Finally got to go to this place in person! I'm a huge Tyler fan so it was awesome. Parking is kind of hard to find so you might have to park a couple blocks away from the store. There was a little line but it was all good. When you walk in your not allowed to take any pictures, touch anything or try on anything which is a little hard while your browsing through clothes. The staff is SUPER nice! They will make sure you have a nice shopping experience. The store does have a limited selection of clothes and other stuff but everything looked so cool so it was fine. I got the BIG FACE sweater in blue for $120. It's literally a work of art so the price was reasonable. I also got a sticker for $5. Despite the shop's flaws I think every Tyler fan should stop by!

I’ve been a longtime supporter of Tyler. His vision is unparalleled by most creators of this time, and it’s no surprise there’s no cameras allowed inside. There’s a small skate bowl, and beautiful displays of the most recent clothing collection. I got the boxers.

Small specialty boutique. Limited on size selection. We're not able to pick anything up this time. Quality of merch seemed good. Has their own personal in store bowl with coping and about 2 feet deep. Takes up a good portion of floor space. Your temp is taken before entering & no handling of merch.

If I had a boutique store this would be it. You must sanitize before entering and you can’t touch the clothing. All items are neatly displayed and an associate will bring you items if you’d like to purchase. There are no fitting rooms and the quantity of items is small, however if your a fan of Tyler you’ll enjoy the store. There’s even a skate area in the store which is cool. The staff is plentiful & friendly. No pictures are allowed inside. You must also make an appointment to enter. Tyler if you see this, holla at ya girl.

Everything in design and layout is excellent, however everything else sucks. Guy at counter wouldn’t answer questions, employee said only products on show are available, yet this wasn’t true when asked about specific item on display. Queue to enter put off several other people in line from actually going inside. Books available to read are lovely touch, however hard to enjoy when employees try to hurry customers. Pornographic material inside one of the books (one with boy licking armpit on cover) is highly inappropriate when young children are inside store and highly curious about items on display. Workers act like customers are nuisance. A nice shop, but staff and rules ruin the experience.

You can’t touch anything at the moment due to covid, but the employees will answer any questions you have about size, price- Anything! And they’re really nice, too. The store is gorgeous, it perfectly encapsulates Tyler, the Creator.

Very limited on the selection but the girls did find some socks, t-shirts and some little items to buy. No cell phones are allowed, and taking photos is a no no here. Parking in the area was hard to come by so you may need to park 2 blocks away and walk up. Like can get long but recommend stopping by.

I am very confused by some of the reviews saying things along the lines of “You can’t touch stuff”, “You can’t try things on”, “The staff are rude”, etc. I went to the store and I was allowed to touch the displays, but in order to try them on you just have to ask the staff to get you the non-display version of the clothing piece. I also didn’t notice any unnecessary amount of rudeness coming from any staff member and the one who I got to help me was very polite and helpful.

Exactly what you would do expect from Tyler which is great. Pretty much everything out of stock online was here in stock. Staff was very friendly and down to earth. Security was cool and funny as hell. Tyler, Lionel, and Taco was there the time I went which made the experience even better. Golf being at Fairfax makes it must go to strip.

30 minute wait. They only were allowing a few people in at a time. My son was looking for a particular shirt...and they had one in the back. The store has rules.... do not unfold or touch stuff on the top shelf...no cameras...and you are not allowed to use your phone.or have it out. When I went to.look at the skate area one of the employees was saying whoa whoa to me...very weird. mission accomplished...my son got what he wanted. And we were out... also while we were in line one of the employees yelled from inside at a guy looking in the windows for getting his fingerprints on them. If you are easily offended.. don't bother shopping here.

I love this place!! Everyone is super friendly, and I saw Tyler there!! You’re not allowed to use your phone inside which is really cool. I went before closing and they let everyone in at one time. If you want to meet Tyler you should definitely visit this place :) It’s super trendy and clean and I am definitely going again.

