They have a great selection of ladies boots, which is what we came here for. I had a few different pairs I was trying to decide from. All the boots are very organized and they pretty much have every boot in every size, which is super nice because we've been to a few stores and found a pair we like but not the right size. They also have a large variety of clothes. We walked out with two shirts for my husband along with my boots. I'm a super happy customer!👍🏻

The staff was very kind and helpful. Although they did not have the specific boot I was looking for, they were able to repair to hats. One felt and one straw. Definitely recommend and they have a massive selection of boots hats and clothes

Soooo, I went to Cavenders to look at some boots and other things. One of the employees ask if I need help. I asked him if they carried size 15. The look and the smile on the employees faces was priceless.lol Well needless to say they didn’t have any and I will try to order some online. Love the customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Been in 3 Cavender's Stores and the Little Rock location is by far the cleanest, best organized I've visited. Staff was decent but I think the staff was much nicer and willing to assist in the first few months after opening! 5 Stars on cleanliness and docked a Star because of lack of enthusiasm of Staff and lack of engagement of Customers! I will be back!

My first visit here to this store. I was a bit disappointed. I was searching for a cowboy head for my dad to go with his boots for Christmas. I was not able to find exactly what I was looking for but I did find a hat and purchased it. The cashier was not friendly. I requested a box for the hat so that I can give rapid and she directed my attention to an extra large box that was large enough to put a toddler in. This was not satisfactory to me and there were no more options. I did not feel like a valued customer and probably will not visit here again. No one was available to help me with my selections as I shopped through the store. I probably would have bought more but there was no help. So I bought my hat and left! The police officer at the door was very friendly and helpful, thank you sir for being the best representative at the store.

My husband bought a pair of Ariat boots and the insole just wasn't comfortable. He didn't keep the receipt and paid in cash, so we had no option to return or exchange. The manager was very limited on options, and you could tell it bothered him. He found a set of insole inserts and gave them to my husband for free. We really appreciated him trying to help the best he could!

Love Cavender's, but this store caters to men!!! The women's selection is SUPER limited and really lacking in diversity!!!! But the staff there is AMAZING!!!! Super helpful even though they lack the tools they need to assist you. But they still smile and do the best they can!!!! I left with a new belt and 1 pair of boots instead of two. :( But I'll get my other pair eventually....

If you're looking for Ariat or Durango this is your store. Huge selection of boots an hats. Gave them 4 stars bc I prefer Justin. So not perfect for me but still an awesome store.

Only place I know of around that sells twisted X work boots and they are the most comfortable boots ever ….but always clean and always well stocked and organized ….great staff !!! Very helpful !!!

This location is well stocked. The facilities is very clean. Their prices are inline with other brick and mortar stores. Some items are less expensive online. However you cannot try on, online purchases. When it comes to cowboy boots. Trying them on before making that purchase is a must. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable on their products. They are great help and a good source for advice on your purchase.

A large selection of work boots, why I went there, and other clothing. I didn't give 5 stars because 75% of their selection was Ariat and the other 25% was divided between the 9 other popular work boots brands. Still a great option for those looking to buy new work boots.

The store was very clean and organized. Had a good selection of kid's boots, but seemed a little bare. I would probably attribute the lack of merchandise to it being right after Christmas. The staff was helpful & I would definitely check out their store before buying western wear anywhere else.

Went in spent an hour the selection for women's boots was lacking. If you aren't 100lbs and have a foot size 7 you were out of luck when it came to large selections or multiple designs online wasn't much better. For a western wear store it was nice enough staff was friendly just not many options

The manager, Christina was visible and vocal, out on the sales floor interacting with customers, which is very rare but very nice to see! Clean restrooms and a clean store overall!

Bought my daughter a pair of boots. They were very helpful. They didn't have her size in the store but they did search the other locations inventory and located what she needed. I bought her boots on Saturday and they were shipped to the house on Tuesday.

If you wear a size 8 narrow boot, They have thousands of them. But if you have man sized feet, you might need to just order them online. Employees are friendly, prices not so much.

The store is great.. but if you dont look like your dressed like a million dollar cowboy no one want to help you. If you come in with mud on your boot your pants. Its like your nothing and your money isn't worth the same as the one who dress like a million dollar cowboy that sits at a desk all day.

One of the bigger Cavender's that I've been to. Located in south western Little Rock. They had a huge selection of jeans by Cinch,, Wrangler, and Ariat along with great selection of sizes. Same was true for western style shirts by same as the jeans plus many more. Boots? Lots of them by everyone you'd expect. Ariat, Justin, and even some house brand boots. Women's and men's pretty equally represented. Great sales folks who were not at all pushy

I didn't realize that the store was in Little Rock. When I went they had a huge selection of boots, jeans and women's western wear. The staff were very helpful and the store was very clean. I was able to find everything I was looking for with the help of the staff. I also had a return which was done quickly. There are also some unique items that I was able to pick up for Christmas presents.
