I went with my nephew in the morning and my niece in the afternoon and spent multiple hours in the Old Navy store on 5/29/2021. They needed a new wardrobe each and are in-between sizes so everything is just a little extra difficult. Luckily, this Old Navy came equipped with an Angel named Sam G. who not only helped us find the right sizes but also boosted up both kids self confidence along the way. Both children were absolutely giddy when we left the store and I know we wouldn't have had such a successful day if it hadn't been for her help. I spent over $400 that day and I tried to tip her too for all her assistance but she wouldn't accept it, I guess it is against store policy. Old Navy corporate take NOTICE! This GEM of a woman deserves a raise and is an absolute rockstar employee who got me set up with the rewards program and even talked to me about the credit card tho I declined this time around. She was the only reason we were able to buy a whole new wardrobe for each kid because I know they would've gotten frustrated way before I could find what was right on my own. Sam G, thank you for everything that day. You made a huge impact and difference in the self esteem of two kids that I love ❤️

In the midst of my daughter trying on shorts, she injured her toe (not any fault of Old Navy’s) and it started bleeding. She became panicked and lightheaded and fell to the floor. I must say, I’ve never had such great support and quick reaction from a store manager before. Gina (the store manager and all I know her as), thank you so much for being so caring, bringing her a nice cold water and chair and also, for bringing your warm yet charismatic attitude to the situation. Used to shop at Old Navy, and just started checking it out again. They have really cute lids clothes, men, and women's. Good prices overall. Nice size fitting rooms. Good deals. Small baby section as well.

I shop here often because of the location but it is not my favorite. The store is a bit more messy and harder to navigate than other Old Navy's. I've been checking in periodically to see if some of their small activewear comes back into stock at this store but they just keep moving the product around instead of replenishing it. Ah!

I like this store is because they have alot of nice clothes for men here. I came to this store with my girlfriend to look around just to see what they had in stock. The staff is friendly and nice. The floors are clean and the clothes are hung on the racks nice and neat. This store also has fitting rooms to try clothes on before you buy them. It is located inside the Manchester new Hampshire mall. There is plenty of parking and the parking lot is big with handicap parking. The prices are reasonable and some clothes are cheap as well.

They have good clothes. It's kinda not fun to stand in line so long as I have to when I go there though. It feels like in gonna go on a roller coaster. That's what the lines feel like. But there's no ride. You just spend a ton of money on clothes and leave... after waiting for half a century. 5 stars.

Fairly clean, but not well organized. Signs don't match up with items they are placed near, so items you think are on sale are not. Also pay attention to items when rung up, often things that should be on sale dont ring up with the sale price. This seems to be a company issue not exclusive to this location.

It has mens clothes - just. Shorts, t shirts, slacks. You won't find high fashion but a solid selection at a solid price. There is always a long line at checkout, so they are doing something right.

I personally don't shop here and I wouldn't even buy clothes to use for work for my personal use, but for kids the place is a real gem, especially for younger kids that are still growing and you can't argue with the prices.
