It's so cluttered and just unorganized usually.. But if you're in the mood to get deals and really "BROWSE" go there! They have Jessica Simpson, Laura Ashley, Paris Hilton all just in beauty. I like the Ross out in the suburbs better. They are very nice though & you want everything.

Clothes and shoes are nice. But places looks dirty. Lots of Clothes on the floor. Bra and underwear area very badly organized and half of the things are on the floor. Need more staff and better customer service.

Stopped by tonight because I’ve never been to this location and i just happen to be in the area. This was the biggest Ross I’ve ever been to. It was a little messy but it was a Saturday and when i stopped in it was like 730/8pm. So maybe it was just a long day. But the selection was great. I found way too many items but i walked out happy. I found things that the location near me would never have. So i love that. Would recommend checking this location out!

Love love love this store! I'm addicted. They have so many styles, all the latest. This one is pretty messy and lines are long, people aren't the greatest. But love the merchandise and the prices!

I was comfortable clothes shopping which is saying something since I don't normally like buying clothes. I noticed they were taking appropriate precautions during COVID-19 Pandemic. I was greeted as I walked in. I was able to quickly find where the men's clothes were. I was comfortable looking around and check out quickly. The prices were good so I didn't hesitate to buy. It was a better experience than I was hoping for. Thanks. :-)

Ross is my store man I love them moo moo dresses short ones the long ones that's all I have in my closet I wear them all year round this will stop you can always find a cell customer service is great

They were really under staffed. Also there was one cash register open. The store was very untidy. I could not walk through the isle there were so many things on the floor. I could see the children running through the store picking things up and throwing things on the floor and the parents watching them do it and say nothing.

I found 5 pairs of men's shoes for less than $100 and they are name brand. Men's shoes for $15 and up. Not too many places have shoes for men and there were soooooo many to choose from. They even had cleats. Men's clothing is a huge department with a lot to look at as well. Every store has women clothing so I'm letting you all know that this is a great place for guys too!

Found perfumes and purses at pretty low prices. I would not buy clothes here for the quality. Some home decoration items were not too expensive but had a rich look on them.

The prices on the items have reasonable prices. But the facility itself needs an extreme cleaning. Clothes/Shoes and mostly everything is out of place. Garbage swept into piles it seems but never picked up. It was quite embarrassing actually,it sorta gives the company a bad name. Poor management I'd say.

I didn't like the layout of this location. It was also not the cleanest. The best thing about my shopping experience was being greeted and chatted to by the security guard, I think his name was Jason or Jayse. Very respectable young man. I also was helped out by an employee named Briana, she was very kind.

I was surprised to find the shoes I was looking for at such a reasonable price. Looked for Sketchers at many other stores, and they were asking over $79, and sometimes $99 for the style I wanted. The ones at Ross were only $26, and they are so comfy. Btw, I would have bought 2 pairs if they had 2. My feet thank you Ross.

Some stuff was priced pretty low, some stuff was ok. It's a huge mess in that store, sizes are just all over the place, nothing's in order. It's like the employees don't even take care to put things back where they belong. Obviously it's a challenge because not one customer returns things when they decide they don't want to buy them.

Better price all around the "same purses" at Kohl's are 60 & 80 dollars mot even real leather and at Ross you'll pay 15 to 30 some higher but not bad at all.

I'm not a patient shopper and I don't like when the store looks picked over. The staff is very nice however but you have to be patient to shop this particular store.

Up and Coming....Many good aspects of this store, feel very good...like customers caring, and service....It just seems orderly, like its their practice to stay organized...The lighting and atmosphere, being greeted warmly at the door....little things that made me feel this store is headed in the right direction.... I acctually stopped hoping, " to dress for less"...When I found a very limited selection of mens dress shoes...Oh well, it a store that is developing....I did notice and purchased a 12 quart stainless steel pot with lid, at a price, I could not pass up....it was priced way below any others I've seen... The employees were very nice, and I wish them, and this concept in retail only success....don't forget to thumbs up if you like the review

Sunday before Christmas eve, only 2 registers open. There's a line built up winding back and forth that could more than reach the back of the store. Update: they eventually got another couple cashiers but by then the line was all the way to the back of the store. B for effort.
