Be prepared to wait in line for hours. Personally it should be a line for layaways and returns. And a line for check outs, those transactions holdup the line. They need a strong manager to delegate that, even if corporate isn't smart enough to approve it. Hundreds of dollars walking out the store, because checkout is slow. Great products other than that. And I feel bad for the associates and managers. I started to say put me on the register I will move this line! Lbvs I've managed retail for years. But I have a job, just wanted to help.

Store is big and lots of variety but not well organized. Place needs cleaning and better organizing the clothes and shoes. Some things in the snacks section is open or broken. Hope they had more staff working there to clean and as cashiers because lines get real long for check out on weekends. But over all i like the clothes and prices so will come back

It's a nice place to shop but unfortunately the fitting rooms were down which sucks because you have to buy the item take it home and try it on and if it doesn't fit properly you have to waste time and go back to return it smh, and be prepared for long lines.

Very inexpensive items some from relatively high quality brands. Literally have everything you may look for. They have a shortage of employees it is a little messy and when it is busy you may take a minute at the register.

Could be better. Liked the clothes they had in there before getting all these preppy clothing in. But can always go and find at least one new item. Always find my self at this store once a month or so. Decently clean and organized. Better than what it used to be at least. But doesn't have enough registers open like ever.

Burlington is nice for a last minute outfit but I prefer kohl's better it feels like I'm shopping at the thift store. The place is nice if you're looking for a nice coat for adult or child they have a huge selection of winter coats.

Although I really love shopping at Burlington and this was the biggest store that I've visited I wasn't impressed with the adult female clothing selections. The boy's, men's, children's and teen girl's selections were plentiful. Many eco-friendly facial products, electronics, men's and women's fragrances, household decorations, children's books and toys. Friendly and helpful staff, handicap accessible, public bathrooms, free parking lot, competitive pricing, good sales, building is currently under construction but safely separated and visibly marked as such. Return policy is printed on the receipt

The staff is friendly and they have a huge selection of nice name brand items, but it's always very time consuming looking for a specific size of clothing. Customers need to learn not to just put things wherever they want. If people would put stuff back where it belongs, I probably would've bought more. But I ran out of time while searching thru the mixed up clothes sizes. Other than that, I love this store!

Nice quality clothes for a deep discounted price. I love coming here it is just a little out of the way from where I live. Also the cloths are mixed up so expect to spend a little time searching around for that pair of jeans your looking for but when you do you will be very happy with the name brand and especially the price like I said before some serious discounts here.

Usually love men's department selections, but most recent visit was disappointing. Store remodeling appears to have once again reduced size of Men's Department (again?!), and many display racks along wall of new shirts & sweaters are now gone. Increased number of check out lanes but searching for an on-the-floor customer service person was near impossible. When asked about whether additional men's clothing was in a new store location, she seemed somewhat clueless.

They have a really wide selection of clothing and shoes. If you're plus size they definitely have clothing for you men and women. Not a good place for plus size kids though.

This store always seems stocked very well for women's clothing and all coats. Currently remodeling and moving departments around for a refresh. I've been in different states and WI stores seem the best for me and my family.

I really liked this Burlington Coat Factory store. It had a large selection of reasonably priced men's wear. Some of the stores I've been to in the past have had a much poorer selection. I recommend checking this store out!

Used to go here to find stuff for winter. Went there recently to get a new coat, gloves and snow pants. Found the snow pants, but that was about it. 70% of the store is womens clothing now, the other 30% is between kids, mens, home, and winter clothing.
