I completely love some of the styles mostly their dresses that they have. But, I can't really find my size or, should I say the exact size I need. Some, of the sizes are made bigger, some smaller so I usually try whatever I want on & then, purchase what looks best. Plus my daughter loves the little bows,& outfits from here that's mainly why I go🙏i try my hardest to not look any further then, what I'm intending to buy bcs before I know it I kinda get lost in this store, lose track of time,& then find myself wondering where my money went so. I try to stay out of shopping stores and more at work and home. I must admit I don't really like staying in the house on my days off but,I have come to love saving money.

I like CitiTrend's to a certain extinct, I have lot's of do's and don't about certain thing's. OK I like that I can usually find what I'm looking for. I have an 10yr old so I find lots Of thing's for a great price whn I don't hve Dillard's money at that time. The Customer Service is always great especially when The older manager is there. She is always Nice! But I hve a problem with spending money in there very often spent in CitiTrends, where I hve to either hold my urine or put my purchase at the checkout and go next door to the Family Dollar Store and ask them is it okay if I can use their Facilities!!!! And I'm not buying anything from F.D but hve to use their toilet. That has to change, also I spend hours at a time in that CitiTrend and I feel like the customers should hve baskets to Shop, not shop and carry their purchase in their arm's. That is so rude and uncaring for corporate not to even consider paying customers. And also I've seen the back of CitiTrend's before they were even there and they definitely hve restrooms for employees And customers they just tell evryone That there are no public restrooms and they are lying. Something should absolutely be done about customers being treated poorly whn they wrk so hard and spend money with the store so we should be treated well.

Prices are affordable, there's a variety of styles, but the customer service is not that good. Associates aren't all that friendly. The store is usually very messy as well.

I had to return. A pair of pants the Zipper was broke the service. They gave me was very nice. I was able to exchange the pants for a new pair of pants and a shirt.
