Great customer service. I'm a t-shirt and jeans kid of guy. And, I had no idea how complex men's clothing can get. I was greeted and a men's dept associate helped me get a coat within 10 minutes of entering the store. He was amazing and got me into a coat that fit perfectly.

I went to the Brooklyn Center K&G last week with my parents to buy a suit for a networking event. The staff was friendly and helpfully preemptive in reaching out to see what we needed. The two men who helped us took time to make sure the suit fit well and matched. Great service, and I would return if I ever needed another suit. Thanks!

This pertains to the Brooklyn Center Store. I'm wondering if the Roseville store is like this. I'm guessing it's better. I'll start with the good. Where else can you get 2 suits with 2 shirts and 2 ties for $200 - $300? Add in the tailoring and you're looking great in 2 suits for around $400. Can't beat it! I was very satisfied with my suits after the tailoring. The tailor shop in back does a great job. Service is bad to decent, depending on who you come in contact with. The store needs to be cleaned. Multitudes of pins on the fitting room floors. Packaging and other things on the floor throughout the store. The men's bathroom was straight up nasty. I'll be back for a couple more suits, only because of the prices. I'll try the Roseville store.........

All the Staff here were Top Notch! I came in with in need of buying 3 suites and only had an hour or so. I don't remember there names but all 3 of the Gentleman that helped me pick them out step up to the challenge and I was in and out with 3 beautiful suits with accessories in about 30 minutes.

I tried to exchange several shirts due to size. I selected the same shirts 2x to a 3x. They tried to charge me extra money. The female manager was rude, disrespectful and didn't provide any reasonable resolution to the situation. Unfortunately, I have received similar service frequently. I love K&G. I bought my first ever suit here at a very affordable price but still looked fly! I return here every so often to look at their inventory and see what's on sale. I recently picked up this bowtie, pocket square, lapel pin combo for my sister's wedding.

Was not impressed with the type of fashion throughout most of the store however the pricing was very fair and I found myself spending about $120.00 on what would normally have been well over $300.00. Had they had more staff and a more trendy selection this rating could have easily been 4.5 stars.

We recently purchased three 2-piece suits, shirts, and accessories for our wedding. While we did manage to find suits that could be tailored to fit, the store was dirty and unorganized. The staff was absent (we only saw two over a span of 2 hours) and not particularly friendly during check-out. Their tie selection is lacking, and the fitting rooms are only curtained off spaces (with no way to secure the edges of the curtains for privacy). There were also pins on the floor of the fitting room, so we had to be careful not to get poked when trying the suits on. Overall, a rather unpleasant experience but we did walk away with three nice suits that we were able to get tailored somewhere else.

I came her got 2 suits belts shoes and trim Accessories to match bow Tie sets they have custom stitching with 48hr turnaround. I would recommend this place to everyone this is better then Mens Warehouse its cheaper and more variety instore then only strickly Business attire....come Get Suited for the Webinar and i guarantee you have all the Compliments. .....its not the Quality of the Suit its how you look in the Suit my Dad always said.

Was an OK experience. Crazy customers when I was there but that's nothing anyone can do about. Wasn't a lot of stuff in just XL, 2XL sizing, everything was a number. Also they didn't have much for socks and underwear.

This place is the best! Wish I could remember the salesman's name (bald, African-American, wore glasses- that day he had on a pink shirt) but he was truly a SUPERSTAR! Took a lot of time making sure I got the right outfit for my wedding. Then I got alterations. I intend to use this place frequently!

It took me a couple minutes to find someone to help me but when I did the guy that helped me gave me the best service I've had anywhere. I don't say that lightly. The gentleman spent over two hours helping me find the right suit with the right accompaniments while looking for the least expensive options. Obviously other people needed help during this and whenever he left he apologized before helping them. He even found me after I was done with the tailor to show me an even better option than we had found for a tie and pocket square at the same price of the one I was ready to buy. I had three other shoppers come up to me and tell me about their exceptional experiences with this salesperson that were all similar to mine.

I am not sure what the previous reviewers were expecting, but the word discount means something. We spent nearly 2500 dollars for 4 of us to get outfitted nicely, professionally, in name brand clothes that would have cost us 5-6K anywhere else. The gentleman that fit us knew what he was doing, the tailoring was good and we looked and felt like a million bucks. Was the place a little untidy and is the staff stretched, yeah, probably, but if you want to pay top dollar for the clothing we bought, then you need to go somewhere else. I am very satisfied with what I found and I have been back since. I also bring others who are looking for top quality and low prices.

It's stays pretty busy and you're probably gonna wait a little but.. it's the only place go shopping for dress clothes.. for the money you can get all the way fresh. The last time I went I bought a Ralph Lauren suit for like $175. That's ridiculous right??

I came here for a quick suit before an interview, and left with a very reasonably priced, designer-ish suit. Complaint is that the checkout line took 20 minutes, and the in-store advertisements were clearly false-advertising. I picked up two dress shirts from a rack that said something like "17.99 for 1, 25 for 2." I expected to pay $25, but it rang up as $53. Apparently, one of the shirts didn't qualify for the special (so one for $18, another for $35), but this was not clearly indicated on the sign - it said something like "Regular Price $20," which makes you think their shirts are regularly priced at $20, and this special would get 1 for 18 or 2 for 25. I'm a reasonably intelligent and savvy individual, and this sign seemed misleading at best. Also, the parking lot was littered with glass and loiterers. I'm being generous with the 3 stars because the suit was a really great deal.

I have had hit and miss experiences at K&G men's. This time was great! The person who helped me listened to me and worked very hard to fit me. I purchased 2 shirts, cufflinks, tie bar and suit. All for a great price. Very happy.

Has almost everything you need and they have discount code that they email or text to you. If you find something that doesn't fix, they have a seamstress in house that can do alterations. I found a pair of Polo sneakers for $25.00. They have some very nice dress clothes as well.

I get a lot of men's accessories and shirts from here. The store can get a little messy, and sometimes finding stuff that hasn't already been opened can be a challenge. But this store is my go to when I need fashionable bowties, or the latest trends. I have a black wooden bowtie set I bought from them for $5, with the pocket square and the pin. I STILL get a bunch of compliments on them to this day. They have really good box sets for cheap (socks, ties, square, suspenders,etc.) They also have a tailor who will measure you, and tailor a suit to you for an extra charge. I bought a suit for a friend's wedding, got the pants, jacket, shirt with it tailored all for about $120, which is a great deal. I recommend this place if you are interested in men's fashion, but don't want to drop hundreds at a high end store.

I walked in needing assistance in purchasing a suit and had two very professional, very friendly associates direct me and provide their expertise in making a selection. There names were Tony and Alex, and thanks to them I ended up getting three suits for the cost of one! Additionally, Tony informed me of another savings opportunity and let me take advantage of that! This is definitely a store designed for men... The women's section looks like what Marshalls and TJ Maxx threw out but it's not TOOOO bad... But it's got a nice selection of men's clothing with name brands throughout the store, like Sean John, Akademics, and Parish jeans. I do like the variety of jewelry for women, and has a decent lil selection of cologne and perfume. Really nice staff.

the selection of clothing has changed, they sell mostly Sunday best and corporate suits...i don't remember seeing any of the urban selections they used to carry, so if that's what you're looking for you'll do better shopping some place else
