First time visiting Rodeo Drive. Was there in the market for a small bag. Casually looking around in Gucci. Was asked three times if I needed assistance. They did not have the bags I wanted from online. I was helped by Meshell/Michelle. Super nice and patient guy. He understood my hesitance on looks, price, and decision. He was able to show me stuff that was not on display. I ended up with a wallet I love. I liked how he put it in a shopping larger bag. Way better experience than the Gucci outlet in Palm Springs/Cabazon.

Excellent service and superb high end products. Bought a sneakers and a gg base ball cap. One thing I really didn't like was the fact that the cap i got was the last one in store and they only had it on that exact size so I was somewhat disappointed because it looks kind of used since it was the only one in display and they had none on the back and it had a small tear on the inside gucci tag on the cap but since I was traveling abroad and was only a couple of days in LA I had to grab it and go which leads to the thought that they might have wanted to get rid of it so they acted as if it was the only one around so I kind of felt cheated about that but nonetheless the sneakers were beautiful and the cap as well.

There was a short wait to get inside. Once inside I requested to see the item I was interested in and the sales associate was very knowledgeable, and ensured I was taken care of. While I would certainly go again I would try not to during such a busy time. Over all a great first experience with the brand. Also, while waiting to wrap up I fell in love with the scent pictured.

I will say my daughter has been asking for a belt from Here for so long . We went to rodeo drive last night and I got one for her . Place has some really nice stuff I the store. They also have some things that in my opinion are so damn ugly and people are raving over ugly $4000 sneakers. Either way my girl got what she wanted so that’s what matters. Go take a visit for yourself and enjoy a nice day out.

Came here and all is that's advertised. Same dated clothes,shoes were ok. They need to pay more attention to the details,1 particular pair of men's sneakers looked like it was at least 10-15 years old with grease and smudge marks making it look like it was not only old but USED! I don't know, maybe it's just me,but if I'm going to pay $720 for a pair of sneakers at least make them look clean.

First time buying Gucci and had a great experience. Tony was super nice and helpful. As soon as we walked in he greeted us and asked us if we needed help. I went in looking for some Gucci loafers they didn’t have the color I wanted. So he had me try on the size I was looking for in a different color and said we could order them online. I was glad they had the Gucci tights I was also looking for. I also got a belt that looked really nice. Tony had great advice and was super helpful. Def will be returning.

The interior is really beautiful and the employees are very helpful. They helped find matching clothes for me and worked within my budget, at first. And I don't mean that in a negative way, it was more my fault than theirs. I will say, be prepared to spend extra when coming in; prices add up quick. Despite the fact that nearly everything here is unaffordable, it is still interesting to browse. The products are all obviously very high-quality, as many of their products are manufactured in Italy. The staff were very helpful and insightful too. If I had the money, I would definitely be purchasing here.

Posh. Most things you've heard about the Gucci store is proven true with one visit. Nice clothes, shoes and purses, along with accessories. Staff is friendly, helpful, and dressed to the T. And if you buy enough, the give you freebies. There was no line to wait and store was extra clean 10/10 will do again.

If you're trying to p/u a handbag for your loved one, you must see Anthony Ollmann. I was literally sweating on a cold Dec morning that I had to remove my hat & jacket, but Anthony took care of it all. He completely understood a husband's position and relieved my stress by making my wife happy. Great visit!

I found myself going into Gucci to look around and possibly buy a pair of shoes…well, shoes, dress shoes, backpacks and belts we left with. Nathan did a great job of finding me the best options and taking care of my wife and I. Great experience and as always quality merchandise. Go in and ask for my guy Nathan, he won’t disappoint and “over sell” anything. Lastly, the Alligator shoes I bought, while expensive were worth every penny.
