I am rating this a 3 ⭐️ only becos my kids rave about it so that they could get gifts for their friends - they discovered Hot Topic in Las Vegas and yes they made sure that they found one in Hollywood so that they could make use of their vouchers to the fullest. I was also roped into buying stuff so that they could qualify for their discounts. (Only got nail polish - necklace and earrings) I’m not into any of the Harry Potter stuff neither to anything that is closely related. From an adult point of view where I am not fazed by fantasy and this not a store for me.

It is the most spacious hot topic that I have visited. In others there is to little space and everything is crowded, I wish all hot topic were like this one.

Let me ask you a question: Have you ever visited a Hot Topic store before? If you answered yes, then this is one of those. If not, here’s a quick run down! Hot Topic is the place to go to buy “edgy” stuff for your tween and teen while they are trying to discover their personal identity. It’s a place that caters to young people who love Disney and anime, but need it on black clothing. It’s cool. I shop here all the time and I’m an actual adult. Sometimes I find legitimately cute dresses and comfy tank tops with skulls on them. People still think I’m cool. Go for it!

This hot topic had THE friendliest and helpful people working ever. The only drawback is the traffic through Hollywood which i hate but its located in the highland n hollywood center which is pretty cool ..once you get there that is. My daughter is 12 and she loved it. The staff is very friendly and its a very welcoming place. The 3 stars is only because itd half of what i grew up with: Barely any guy clothes. They said everything is gender neutral now. Which i get but i dont like the lightweight tight pants. They're mostly a few pants, skirts, mostly shirt, body jewelry, and Anime. Im biased cause i havent been here in probaby 16 years. So i loved the outfits, comics, cds, jewelry. And accessories they had.

Hot Topic is by far one of my favorite stores to shop at. It may seem like the type of store that isn't for you, but it has many different apparel and accessories that will have you wanting to go back for more. Just recently went and bought myself a slytherin themed jacket and I couldn't be any happier with the purchase. Love the music that plays in the background and the service there is wonderful. Should definitely check it out!

Excellent experience! The cashier couldn't get the antitheft tag off the last small Loungefly backpack I wanted but he was persistent and enlisted help from his coworkers until they were successful. This store had some nice merchandise and was well organised and clean. The staff were very friendly and and created a pleasant atmosphere that made it seem welcoming to shop there. Upon entering without a mask the head clerk politely asked me to wear one and did so in the kindest and unobjectional way that it didn't offend me like other places have.

"Hot Topics" 💯 I used to really love this store because they sold real unique "Witchy Gothic" type jewelery, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, pentagrams etc. I got so many diff things with my favorite band names- Slipknot, Avenged Sevenfold, Twenty One Pilots etc.. Now the store carries very junky items that are very overpriced. They do have tons of t-shirts with every band name imaginable, but the quality was so cheap.. They had brand new "Twenty One Pilots" Scaled & Icy t-shirts & hoodies!♥ I love these 21 Pilots! But it's always fun to go here if only just to browse! Hey it's HOLLYWOOD!!! ❌💯♥

Great selection and very polite helpful staff. I went to return an online order and one didn't have the tag on anymore as I had used to once (an umbrella) and it broke during the first use. The manager was awesome and took it back and gave me store credit. Parking of course isn't the best but that has nothing to do with the actual store.

So much DBZ stuff and loads of other nerd culture in there, games, books, cloths and all the other merch you can think of! If your into this stuff, would give it a visit

They had some really coold stuff and the staff was helpful up until I got to the till. There was three people in line and 3 in the store and only one on till that took 10 minutes to ring in an order of 3 items.

Went here this past Wednesday and it rocked. The staff are all extremely cool & friendly. I will definitely be coming back here tomorrow September 1st around 3:15om. Definitely recommend this Hot Topic to everyone. I went here again on September 1st. The staff were awesome as usual. On September 29th I'll be coming back here around 2pm and buying more officially licensed Joker snapback caps. It's the only place where I will buy my officially licensed Joker snapback caps. As a matter of fact I'll buy 2 of them. I definitely suggest this Hot Topic to everyone. Trust me you won't be disappointed. The staff are all extremely awesome cool friendly & helpful. They go out of there way to accommodate every single customer.

That Hot Topic is okay, the merch doesn't change much, that's at almost every Hot Topic though, so no biggie, the only main reason why I don't like this Hot Topic as much is because of the staff. Yeah they say "Hey! Welcome to Hot Topic! Do you need any help?", yeah, that's cool and all, but the fact that they sort of stare you down and don't let their eyes wander from your sight is creepy. Honestly, I like to go inside Hot Topic because it's suppose to feel awesome and great you know?! But the fact that almost every time I go, they stare me and my friends down as if I'm going to rob something, that's not cool, I just want to wander around the store, looking at skinnies not feeling eyes piercing me down. I used to stop by this hot topic when I needed little accessories - a pack of nostril studs, some barrettes, socks. I'd buy some clothes here too, if I could afford to. They have good RocknRoll girl jeans. I like shopping here. It feels dirty and indulgent to shop at this stereotypically cheesy store/brand in one of the most mind-numbingly touristy, not-edgy malls in America. I moved to a different neighborhood, so I don't come here often anymore.
