This Ross store is two stories and is well maintained. It’s clean, organized, and the staff are friendly and security is present. Great specials on apparels and home decorar. There is something for everyone, even a pet pillow section.

I came here to look for some certain items, didn’t find them but I did take other stuff. I only didn’t like the fact that in the women’s fitting rooms, they let a sir in to try some stuff when there was me and another lady. I mean I am very open to inclusivity but i don’t think it was pretty cool. I mean maybe I’m Over reacting but nonetheless the personnel were mostly very nice. There is a second floor for the Mens, children’s and house items. Seems very good it was very filled with nice items.

Beautiful store. I'm visiting Los Angeles for 3 days now and I've been taking pictures of all the incredible architecture from the late 1800's and early 1900's. I stumbled upon a Ross Department store on Broadway. I entered the store, asked to be directed to the men's clothing and the nice sales lady said it was downstairs. I made my way down the stairs and it suddenly occurred to me that this Store was the former Woolworth's built in 1920 and the place of my very first employment in 1979! I absolutely could not believe it! You have no idea the amount of nostalgia that hit me right there and then. I took pictures of those beautiful stairs I use to trek down to report to work after high school. I also took pictures of the built in mirrors against a wooden art deco wall. Incredible. Back then, Broadway was quite different; street and curb sanitation was a big priority and there were not the massive crowds I noticed today. I'm so glad that building is still there. Much has happened since then. Just think- those stairs are 101 years old and have not been renovated or restored. They are untouched since then. Incredible stuff!

I was not having a good day anyway because I have nureopathy and it took me nearly 2 hours to walk to Ross. I was looking for a sweatshirt because I needed something to keep me warm and all of my clothes have been stolen and I found exactly what I needed and I paid for it and I left the store.

There clothes are ok... There shoes are much better.... There customer service is a little rude but you will get out very quickly even if there's a long line. I say it's best to go here when your just looking for something quick to put ON and in a RUSH!

I love Ross. I always find something original. The staff is friendly and the store is usually well organized (for being in dtla). But yesterday I went shopping for my six kids. I bought several items. I forgot to check the labels and depended on the size on the hangers. Four of my items were the wrong size. Time is money! They aren't going to pay me for the time and parking charges it'll cost me to return these items. More items for my donation box, I guess. 🤷‍♀️

Been going to this ross for a couple of years now, its a great store its not going to have all the things all the other Ross locations have. For example it will have a home decor pieces but wont have any furniture But it will have pretty much everything else the other thing is that because this is downtown LA there is no parking for this location and you will have to pay for parking at one of the nearby parking lots. The staff is very friendly and even when the lines are long they do move rather quickly

Friendly staff, processed my return from another Ross even I had removed the tags. Shopped around after return. Store was a bit messy but considering location I think staff is doing best they can. Found several broken items still on shelves throughout the store, again considering where this particular Ross is.....overall my experience was not great nor terrible, just different from Ross stores I have visited. Most importantly to me was friendly and helpful staff, and they had that as an A.

It's super clean inside and the staff is very friendly. The floor level has a ton of signage for social distancing and there is hand santizer all throughout the store. There was no waiting and even security was super nice. They seem to run low of a few things and the season items are a bit chaotically placed. Overall definitely not bad at all for a Ross Dress For Less store.

You walk in to Ross in DTLA then you hopefully know what to expect. It's like the fast food of clothing shops. Dressing rooms are closed during pandemic but there's a 30 day return policy so just be smart. All the employees are super nice. Don't shop here if you're into being fashionable but do shop here if you need super cheap clothing and don't live near a thrift store.

The selection at this particular store is quite lacking. I counted probably only 4 pairs of shoes in my size that were available, and of those, one was a pair of sandals! Dismal selection of backpacks with no real variety-just different labels. Also noted: only 4 male fragrances available-Curve, Bora Bora, Cuba, and Marvel Spiderman fragrance. Whatever that is. Somehow, this Ross had enough customers to make me rethink the replacement I chose for the too small shirt I was returning, so I left it. The line was at least 15 people long, and, at the rate the understaffed cashier's were processing, it would have taken me a good 20 precious minutes of my life that I would have never got back.

