I had an amazing time shopping at bondesque this last Friday. I admittedly went in a little nervous but the whole staff made me feel welcome. Misha was able to help me find things of my size and she as well as helped me to feel entirely comfortable. I'm very grateful to have such a wonderful shop so close to home!

My whole life changed at Bondesque! As a newbie to the world of rubber + latex, I felt safe, sexy and confident in expanding my repertoire. The Bondesque family/staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgable about materials + styles that best represented me. First off, the customer service here is brilliant. Mia makes you feel comfortable and goes above and beyond to search for items that fit your descriptions and fit your body. She makes the experience fun and works hard to make the space feel inclusive. I absolutely LOVE it here. I came in, a little more on the inexperienced side of what I was looking for and from what my friend told me it may be the owner.. Anyways she helped me SO much!! Explained certain items and why i should probably choose that certain one.When it came to lube she explained almost every single one and we talked about ingredients and tried little samples on my fingers. She was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable with her talking about the personal things that I was there to shop for. I don't want to discredit any ones reviews that they feel like if you look more dressed down you do not get the best service, but I I look absolutely like a mess when I run my errands. I've already bought giftcards from here for all my friends for Christmas.

When I walk it this place it’s and experience in its self. I love they way I’m greeted as soon as I walk in. Felt warm and inviting. It feels good to walk into a store like this and feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Which they had an answer for all my questions. It was also great to walk into an environment where I could be myself. Being a lesbian woman I didn’t feel like I had to hide it! Me and my partner will definitely shop here again. Can’t wait to see these employees again. Also the quality of the “equipment” in there is is of the best that I’ve seen in the Midwest! ❤️❤️❤️

Items are very engaging, store seems well-stocked, but it should be noted that if you "appear" young, you will be intensely engaged/followed around the store as opposed to everyone else; there was clearly an employee keeping an eye on other people but not nearly as intently aware. At least this was the case for my friends and I although we are above age. This felt weird and intrusive and diminished our experience. Would recommend staff carding (IDs/License) at the door if you don't believe someone when they say their age.

Bondesque is not only one of the best alternative ;) clothing and toy store in MN but my favorite in the Midwest. They supply quality and unique options from clothes to toys. the staff there is extremely inclusive and always happy to help you find what fits your sen_sual needs. Not only is it always introducing me to the finest new play toys but walking in there alone makes me feel like I've stepped into another world. They also do classes for those who are curious about exploring new ways to have fun. Bondesque is the flavor that Minneapolis has always needed and I don't think it would be the same without this store. Its classy, well thought out and you can tell much passion went into creating this space. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

They have a sign outside that says their the best adult store, and they aren't bluffing. As a new-comer to the sex-toy world the staff were more then happy to answer ALL of my questions, including proper usage and cleaning of the toy's. They'll also hang your coat up while you're browsing so you don't have to hold onto it, and the general atmosphere is... Calm, professional, along with a strong perfume scent throughout the store. They have a returning customer.

Very professional and helpful throughout the whole experience. My wife and I went here looking for a specific item. The employees guided us through the purchasing process and never made us feel “less than” for asking questions and not knowing exactly what we needed. Amazingly positive and fun atmosphere. Staff was super friendly, played along, gave amazing suggestions. We went back to our hotel with more than planed in the best way and had a wonderfully exciting night together ;) Our favorites ended up being staff suggestions. We are already making a list and plan to go back in the near future. We are also looking into attending some of their classes. Wish they were closer to home, but WELL worth the trip!!!

Lots of variety. They never have the same thing twice with some product, which makes it a nice surprise to go every couple weeks to see what new shipments they might have received. That's also a drawback, if they don't have apparel in your size, it's not like you can wait until they restock it, cuz they might not get those pants/shirts/etc again. Friendly staff, Blair, was particularly helpful in my visit last Monday (June 27th, I believe). I saw some pants I wanted, they were damaged and were 30% off, but there was no indication of the price listed was the original or sale price. After trying to figure it out, Blair just gave me the listed price minus 30% saving me about $50. She said if that was incorrect, she'd pay the difference herself. I can't wait to visit again to see what new stuff they might have, and to get some cuffs I saw last time. Def check Bondesque out of you're into the alternate lifestyle or even fashion. You'll have fun regardless. 5*

You won't find novelties here. If you want some real rubber clothing, one-of-a-kind high heels, or some serious bdsm supplies, this is your place. The selection of toys ranges from intermediate to advanced. Which is saying a lot - you couldn't have found this stuff last year anywhere in Minnesota. Seriously - go to Bondesque for the steel cuffs that you can proudly show off for a great price, too. I picked up a pair of gorgeous polished chrome-plated steel cuffs (with an awesome hex-wrench-locking mechanism) for under $100. I even got a steel double-boned corset for $85. Not to mention the compliments I've gotten for my twelve inch platform heels.
