Not to much out of the ordinary for this Old Navy location. Which before anyone gets annoyed, is a good thing. Going in you know what to expect and what you can find. That's great when you need some good and reliable clothing that will keep you looking good in most situations. The staff while quiet are helpful and the store itself stays clean and pretty organized.

Our whole family loves shopping there. Easy to find thongs for kiddos. Also on the days your kid says, I need a certain colored shirt.. as an example. I can run up and grab it.

Typically, Old Navy has good prices but these are GREAT prices! With half off of most items, there are good deals for the whole family. Kids, babies & toddlers, men’s, boys and women’s departments are full and clearances items in each of those categories. Dressing rooms are busy but worth it and the staff is very helpful.

If you didn't know, you should be going into Old Navy with your phone in your hands and a full battery! Look up each item online because it is usually cheaper or a better sale online than in-store and the will price match!! You don't have to pay for shipping or wait!!! This location (Outlets of Little Rock) and Hot Springs both do this

Staff were great! Greeting me as I stepped in the store. Nice merchandise. As I was looking for a gift of a seasonal jacket, I found one that was very cute, easy to take care of. However, the largest size that Old Navy carries (according to the staff who was tagging and stocking merchandise) is 2x. I get the ease of not carrying more sizes - space availability, price issues, etc; but I did find it a little surprising. Yes, many of Americans are on a health kick, just as many, I think have gotten larger. Old Navy Outlet may find a new market if they consider increasing their inventory to include 3x. Just something to consider at the next team building activities. The staff was very polite as she explained the size availability and even checked the size on the coat I liked!

The store is clean and well stocked. It's mostly jeans and t shirts but they do have dresses, outerwear and the like but mostly it's jeans and t shirts for the whole family.

I don't shop at Old Navy typically but I found deals in hear and a wonderful crew of workers who I found helpful and even charming. Everybody greeted me even as they worked hard at cleaning the big customer messes. As always, I fold everything I unfold or try on. I was able to find a shirt that matched my wife's shirt that she bought here. So we grabbed the new shirt and went back to the line. The first line was very long but they got it moving fast. The second purchase of my shirt was faster. I like this place and I'll check it out again.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. They have some great sales going on right now. The place smells like feet to a lot of us there shopping (it was busy), and the floors in the changing rooms need some attention. Overall not a terrible experience.

I just love Old Navy! This is the factory outlet so don't try to return anything from online or from a regular store here. I wouldn't say it's cheaper, but they do have some different items. It can get pretty busy on the weekends and the dressing rooms fill up quick, but the staff is great at getting people in and out. The lines can be overwhelming, but again the staff is quick so don't let that scare you off.

Great place to shop only few things need be addressed, needed better fitting room area's don't go mcain mall one they like have no help for long lines checking out maybe 4 fitting rooms and kids clothes well not much pick from really. Been to others and had much more luck on clothes even for whole family. I like online better though. Keep it up good work .

🤩Love Old Navy!🤩 On the weekends they are super busy but that's to be expected. It IS an outlet mall! The lines move quickly. Very clean and the people there are friendly and helpful. Weekends can be a little messy, but again, outlet mall. Lots of people. Tons to choose from. Clearance is my fav! Low prices, there is ALWAYS a sale going on! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I love old Navy I went to the one on the McCain mall and the one at the Outlet of Little Rock, and each one has a Lil sum sum that I didn't see at the other one. But I did and I do enjoy each and every time I visit an old Navy retailer. They have something that I would definitely purchase.

It's fine. I don't like they are limited on some of the sizing. Please don't be big and tall this place might have 2 things for you. Some good things for kids etc.