By comparing with other stores this place is best. You can find all your necessary things under one roof. Their price reasonable compared to other stores. Literally I bought T Shirts and Sneakers and other household items. As the prices are reasonable this is good. The Staffs are really helpful and friendly as well. I had trouble to find the color and the lovely lady helped to me get the shirt i really wanted. Happiness is buying good products with less price. Happy Shopping Everyone.

The store is always stocked with interesting attire and I always leave with more than I came for which is a great sign. Also, the store is clean as much as discount chains can be. Finally, you don't see a great deal of problem people being followed so that's good on all accounts.

I think this by far is one of my least favorite Ross stores. The selection ain't always the greatest and I dunno! If I didn't work in downtown I wouldn't have gone to this Ross, but for convenience, I decided to go again during my lunch hour. They had no decent men's shoes, just the cheap knock offs that no other store could sell...The men's fragrances are okay and had a decent selection, so I purchased three. Burberry, Guess and Lacoste! I dig all three so I left in a better mood than when I first arrived not having found any shoes!

I love this ross store. It's a bit of a drive, but better than the ones near me. Nice infant clothing and house decor. Great kids toys! The employees seem ambivalent at best but friendly when approached. I recently visited on a Sunday early evening the clothing racks in all departments were near and well organized everything else seemed just dumped into shelves and in bins. I know how difficult retail is and how retail workers are underpaid and poorly treated by both customers and employers especially at the discount retail level. My advice to Ross do something to positively motivate your employees before your company becomes even less relevant and fades away.

Well it's a Ross so you basically know what to expect when going here. Since we lost our big lots DTLA Ross was a decent replacement. I mainly go here for here home goods rugs sheets etc but my husband found really great stylish suit pants and other pants for a mere $11.99 ,what a steal. If you are looking for standard basics go here before target or Burlington the prices are a bit better.

It's a nice place, you can find alot of designers brands for low prices, good for shopping on a budget. They have plenty of styles, I easily walked out with 6 shirts that would have cost me 22$ each at target or Walmart, so saved a ton! The only complaint I have is the dressing rooms have no locks (at least the one I was in) and they are kinda nosy, I felt a little embarrassed to shop but it was overall a nice experience.

It's a discount department store. It's pretty good. I don't much like their shoe department. Just not great styles or brands or both. However, this store is very busy so the line is always long.

A lot of second line clothing from designer brands such as Calvin Klein, Michael kors and even Ralph Lauren, at a fraction of the retail price. If you do not know yourself to be a bargain hunter but pass by a Ross, go in and check it out anyway, you might find out you are a bargain hunter after all.

I like this Ross store however the parking is essentially street parking. So in Downtown LA to be really bad depending on the day go. I went to the men's section which is located in the basement floor. They also have the home section the baby section down there. I think they also have shoes down there. I've been here many times and there's never too long line.

Ross is a Wonderful store anywhere, BUT downtown LA is IT & I visit several of them on my travels (NO restrooms at this store!!). The allure for me is the technology area which always has something different that I like to try = for really LOW prices (but you have to look thru ALL the items to find what you want to try, or think you NEED).

They seriously need to clean their shopping baskets here. Dtla is a FILTHY, filthy place, and a respectable business operating there MUST take extra precautions to keep that filth at bay. As far as Rosses goes, it's okay and it's definitely nothing to write home about. What I do like is its proximity to a very meek Burlington Coat Factory half a block down the street, so if by chance if you really don't find what you're looking for, there is a close alternative.

This ross is downtown L.A. on Broadway and 7th street.The parking is a nightmare here .It has 2 floor s the floor u enter is women's clothing accessories and woman's fitting room all the way at the back wall. The bottom floor is home Accents ,men's shoes and clothes children's clothes shoes as well as toys. There is no restroom at this location because it is downtown.
