I had an awesome experience with one of the employees today and wanted to leave a review. On a typical visit some seem really uninterested or bored (and I can't say I super blame them) but tonight I went in with some questions about an odd situation with a pickup in store order. One of the younger guys is always super helpful and he was tonight! He helped find a remedy for the order issue and was fantastic at explaining what he thought about everything, and made sure I went home with my order. Something I've always appreciated about this American Eagle is the customer service and I was not disappointed tonight. So shout out to you, blonde guy from the American eagle, you rock.

Last week I bought four new bras because they were on sale, I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was so friendly and very helpful. I was also entered into a raffle to win a FREE bra which I did win so I went in today to get my new free bra, and again the girl that helped me was very kind and helpful. I’m impressed with the staff here, it’s these little things that bring joy to my day so thank you!

My family and I were just browsing in the store at the mall of NH in Manchester # 746. An associate named Abby Rabe approached us asking if we needed any help. Professionally answered all our questions. At the check out She really went out of her way to make our shopping experience pleasant. Helped us download the AE app explained the benefits of using the app. Thanked us for stopping by. Originally we were not thinking to buy anything but her help got us to buy a lot more than we originally planned. We will shop that store first before we go to any other store. Thank you Abby. You are a big asset to AE. Sal and family.

this brand is super inclusive and had many options for us plus size baddies!! the employees here are amazing. i lost my phone and they went out of their way to help me. i wish i grabbed their names. i cant thank them enough for their kindness :)

Love this place underwear is the best even better then Vicky's dont tell anyone i said this but theyre softer theyre more comfy they stretch and feel good! clothes are up to date styles to die for customer service is 99% on point. Theres always that 1 % everywhere you go but no complaints here

This store is just ok... I've gone to others and the selection of clothes were amazing! I've never walked in N out so fast outta this AE ... Nothing that caught my eye, but if I tried a different AE.. I'd literally walk out with 5 bags of clothes! This is n was always my boys back to school store n favorite styles of clothes... Not in this mall... I'm sorry to give a bad review ... Add more to your store.. It don't have a selection like other AE stores... And mind u .. This store is spacious so you have the room to fit more styles in.. Just my opinion!! But still love your clothes!!!
