Fantastic experience! I wear a 3XLT and 44/30 pants - finding things that fit the way I like is tricky - especially having no butt and a big chest. Crystal was phenomenal from the get go. I got my jacket and undershirt for my wedding and loved the selection. I ended up spending more money than planned because I found so many other articles of clothing that fit the way I liked. Seeing a 2/3XLT on a shelf was awesome and I felt welcome in there. Any guys reading this who are bigger than a 3X - they have plenty of selections - most going up to 5/6 XLs. I will be back and I cannot thank them enough. Side note - lots of walking around space, changing rooms are roomy, and the place smells like a "classy guy". If I could go higher than 5 stars I would - Thank you again DXL Louisville.

I was treated at the door and the lady that waited on me was really helpful. I’m sorry I forgot her name. She was great It’s the first time I’ve found a store that Carrie’s shirts to fit my husbands wide shoulders without looking like he’s wearing a tent. Thank you. My last name isn’t Gierman either. Don’t know why it showed up that way. I found your store through a young lady at macys who suggested I look there. Wish I had gotten her name.

Excellent quality and offering in items. Needless to say they have big sizes that are very comfortable. Good easy to reach location and good range of prices. I finally got a shirt that allow me to be relaxed with a tie on. Excellent quick and friendly service as well.

I love this store. Big guys of all shapes, this store is for us. Josh and Mark helped me out. They both were very professional and helped me find perfectly sized and style clothes for me. If you're tired of searching at other stores with limited sections and selections of "Big & Tall", then this is your spot as well. I'll be going back for more very soon.

When I came in to pick up two pairs of dress pants I ordered. The lady that was from ask if I needed any help. I told her that I was there to pick up some pants I ordered. She ask for my name and she when back and got them. She ask if I needed anything else. I ask her about a dress jacket to match the pants. She ask if I new the size I needed. I told her she found one in the size I needed. I try it on and it fit just right. She told me that was the last one of that size. I told her it must be my lucky day. And I needed it for my son wedding. She told me her name was Crystal I believe. She was very nice and polite and helpful to me. Since I’m a big guy it’s hard to fine clothes to hit me. Since Crystal was so helpful and the store had a good selections I will be back. It was by accident that I found you on the Internet. I had went to a few stores around town with out any luck. Then I went online to look for the size of pants I needed. Your store was the only one that had them in stock. Thanks to Crystal for helping me out. Bobby Breen

Lauren the store manager was fantastic! I initially came here to find some decent workout clothes (sweatpants and sweatshirts) because I couldn't get them in my size (large belly) that fit correctly. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I returned a few days later in order to get a new suit (jacket & pants), belt, and shirt as I needed these items as well but couldn't find them anywhere else that could really fit me correctly. This is the place to come for any big or tall person. Even though I am only 5'10 my "dad-bod belly" make it hard to find pants or shirts that fit me correctly. Thank you DXL for being a place for the rest of us to shop who have unique body sizes!

The woman working there was amazing and was a huge help with returning all of my items and ordering new ones. The store is super clean and organized which is crazy considering they only have one person working at a time. I felt bad for her having to deal with all of these customers, returned items, and answering the phones all at the same time. Get her some help! She’s the bomb and deserves it!

Elizabeth was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, and able to get us everything we needed. Yes, we did pay a little more, but my son was able to go to 1 store and get everything he needed. We could have easily spent an entire day going to multiple places and then going home to try it all on. The dressing rooms are open and he had many options to choose from.

This is where my husband shops. They always have what he needs. Salespeople are so nice & helpful. It is easy to find what he wants and his size. The dressing rooms are open again. DXL sends coupons in the mail, so its nice to get a discount too!

Well overpriced clothing for well oversized men. Suggest only for gifting the big men in your life, as most of the clothing is a lot cheaper online. Adidas polo shirts for $75? Really? The tracksuit champion of Russia has short-sleeved polos of $75 caliber? The only reasonable deals are when you get a discount for buying two.

Elizabeth was an absolute gem. My fiance and I were wedding-suit shopping in a bit of a time crunch, and he did not have a great experience at the first store we went to and entered this one feeling pretty down about himself. Elizabeth helped us find a suit that looks amazing on him and was so helpful and friendly. She helped us pair the best colors of shirts and ties and shoes. DXL went above and beyond and had a great selection. I left with a very happy fiance! We will definitely be returning.

I was shopping here for some holiday gifts and the worker there was absolutely phenomenal! Not only did he spend time to help us find the perfect pair of pants, but he also informed us of a coupon that would take $30 off of our order! Went here almost desperate to find a long sleeve dress shirt for a memorial service. The young sales associate was very helpful and most of all patient as i had to try on 3 or 4 different shirts before i finally found one that worked with my build. Do y'all know how hard it is for a fat man to find a decent shirt in southern Indiana/ Jeffersonville, Clarksville, New Albany? It's impossible because the stores don't stock anything decent... I looked at Kohls, JC Pennys even Walmart as a desperation move. The prices are a little steep for my wallet but hey what choice did I have. They also have a nice selection of graphic t-shirts as well as shoes, socks, etc... Thanks again to the young lady that helped me.

Helpful staff for the number of customers at the location. Main entrance had a few drop down steps leading to the door of the main entrance of the building but no handrails for big guys with bad knees or back

This store is for big and tall guys. The store is always in tact. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have very nice clothes for big and tall guys. I like shopping with my husband here. He enjoys the wide selection. They have everything a big and tall guy could be looking for. Check them out.

I shop here for my son who is a gentle giant. They always have clothes that fit him and they are very well made. I just wish they were a little less expensive. A shirt and a pair of jeans will cost me 100 dollars. That just seams excessive but since they are the only big and tall store in town i have no other choice.

Nice selection. Good salespeople. Fair prices , except adding a charge for hemming suit trousers (as if you're going to roll them up or take them somewhere else to have them hemmed). My main gripe is delivery. I was promised trousers would be ready by Saturday 5 p.m. but said they would probably be done sooner. Got a call Saturday afternoon telling me they wouldn't be ready. When I picked them up on Tuesday, I told the salesperson that I was pretty upset that I had spent over $500 for a suit for an event on Sunday that wasn't ready until Monday and all I got was , "Sorry about that".

Great place to shop, this store specializes in big and tall clothing from XL and up. Their staff is always polite, friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. This store carries a variety of name brand clothing and styles that are hard to find anywhere else. Prices are reasonable but it's the staff that really make this store shine and is what keeps me coming back

The gentleman that waited on me was very patient and willing to help me find what it was that I needed. My only issue I have with DXL as a whole is, I wish they offered one size smaller in some of their lines of clothing. It seems in some parts I'm in between DXL size and "normal" size with is frustrating. Beyond that I will be back many more times.