The store was dope! Shopping there was a cool experience. The store's design and layout was artistically inspiring but the workers were low-key snobby. Not all of them though! They did fail to mention there was a no exchange or return policy, so we were disappointed that we couldn't exchange a shirt we bought. So be aware!!

One customer at a time, appointment preferred, you're not allowed to touch the items must ask for assistance. Why did I give it 5 stars, then? Because they had great customer service and I understand why they don't want more than one person or people touching their stuff. Someplace to see if you like Tyler the Creator, even though there are zero pics of him, just his store.

Had to stand 1 hour in line to get in..... All for my sister.... No photos are allowed inside the store, but the place is clean and you do get a super good customer service once inside. All the staff was helpful and kind. My sister got what she needed and had a great time.

Very disappointed in the fact that they only let about 4 people in the store at one time. I get that theft is an issue but maybe they should consider an appointment time for people to shop to avoid these long lines just to get into the store to look. Also once you are able to get into the store you are not allowed to touch anything that is folded. If you want to see that item you must tell an associate for them to grab that item out of the back for you to see and/or try on. Overpriced items along with a Fort Knox mentality, not a good experience.

Even though I'm not huge on Tyler's music, I love his approach to fashion and art. That being said, stopping by GOLF was a must-see when I was in the area. As for the merch, I got a cool snakeskin patterned hat for $40, which I found pretty reasonable. Everyone in the store, from the regular employees to security guards, were super accommodating and friendly. I had an idea in my mind that the staff could be really annoyed with questions or small talk, but it was honestly one of the best shopping experience I've had where the staff seemed genuinely happy. It was fun asking them questions about the store as well!

Honestly, everyone at the store is really nice. I like how they care about covid enough to enforce wearing a mask and make you use hand sanitizer before you enter. As long as you respect the rules you’ll be fine. I’m assuming that the other reviews are from people that tried to touch garments without getting help from an associate and were told to stop. The store looks really nice. The no taking your phone out rule really gets you to experience the shop instead of being on your phone the whole time. Overall great time. When you’re there find the associate with brown semi curly hair.

I kept trying to make an appointment online but it said “booking page not available” but I went to the store anyways and you just have to wait in line to get in. I was in line for only maybe 20 minutes. The staff was great! Especially the older man sitting in the parking lot that took money to park, he was very sweet. Once inside, I actually was able to touch some of the clothes hanging on display just to see what it looked like. The man who retrieved my clothes from the back was very patient with me, even as I had him look for multiple sizes of the clothing. It was a great experience overall. 11/10

Staff was cool!! I easily setup an appt to shop via the website. I read the reviews so I already knew they were serious about social distancing. There was no touching the clothes but that was fine. I pointed to what I wanted and the sales people went and got it for me and had it waiting at the register. All of the guys in the store were friendly and chill. I bought a hoodie and it fits perfect. And the socks I bought are super comfortable. I am on my feet a lot and the cushion in the socks are top notch. They aren’t open weekends and was also randomly closed on a Monday. Other than that everything was great. I went on a Tuesday around lunch time. Easiest shopping trip ever !!

Lived up to all the hype! It was great! Only thing is you can't tpuch anything which is so hard when browsing through clothes. I caught myself touching the products at least 3 times (whoops). Also a bummer you cant use your phone. The decor is fantastic and I loved the environment.

Made a reservation so it did ease getting into the store. Security took temperatures and managed the establishment. Employees and security were nice but there was a concerning amount of people in the store. Overall it was a simple, clean and easy. Just cut the people inside to practice distancing.

i went with my grandma (who had to bring her two little dogs with her) and while we were waiting they let me and my grandma in which honestly i was surprised about considering we were an hour early and nobody was there. anyways they were pretty cool overall, but the white dude with the curly hair and green eyes did get me the wrong size & forgot to ring one of my items up but i didn't really mind since i already was spending a good amount of money there, overall though yeah the store was really cool and i probably will go again to check out the clothes in person 🙏🏽

