after you try them on- overall a good experience! I enjoyed browsing all the shoes and bought a brand new pair of Vans! Update: sold clothes and shoes there for the 1st time today. Probably brought over 20 shirts, a few pairs of pants, and 5 pairs of shoes. They only "accepted" 1 thing out of everything I bought. A lot of the items I brought were bought there and worn maybe once, and they did not take them. I had shirts that were never worn and shoes that were also used maybe once (Harley Davidson, Aeropostale, justfab, etc). It's nice that they donate everything else, but I was disappointed.

Employees are always so friendly and tells you about any sales as soon as you enter the store. The clothing is all organized so well (by size, type of clothing, and color) for easy shopping! Clothing is all fairly priced! The marketing is great as I always know when there is an event or sale going on! Never had a bad experience here.

After my selling experience, I realized four of my items were taken and I was paid for three items. I recommend if you are selling, to take back your items instead of donating. I wish the process was a little different and that you were shown which items were purchased. The styles preferred are pretty young/teenish.

I love this place! I've been taking my clothes there since they opened and they are always super fast! When they can't sell your stuff you have the option to donate it! I'm always blown away by the deals they have and the customer service has always been superb. Highly recommend!

My daughters and I found SO many great deals today!! UC had the BEST sale and I originally was helping my 14 year old find things. However, once her basket was almost full, I decided to start to look for myself, and it was such a treat to find so many great items to add to my wardrobe. We spent a lot of money but purchased SO many items tonight! We were just getting done with trying on our items and it was a few minutes past closing time and we apologized — the staff was very gracious with our being there past closing time. They thanked us for shopping there & we’re very helpful with explaining the rewards card. We will DEFINITELY be coming back for more retail therapy!! When I visited this evening, the store was well organized, easy to navigate and had a combination of fun, funky pieces along with trendy, professional work clothes. It was my first time in this store today. It is a clean and organized store. Had lots of great items. Some items were priced a little high from brands like Lululemon and Hudson. But was able to find nice things in other brands at a decent price. Employees were very friendly and helpful. A great shopping experience. I will be coming back again!

When it comes to their employees they are friendly and inviting. But what I’ve observed is that they are not fair in their purchase prices… I realized this when i brought a bin of clothes, most of it being from Express, a Michael Kors handbag and shoes set and Guess sneakers and some clothes and jeans. Long story short they offered me $60 for everything to which I was surprised. Mind you, my MK bag had its original tag of $498 attached in mint condition plus the shoes.. to offer me $60?? Was an insult to me. But when i asked the gal to take the clothes and Guess sneaker and took back my MK bag and shoes, the offer was $37 which meant they were only paying me less than $30 for my bag and shoes.. i felt insulted. Point is, i suggest you sell only your low and medium brand items NOT your high end brand name items. They will lowball you. It almost felt like they were trying to take my MK bag and shoes for free. $37 dollars for a nealry 700 items?? I ended up consigning them and getting a much better deal

Loved this place! One of the best places in town to thrift and buy high-quality secondhand clothes. It was well-lit, really well organized and not overly stocked (it can be hard to dig through secondhand stores when the racks are too full), and I found some great pieces that still had tags on them. I'll be returning!

Uptown cheapskate is literally my favorite store in Fargo now. I've always tried to find a store with brand name clothes for amazing prices and couldn't. Then Uptown came and my problem was solved. Nike, Underarmour, etc is there and in awesome condition. The staff is always nice and professional. Best store in town. A+++ everything.
