I like this place but the employees still act like they're way cooler than everyone else. Every HT I've been into since I was a teen has had these employees that act like snobs, I don't get it. They're off-putting and rarely engaging, they only talk to each other and ignore the customer. I've been to this location on a few occasions where the cashiers will just carry on a full conversation while ringing me up and not even look at me. I know it's some psuedo punk store but it's STILL a retail store and there needs to be an ounce of customer service.

It was my first time actually at a hot topic, I always look at them and want to go in but I never had the time or money but it was definitely enjoyable.I had bought like 7 shirts and 2 skirts and then like 3-8 accessories, all that together had coast $225. The employees are very polite and helpful with anything, I had saw a skirt that was out of reach and I asked them to get it and they politely did. A bunch of accessories,clothes, and toys(Funko pop). I would definitely want to go back but with a lot more money though.

So I checked out hot topic with my husband and my best friend and we loved it. The store was very clean and had an amazing variety of anime merch and different assortments of pins, buttons, backpack, shirts, and my favorite stuff they had is they had 3 different colored fluffy cat ear headbands which were black, pink, and red. So I got pink and my bestie got red we were so excited! Definitely check this place out if you haven't already

Little bit of merch from recent fandoms in all parts of the store. Just a bit too small inside. Prices are average. Good selection of My Hero Academia merch and one wall has an interesting selection of Loungefly bags. Recently many friendly clerks have been working here, which I appreciate. The ladies that wear eye makeup do a fantastic job!

I love their clothes! It's a little pricy but the shirts last forever. I still have shirts from 5 years ago! There's a wide selection of clothes for everyone be it bands, anime, kpop, and pop culture galore!

Been going here for years and I love seeing how much it’s improved! Employees are very helpful and there is a bunch of pop culture, anime, and fashion merchandise to look through. Fairly small however, so be careful if you’re don’t do well in cramped spaces.

So, for me, I love this store because they always stock plenty of sunglasses. They usually have some sort of sale with sunglasses so I usually buy a bunch of pairs at a time. The staff is always helpful and polite. The store is kinda small and messy but that's pretty standard to many hot topics so it's not a huge deal.

It was such a joy to look at all the fandom stuff. It was an unplanned visit so I didn't end up buying anything, but I intend to return with a plan. My friend bought an Itachi tee and is very happy with it. I found a few anime and band tees that I will come back for. Super excited to have found this store. I had heard of Hot Topic, but it exceeded my expectations.

Very nice helpful staff, was wiling to get down a pair of Tripp NYC overalls that were way at the top near the ceiling. My daughters and I will definitely be going to this Hot Topic from now on since the one that was near me has shut down.

So real talk, got cute jewelry but workers need to respect some people are nonverbal and trying to get us to talk is annoying AF. Accept the head shake and move on.

An amazing place to get all the cool people in your life a gift. Despite it's square footage, it's a gem of a place to shop. Customer service is hit or miss, however. The evening we went in, the supervisor was quite nasty to her employee. The employee asked her something per my request and the supervisor responded, "I've already answered that question and I'm really busy here." So, despite the customer service, the items here are worth shopping for.

The store is unique. It carries unusual collectables, clothing fun colorful product...anime, games, jewelry, etc...fun shop.

My daughter loves this store and so do I! Theres usually a lot of deals or sales going on which helps a lot on the expenses. The only problem is is that there are some clothes and stuff on the ground here and there which is most likely from customers not picking stuff up when they fall but if they picked up a bit it would be perfect!

Never had an issue with them. They monitor their intake of customers during Covid, are friendly and answer all questions to the best of their ability, and never have issues with their customers.

I havent been here in a long time. Not sure if I like the revamp of the store. I went there for goth/punk clothing but its mostly t-shirts and whatever show or movie is hot atm.
