Came here to look for a belt and found the cutest royal blue dress. Wore it and did not want to take it off. Loved it!!! I hated that cashier boy. He was so rude. Couldn't open his mouth to say next in line, hello, your total is, didn't hand me my bag nor my receipt. I guess rude is fashionable nowadays. Fire the boy but get that dress in all colors!!!

This is my favorite Ross to shop at. The selections are better than any of the other Ross's I've been to. It's also a more cleaner and organized store which is surprising considering it's vicinity to Castleton Mall. I won't dock any points due to having a lower selection. I understand it's the deal with the pandemic.

I love this store.... there has been a few experiences that were not as professional but I managed. Once they ran out of bags and they placed orders in trash bags. They made it work. Another time the cashier was not in a pleasant mood. There was no line and I walked through the correct place and straight to the cashier. I noticed there were items on her counter and eventually backed up. She never acknowledged me or that she had a customer. The customer came back to the counter and she finished the transaction. I was confused prior to the customer coming back to the counter.

We all know it's about bargain's here. However I can never find the look I want in the right size. It's like they gave one of everything super cute. All the sweats tees etc plenty of stock. However the low prices on odds and ends or forgotten items always perfect.

they nees to stock the store, and organize it cause things are on the floor and out of place. i understand that people dont care and leave things where they dont belong. but they need more merchandise though. white lady at cashier was really nice.

Ross is one of my favorite stores, and this one is especially nice. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The fitting rooms and restrooms are neat and very clean. Tons of clothing choices (I was dress shopping). The aisles between dress racks are a little narrow, but otherwise a perfect experience.

This time around there were more dress choices and some brand name. I was able to find my Mother-of-the-Groom dress here. It was a $200 Jessica Howard for only $39.99. Win! The cashier was courteous and the store was fairly clean. The guy at the dressing room was a little abrupt and not very friendly. In all, I'll go back if for nothing other than the prices.

I enjoy this store, it’s located off of 82nd street in Indy by the Trader Joe’s. Ross is something that I was never exposed to until I moved to Indiana. This Ross is a good size in my opinion, right in the middle, not to big not to small. Wide selection of products, bath and beauty, and I think you find items that aren’t always in target. There is also a great selection of shoes that usually go with the season as well as purses and luggage options. woman and men’s clothing options are all in the middle, and I have found a great selection of different pieces each time I’ve visited. The home goods section is also worth checking out, they always have a unique selection of sauces and spices, and different decoration options as well. Prices are great, and you always find something fun and useful. I’m a happy repeat shopper

It wasnt a bad experience , but it wasnt there best. I havent been into this store for about 6 months. This is one of my favorites, but I ended up a little disappointed yesterday. I think my expectations for this store are just extremely high because of my prior experiences. There was a lack of merchandize. I felt like I was really searching for items to purchase. Typically, I have to negotiate with myself on which items to live without. Perhaps they are awaiting shipment? Presentation: the store wasn't a mess, but it wasn't as tidy as I'm used to seeing it. Employees: I did not have much interaction with the employees. Maybe under new management? Hopefully, next time I will be able to rate 4 or 5 stars. (Crossing fingers)

The store has good pricing on clothing but the store needs more staff to help keep the store organized. Most of the time you have to wait in line at least 15 minutes and the cashiers aren’t always friendly. It’s a busy location

I really like this place a lot because you can get name brand clothes for low price in good condition brand new the customer is good and the place always seems to be clean I found some really nice clothes for myself and my husband I would recommend this place if you like name brand clothes but don't want to pay the name brand price

Really not that much clothing inventory, considering all the repeats as you go through racks. You can find some good deals in home goods, beauty, and accessories. There are a lot of dressing rooms so I didn't have to wait on a busy Saturday. Cashiers might as well be robots, they are not too friendly.

This place is dedicated to selling clothes, shoes, cosmetics, perfumes, home furnishings and all the items in it are international brands. Its prices are very suitable for all classes where there is a dedicated parking space. And a water cycle. And a place for wheelchairs. It can be seen from a car on the normal road .

We shop in here at least a couple of times a month and we have a great experience everytime. However this last time we went into shop on sunday, there was stuffff everywhere! Most likely understaff and coupdnt keep up with the maddhouse. But ill still be back even with a little mess.

I like this store, they have a lot of plus size items at the West 86th street location, reasonable prices as well. I will return as usual, can't keep me away, there is always something to purchase lol. I've only left once from Ross without buying something because I knew there was another one across town and I was going there next to see What else was new lol.

I am a big fan of Ross, but for some reason this location is horrible. The selection seemed limited as well as the sizes. I couldnt find any sizes over 2xl. The stored is attached to an amazing stripmall so...Maybe they will try harder.

Pretty good selection of shoes. Tennis shoes, dress shoes, boots(not work boots), cletes, casual... all different colors, all kinds of brands. Thats just the shoes. Well priced. I bought a pair of casual doc martins for $39.99 & a pair of guess shoes for 37.99. Long lines at check out is a small draw back. They have a lot of other stuff as well. Reminicent of TJ Max, Burlington Coat Factory. Good store.

I usually go to the ross on 96th st. The reason i gave this one 4 stars is because this particular location didnt have very much in the way of plus size clothing. They do have a lot when it comes to home decor or mens clothing. Very nice store but a little crowded.
