The employees were condescending and rude. We felt like we were being rushed and then when we wanted to just look around for a minute they all disappeared. So what we had a question about something or wanted to know the price or a size there was no one there to answer our questions. So if you don't have a whole lot of time to spend there I recommend you don't go at all.

I really don't know how to put this into words. I purchase my bras and smell goods here. I go because of the convenience of it being in the mall that has everything that I need. This Victoria's secret always has what I need. But I feel like some of the employees there are superficial. There are a few women in there that are very nice, but some of the upper management have a bubbly fake presence about them. I feel like the girls are overworked. I'm sure they make the girls ask you several times if you need help. But sometimes I feel like it's too much. I appreciate them asking if I need help. Don't get me wrong. And when I do ask for help they always find what I'm looking for.

I've been to this location, as well as many other locations. I want to give a big huge highight to Saam. She went above and beyond her job to help find the perfect fitted bras for my breast figure, style, and size. So.if your ever trying to go to this location look for Saam shes at the dressing rooms. Never had I had anyone help.me the way she did I swear. She has been the best customer service I've ever had at a Victoria Secret.

I approached one employee with a question and she was rude and weird and was no help at all. I asked a different employee the same question, and she was super nice, explained everything and was helpful. The experience was definitely awkward. I assumed everyone who worked there would be friendly, helpful and have good customer service overall.

This store for me is like when a kid goes into a candy store they have all color underwears and bras socks ect...I love there fragrances they have a variety of them from mist and lotions to perfumes. There purses and wallets are amazing let's not talk about there key chains because they are the cutes ever!I'm obsessed with there annual sales that they have like twice a year best time to save that green paper🤑Last but not least there customer service is spectacular 😉So go on and visit them and walk your self into a place of fun 🤗

I love Victoria's Secret now because they have bigger sizes. Most of the extra large t shirts and sweatshirts fit me.I normally wear a 2X in tops at other stores.I am loving it. Now I can buy clothes instead of perfume and underwear. You can also order online and have them ship it to the store so you can just walk in and pick it up. If they don't have it in the store the lady will order it for you and have it shipped to the store so you don't have to pay shipping.

Store has a pretty good selection of stuff. Always busy but the lines move at a good pace. The staff is really great. No matter how busy they are they are so attentive to each & everyone of the employees goes above & beyond 2 help. The store is clean & well kept. Great selection of items. Both PINK & VS have a variety of stuff & both sides is the store are a good size. They have good customer service & employees are all awesome. Love coming here. Let us be honest here. Victoria Secret and Pink at any of the fabulous Las Vegas locations is like a trip into the land of exciting beautiful exotic and flat out gorgeous feminine attire. I shop here exclusively for my wife's lingerie desires. Nothing could make me happier making her happy and this place does just that. Planet Hollywood, Caesar's Palace, or Fashion Show Mall are my three favorite along with the Town Square location. So no matter which end of the strip you are on, there will be one close to you. The Las Vegas stores are flagship stores so go take a look at the best of the best Las Vegas style. 5 Stars. Cliff

I wanted to start my new year fresh - with all new undergarments. I used to feel self conscious about my bra size and always just buy the same size forever UNTIL Serisa asked me if I would like to be measured. I was like - sure. This girl made me feel so comfortable and she also showed me how different types of bras go with different wear - for example bras for going out especially those strapless dresses that are a pain when one doesn’t know what bra to wear. She also taught me about bralettes - I had no idea what these things were and I just fell in love - those have become my everyday use now. Thank you soooo much for making me feel the star of the show, and you being the costar. She really made my year start with a bang! Thank you Serisa!