I went recently for the spring/summer 2019 drop and I had a great experience. As long as you comply with security the rest of the experience is pretty smooth. I had a backpack that they told me to leave at the front of the store and no phones were allowed out which I was fine with. The store has a very cool aesthetic and is clean. I’ve been a fan of Tyler for a while and I got to meet him and he signed my catalogue. We got to talk a bit and it was pretty cool. The guy that helped us was pretty nice and got all of my stuff pretty fast. It’s unfortunate that people have had bad experiences with employees and the rules but I was chill, knew what I wanted and it worked out great. I would recommend if you are a tyler fan or like a good selection of clothes. Depending on when you go, they might have a different stock amount. I was toward the front of the line so they weren’t sold out of much.

When we got there I asked the security about the phone rule and he was super chill and explained it kindly. As we got in my mom asked about the shoes, they didn't have the ones I wanted but I had already planned to get a different pair if they didn't have it so it was fine. The guys were cool and found the perfect size for me which was nice! This place has a nice environment and I am definitely gonna come back!

No photos and you can't try on the clothes but the staff and even the bouncer are very friendly and will offer any help or advice on clothing or questions? Staff says no photos is The main reason is because Tyler wants people to respect and enjoy the store not go in there to take photos and ruin the vibe respect 👍💯 also theres a giant mural to take photos with!

Got lucky that there were only two people in line. After that the line got pretty packed. The bouncer/guard was pretty polite on the people. Says if you already came here, or first time going in. So he says not to have phone out, and don't move the hanger or take the clothes out to the hanger and ask for a employee to get a size. On the employees there was one employee that was pretty helpful on getting size and trying on if needed. Another employee just stood there though and making the store seem uncomfortable. Cashier was pretty chill i'd say. Also they don't have price tags on the clothes or misc. which kind of made it confusing how much everything is. And they also do not give receipts.

Super chill place. The guard was nice, and the two employees that I saw were super nice. There's two rules (Don't use your phone in the store and don't touch the display clothing.) They are very easy to follow and they tell you the rules before you go into the store, so don't be surprised if the employees get fed up if you don't follow the rules.

Everyone was super nice Especially the security guard. Chase card was declined and he said we could leave the store walk to the bank a few stores down and didn’t have to wait in line to come back into the store he seemed genuinely kind and welcoming.Didn’t make us feel embarrassed about what happened. I love the clothing and they have a great selection of designs but the security guards really put a negative vibe over the whole experience from the first step through the door. They spoke quite condescendingly and just seemed as though they'd rather not have customers. A disappointing experience to say the least.

Security gave me instructions before entering, they were understandable but also conflicting. They were conflicting only due to I couldn't actually see the whole style of the item (shirt, long sleeve, short, etc.) because you cant touch the items on display. Then when I see options that was out, they only have certain colors that weren't on display. They also only had one representative to attend to the other like 8 guest in at the time . I ended up leaving with nothing for my first time ever being in the store

I would give this store 5 stars because without going here you would think this place is a great store. The clothes there are cool and the pricing is not that bad either. The store overall looks amazing. However, employees were very rude. There were only 2 people working there and they let only 4 people in at a time which is ridiculous. 1 employee was acting like how a normal employee should and came up to me and asked if I needed help with anything. I went up to the other guy working there and I asked if they had this T-shirt in Lg and he gave me a very rude tone and said “which color” for no reason and sighed once he went to get my shirt like he was doing me a favor.

Amazing store. You will be asked to put your phone away and there are no pictures when your inside of the store. Everything is display only and the workers will bring you the things you want. Prices were not bad at all. The decor was great. Staff was very nice.

It was great! I went twise because i was conveniently near the store when visiting america. Being a fan of Tyler for a couple years i decided to check it out. The designs are great but don't consist of many. Despite that the workers are very friendly and offer to help when necessary. Only problem was it took a bit of a time. The security was fine and i understand that theres no photography. Really outdid themselves!

