My wife and I were on vacation and were shopping at this location. I had tried on a few items before purchasing and accidentally left my sunglasses in the changing room. I hadn't noticed I'd left them until we were at the airport to fly home (on the other side of the country). I called to ask if they could ship the sunglasses to my home address . They gladly agreed and had them shipped. I know it doesn't seem huge but they were important to me and the employees went out of their way to do this particular thing for me, which they didn't have to do. Many thanks!
