I just got to say that Feature has some of the best customer service around. I have a background in marketing so I'm big on customer service. I had purchased a pair of jeans without knowing they were final sale. After going back n forth for a few days on email, they decided to bend their policy a bit and offer store credit. They were able to deliver huge and go beyond, thats the true meaning of customer service. Now I'm a loyal customer which in the long run, brings in more revenue. Imagine if they denied me the store credit... Sure they might save a couple bucks now but they lose potential sales from me as a customer. Easy 5 star service, I recommend Feature.com to anyone looking for fire apparel!

I’m a frequent shopper with Feature and the customer service is great!! I recently placed a order and a item was missing from my order when it arrived. I emailed support while they were closed and the next day I received a email with them looking into my order. A couple hours later I received a email that my missing item is being shipped out UPS. This is why I shop with Feature because of great customer service. I’ve dealt with other online merchants with horrible customer service. I recommend to anyone who reads this to shop at Feature.

Customer Service was amazing. I actually reached out to them and I wasn’t expecting a reply back til the following Monday being it be the weekend and all. However, I got a reply back from them the next day assisting me with my issue. Basically I was attempting to enter a draw for the Concepts Air Max 1 “Heavy” and the Nike AJ 1 Banned “Rebellionaire” but it was not accepting my phone number. I grew to get super frustrated. Siannah, the customer support agent that helped me resolved my issue like that! I was now able to enter the draw and all is good in life. Lol. Update: This matter was resolved and I'm still doing business with Feature. I was excited when I initially found this shop, and have been to the location at the Wynn. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with an online order/return and will not be doing business with them going forward. I purchased 12 pairs of shoes, sent 3 back as a return, yet they claim to have only received 1 of the 3 pairs. This likely could have been resolved with better communication, however, they stopped responding. I'm not trying to trash their reputation as they seem to be a cool store overall, but just giving a fair warning of my recent experience.

I called to verify a pair of Travis Scott shoes someone was trying to sell me. He sent me a receipt from your store but my gut said it was a fake and the shoes might be too.
