Took a bit to get service but once I did he was great. After they realized I was there to spend $ I got more attention. 15 minutes after looking around by myself I had a young man give me good attention/service. Prior to that I was ignored.

Hoping to find a few nice suits, and shirts, but found much more than our budget allowed! This location of Men's Wearhouse seems to be updated with caring, knowledgeable staff, and their assistant manager, Calvin went over and beyond to quiet a complicated situation into a laughable solution and invited us to come back for even more savings with several coupons to entice us to do so. Will definitely return to purchase sport coats, and two other business suits we like. Thank you Men's Wearhouse for hiring such a wonderful assistant manager. Calvin was great! Earlese LaFrance

Keshan is incredible. We ordered my sons suit from TMW in Dallas and when it arrived it didn’t fit. The wedding is in Little Rock so with less than 48 hours to get things figured out He ordered him a new suit and was so detailed and assured us he would resolve the issue. He’s so kind and helpful.

I am so thankful for Crystal, the store manager. The store was busy because of prom, and yet, she helped me with so much kindness, patience, consideration, and knowledge. I highly recommend going to this Men's Wearhouse. It can be busy at times, but that's probably because of the great customer service. I also appreciated David, who just joined the team. This place was a lot smaller then I anticipated, but thank God it was because I could have easily spent my life savings in there. Everything is so incredibly....beautiful! The prices scared me, but after trying on a few pieces, I could see exactly why they were priced high. Everything, even the clothes thst didn't fit at all still looked incredible. It was an eye opening experience, one where "you get what you pay for" was the lesson learned. My mom was prom shopping for my younger sister who was going to wear a suit. I went along so that I could try stuff on in her place since she had school. We ended up getting a Calvin kline vest ($85), matching pants (that I found on the clearance rack for TWELVE DOLLARS!!!!), a button up long sleeve white shirt that had a floral type pattern (also found on clearance rack for $9!!!!!), and the best one....I found the most amazing sweater and I just knew it had to be mine. Original price: $79, marked down to $19. I slammed it on the counter, it would be mine!!! They rang it up...yall.....$4!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a bargain shopper, bad, this had to be my best trip ever. Total price after an online coupon was applied: $109. Total. We cleaned up in there! The staff was extremely patient and helpful, and put up with our shenanigans, which I appreciate. They assisted us from the moment we walked in until we left, and the whole time gave realistic advice on pricing, materials, and what we could do in the short time frame. It was a great experience, first time id ever been. I will so be back!

The customer experience I received was the best I’ve ever had. Tim treated me with respect and excellence. I was able to get fitted and scheduled for alterations for a suit without lifting a finger. If you’re nervous or a first time suit buyer, you definitely want to come in and ask for Tim. Thank you so much!

I was torn between leaving a 4 or 5 star review. I chose 5 instead of 4 because I did not have any major issues visiting this store location. I did wait about 5 minutes while all the sales associates were working with other clients. I needed to get fitted for a tux rental for a wedding I am in later in the year. Someone worked with me in a professional manner, told me all the information I needed, and sent me on my way. I was not astounded by the customer service but I also wasnt disappointed either. Overall, it was a good experience here.

Unlike other fine clothing stores, she gave us space to peruse the showroom, and when we needed her, she was close by. The first guy I talked to acted annoyed that I was there and he had to do something. When I asked what he thought about a style he would shrug and say nothing. If I asked what was in fashion he would shrug and say nothing. Eventually I found my way over to a young woman who was excellent. She helped guide me in what was in style today and how to select a good suit for my body type. I feel good about my purchase but I almost left. Depends on who is available to work with you.

Came in to find out my jacket size, was very professional and helpful with that. Had some nice sales online and managed to get 4 sports coats for about $230. All of them fit perfectly, no need for me to get anything tailored or adjusted.

Possibly the best customer service I have experienced in awhile. I had a sleeping 2 year old in the car, yesterday, and called to ask if someone could come out and get the tuxes I needed to return, so I didn't have to wake my sleeping toddler and get him out in the freezing cold. Not only did they get all the tuxes out if my car, they let me stay in the car while they printed the receipts and then brought them to me. The whole time, the gentlemen who assisted me, remained professional and courteous. 5 stars deserved for going the extra mile to help a customer.

I ordered a sweater online for my husband to pick up in store. I go to the store and it’s not ready (my fault). I grab it from the rack and Calvin helps me check out. I came into the store looking for a sports jacket and a little advice on appropriate clothing for someone my age with 7 kids. It was about 15 minutes before closing time. My wife and I spent 10 minutes of their last 15 minutes looking around hoping to get someone to respond to us. (He responded well to the guy that came in before us, that was in a suit and tie, paying for his items) The gentlemen behind the desk never attempted to leave his post but instead shuffled a few papers. (I am thinking: "looking busy") I found a lot of really nice jackets but no way to tell if they actually looked good or fit on my frame. My wife and I got back in our vehicle, with our 7 kids in the vehicle waiting, and he came out from behind his desk and out the door to get on his cell phone. I am hoping that this is a rare case and I will attempt to go in one more time before vowing not to ever return.

I wanted to buy my grandson a suit for his graduation, I looked online and noticed that Men's Wearhouse had some suits on sale however when I got in the store those suits were not available they did not have a very good selection however my grandson did get a suit because that was the one he liked and the employees were very friendly and helpful
