The customer service always leaves something to be desired. I returned a pair of shoes that I ordered online and shared with the associate that I had received the larger size. She returned the wrong shoes in her system and berated me for asking about it. She asked me if I wanted the transaction re-done. Of course I shared that was up to her, based on if she wanted her inventory to be correct or no.😒 I guess she opted to show an 11 in stock when I returned a size 10. She must not have paidp attention to onboarding and what creates shrink. Frustrated that she didn't take pride and fix the error and that I was passive aggressive with a disconnected associate on the front line. Still glad I purchased a beautiful shoe online, though.

Employees are SO nice and store is very organized, but second time in a week my husband and I had the sensors left on our clothes and had to take back to get off..25 minute drive there and back :/ so this is just to bring it to attention for employees and customers to check before you leave!

Great deals and a constantly rotating selection of high quality items. I can't help but stop everytime I'm nearby, and most times there are at least a few items I'd love to add to my collection. This was the only place I could find my size and color in a Michael Kors pea coat I'd been searching for!

Nice selection of clothes and shoes. The entire store is a little unorganized. If you like to pick through things to find a hidden treasure this store is for you. I was amazed at the amount of damaged clothing on the racks for sale. The men's department is nicer than women's.

Best customer service. Great collection of Clothes, Perfumes and watches. Just a reminder that Nordstrom Rack is different then NORDSTROM. So, If you order online something from Nordstrom you can not return that to Nordstrom Rack and Vice versa. Very good customer service. Easy access to location from the highway. Plenty of parking and yes, place is crowded usually.

I loove shopping at the Nordstrom rack store at Rivers Edge shopping center but am presently upset that an item I ordered online is yet to be delivered after 3 weeks!Tracked my order and found it was shipped through Lasership that has terrible reviews online!Why would Nordstrom rack still keep using this delivery company with the terrible reviews that they have ?I ordered Xmas present for hubby on the 26th of November and it is still stuck up with lasership as at today 18th December even when it arrived at the Indianapolis facility on the 12th of December.Am waiting to see if I will get my order before Xmas.

I really enjoyed my visit to this place I had to find the item before closing and I wasn't having a good luck finding anything then I encountered a young lady by the name of Harley who worked there and not only did Harley help me find an item similar to what I was looking for she went above and beyond to search all the racks with me to try to find the item I was looking for she was truly a great person and truly helped me get through this experience I'm looking for a dress for a funeral and she was very chipper then my cashier he was very very nice and informative on the policies of Nordstrom Rack returns only thing I hate is he didn't have a name tag so I could give him a shout out as well I truly enjoyed the experience I will be back thank you Harley and the awesome cashier

Really like the shoe selection at this location. I visit once a week just to check out the new shoes. The store had something for everyone. The children's selection is actually better than most NR's I've been to. I can always find great gifts for my friends and a last minute dress on a Friday night. The staff here is always friendly and they have plenty of people around to help.

You can find some good if you really look! Pricing is good for some things not good enough for others! I do like the shoe selection! Again sometimes you could find cheaper on clearance at the regular Nordstrom! But worth stopping in occasionally for sure!

I just had the BEST customer service experience with the manager from this store. A mistake was made on one of my returns a few days ago-- I returned a watch, but it was not scanned, so I did not get my money back. I no longer have the watch since the employee at the register took it while processing my return. I called, gave my order number to the manager, and in a matter of seconds, she was able to find it, and process my return over the phone! Great customer service is becoming hard to find, so if you're really needing some help with your holiday shopping, this is the place to go!!

I enjoy shopping here mostly because of the variety and continual change of merchandise. It can get messy on the weekends, especially holidays, because they often have an additional discount on clearance items. However, in general, they keep the store looking neat and the sizes in the correct spots. The prices can still seem high on the designer clothing, but they are lower than the department store.

This place was recommended by a friend when my ex did away with all my stuff and I needed clothes for court. I expected them to be expensive but they were not at all. Super nice clothes that are all marked down or on sale

Yet another bad experience at this location when checking out. Store was wasn't busy yet the checkout line was crowded and similar to checking out at Walmart. One positive is the staff are typically very friendly.