Went in two separate times, short line that moved by fast, had a nice talk with the security guard at the front while waiting in the line. First time in was great, 10/10, second time though, was a little bit different, I went back with my friends since they wanted something and didn’t find anything they wanted at the supreme store, the worker with the long brown hair yelled at me to stop doing something, when I asked what I did he never answered, guess we’ll never know lol. Oh yeah, the employee with the dreadlocks that kinda looks like 6lack is awesome.

I'm giving it a three for these reasons. First of all it's a great store, i love GOLF and Tyler and seeing the store was great. I didn't get to see him though, because he's touring in Europe right now. The employees were very chill and polite(except this one employee came up to my mom and said she had a cool accent and creeped us out a little bit). The downsides were, they only let about 5 people at a time in even though the store is big enough to hold at least 10 to 15 people, you can't touch your phone, you can't touch the clothes on display, the workers act like the clothes are made of gold or something.They try to make the store more than it is since it is fairfax and supreme is down the street from them. When we went the only thing they had were just hats and accessories, they should at least tell us what they have and don't have when we enter the store, they said in a couple weeks they will restock so most likely I will be back. I recommend just buying online, but you will have to pay 10 dollar shipping.

Very little products to choose from (even lesser than Supreme). Don’t even touch the folded t shirts on rack. Don’t take the hanged shirts/hoodies away even if you want to try it. No fitting rooms, staff will ask you to just put it on. Rude (or at least not polite) security. Stopped me at the door, saying “no phones, no pictures, no touching the folded shirts...”, let me in after reply “okay”. T shirt was poor quality. Hoodies are nice.

i waited about 25 minuets in line with my mom, brother, and small dog. we werent rlly planning on going but i was on our way home so my mom was willing to take me. the security was excellent, the guard was very nice to let me small dog in. the cashiers there were very nice and chill, they got there jobs done. they were very helpful and helped me purchase some clothes from the store. tyler did great job on this store ! i would definitely consider going again :)

It's a great store and what you would expect from a store like this on Fairfax, same system for purchase as at Supreme or other streetwear stores. Prices aren't too bad, and it's a nice store. Employees are chill, and security guard was cool to explain the rules. Only weird thing was when I mentioned that I had been to the Odd Future store which closed a few years ago (but was in the same area) the employees got really defensive and went off about how they aren't affiliated with that store or OF. Their whole personalities changed, luckily I was already checking out, but yikes. Tyler was serious when he said, "Golf be the set no more OF." So I guess just don't mention OF and you'll have a great time! It was just a little weird there at the end, so 4 stars.

its a cool place and the clothes are top quality. but when the prices get really expensive especially since i'm not from america it gets a bit pricey. don't go in and expect to spend a rack just go in buy a shirt or something small and order everything else online... (the big security dude was really sick and nice, love it.)

My son and I are a fan of pop-up shops and stylish hip hop culture clothes. This store has them and a line. Pretty expensive for what you get but it is Golf. You pay for the brand. I didn't that day. Very nice shop aesthetically.

I told him and he told me that you couldn't record videos or take photos. I was not recording any video nor did I intend to. I just wanted to tell my husband that we were finishing shopping. Too bad...it would have been nicer if the young man had offered me a glass of water, for example ;) In the end we bought the shoes. Here is the photo. Hahaha! Después de 4 horas de shoping agradecí sentarme un ratito en un bonito banco en forma de flor y me dispuse a escribir un wa para avisar de que pronto volvería al hotel mientras mi hija se probaba unas Converse muuuuy originales. Me pareció desacertado por parte del amable y joven empleado que me pidiera que no usase mi teléfono móvil cuando seguido sus otros 3 aburridos (pues éramos las únicas clientas) compañeros estaban usando los suyos. Se lo dije y me dijo que no se podían grabar vídeos no sacar fotos. Yo no estaba grabando ningún vídeo ni tenía intención de hacerlo. Tan sólo quería decir a mi marido que ya estábamos terminando de comprar. Una lástima...hubiese sido más agradable si el joven me hubiese ofrecido un vaso de agua, por ejemplo ;) Al final compramos las zapatillas. Aquí queda la foto. Hahaha!