In the middle of the day on the weekend the line can get all the way to the back of the store and take 30 mins to get to the cashier. There is times I have come home from nordstrom rack and then decided I wanted to go back and get that thing only for it never to appear again. That is why people wait 30 min. I have been shopping at nordstrom rack for the past 15 years but have just moved to the area and been shopping here for the past year with no bad experiences besides the long lines. It is hard to drive past and not see what they have.

Clean with friendly service and a large selection. I didn't end up finding anything that I liked but the establishment is still very nice. Large selection of the standard Rack brands, neatly arranged. I like that I can look out and see security patrolling the parking lots while I'm there. Always busy.

Great variety of higher end fashion at a reasonable price. Designer labels well represented. Some you might not have heard of that will make you a buyer. Example I had heard of John Varvatos but never tried on his apparel. I have four different shirts of his now. Quality clothes.

They've got unisex fitting rooms available. That alone earns them a 5 star review from me - nothing is more infuriating than picking out clothes with my wife then not being able to see her try them on even though two women can go into a fitting room together.

Great deals- you can dig through the endless racks- but that is half the charm of discount shopping when looking for a quality bargain. I love NR, don't get me wrong, but with a lot of top stores, they have lowered their quality of staff support- so all their ideas like "Ask a team member is green" when you can't find your size- is a really nice idea- but NR is only fooling themselves. Most employees are over worked and you can see the weary smile of the team member trying to help you when she really hopes you won't press her to do more for you, shes got way too much to do as it is. Years back stores, even not so high end ones, used to pay for "shoppers" to measure the degree of customer service- all while taking into consideration the situation the subject- "team member "was perceived to be under. Like many things today corporations believe in magical thinking- its all white wash, bate and switch. Customers suffer and remember ultimately the fake customer service they are promised and can't get due to under staffing and over burdening employees. In the end their profits take the hit along with their reputation. .

As a young professional, Nordstrom Rack is a MUST! I absolutely love the products they get ahold of along with the discounted prices. This year their fall/winter items blew me away - hoping for the same thing next year! They also have more shoes than you can imagine. Their organization is a little hectic and I would like to see them with more jewelry (specifically necklaces) but still nothing like some *other places in shopping malls you might go to find inexpensive casual/business casual clothes

Today it's more a mess than usual. If you are going to look for good deals, this may not be the place right after Christmas (all stores have sales). Sizes are inconsistent, merch is all over the floors, workers are overwhelmed.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. It's like a TJMaxx but with higher end, name brand products. I only shop in the men's section but it is usually very organized and easy to browse. They have a good variety of clothes from athletic wear to suits. They also have a nice variety of men's shoes. Prices aren't quite as good as TJMaxx but still way cheaper than regular department stores. I've been shopping here for years and never had a complaint, the store is clean and the staff is generally friendly. Lines aren't too bad either even during peak hours.

The store does change out the clothing options, which is nice. Arrive early on the markdown days for extra 25% off red tag items. During holidays, the store does not offer discounts or Black Friday deals like other stores.

Best Place to buy cedar shoe trees! lol This Nordstrom rack also has great selection of kids shoes under age of 12. Also they have all the ray bans you could want and great selection of mens jeans too. They offer in house tailoring too which is great. But overall well run store and selection is really good. Staff is on it too and friendly - 5 stars.

Definitely a great place to find High End products and clothing at low end prices!! I bought a Too Faced eye shadow palette here that was regularly $49. I got it for a little over $17!!! They also have Urban Decay, NYX and lots of other brands. But nothing is permanent stock, so you have to get the deals when you see them! Most recently I saw some Limecrime lipsticks and liners.

This isn't your typical Nordstrom. The service isn't as good and because its more of a clearance center - the departments feel like a hot mess of product. Most of the Men's department is on racks that make you feel like you are shopping at TJ Maxx. BUT they do have some crazy good deals in here if you have the time to look and dig through those racks. Majority of the store is Women's with the small back corner as Men's. They do have a decent shoe department though. They have athletic, boots, dress, sandals, street, etc. Good selection! The service is sub par with what you would find in a normal Nordstrom's store. The associates always seem "busy" and never available to help - until they want your commission and quickly offer to ring you out.
