First, the service is always good. Friendly staff. But over the years, I've started losing interest in their product offerings. I always loved the vests and tough jackets but they have followed the trends towards fashion over function. Fashion is everywhere by any brand.

Duluth has quickly become my favorite clothing store. I absolutely LOVE everything I've purchased from them. All their clothing is so well-defined, fits me great, and seems to be exceptionally durable. It's not the cheapest, but worth every penny. Store employees personally attend to you and your needs with high quality clothing. I will probably buy all my work clothes here. Seams on pants are double stitched and made of very high quality fabrics. The only upgrade you could get on these work clothes is to have them customade. If you have social anxiety this might be a nightmare but stick with it and you'll have clothes for work that will last for 5+ years.

Great store for mens clothing. (They have women's too, but writing from a man's perspective) Its not going to have "trendy", tight, covered in holes boy pants. Its mens clothing who want great quality, comfort, and functionality. The best work pants in have ever owned I bought from here. Prices will seem higher them some other places but when you factor in quality and the amazing "no bull guarantee" its well worth it!

Drove here to purchase some new slacks. These products are simply the best made. Stay away from their on line delivery. They have a very poor way of a delivery system. Find a store front to buy from. Their products will not disappoint.

The only thing was we were also looking for some short-sleeve plaid shirts since spring is around the corner but didn’t seem to see any in store. Loved the little dog section though!

Came to the area from out of town on a business trip. This location is approximately 30 minutes north east of Indianapolis. This retailer has lots to offer everyone. Found the pants I was looking for and placed an order. They weren't available to take with but were shipped to my home. Due to arrive on 12/28 and they arrived on the 19th. I had never been to one. My wife and I stopped there to check it out. Friendly staff, VERY clean store. My low rating is due to the prices. $70 for Jean's, $80 for cargo pants. I'm used to paying $30 at the most. Maybe I'm missing something here, but it seemed to be way overpriced. I'm sure the company would say, "Our brand is superior to the leading brands of our competitors"...but twice as good? I cant say. I fear I'm not going to put it to the test.

I believe this is the only Duluth Trading in the Indy area, but I have been to a great many locations throughout the country. This location is well run and the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Good selection of plus sized clothing. Duluth may be pricy, but they have sales and specials, and their clothes are well made and last a long time.

I love this place but it has become a bit of an addiction for me. I spend more money there then pretty much any place. Their clothes are really well-built. Strong and comfortable and they last. Even when I have an occasional issue they are quick to resolve it with their no bull warranty. They really do mean it. They will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. You should definitely buy most of your clothing here

Solid buys, however you will have to spend a bit more. Duluth stands by their brand staunchly, which exudes a spirit of dependability and reliance. Their products are great. Note, stop in here for clothing needs before you go to Cabela's. You'll find way more options at a higher quality than some of the brands Cabela's offers.

Awesome store! A bit on the pricey side but the quality is top notch. Got me some Buck Naked Boxers and I have to say they are really nice! Only got one pair to check out but will be going back to get more for sure. Loved the selection of slip resistant lace less slip on work shoes and will be returning for a pair when the pair I have now wear out.

We love this store. However, be prepared for sticker shock. Normal prices are high, but get their emails and watch for sales. The quality of their products are outstanding and well worth it. My husband has gotten things from here since they opened this store. Now, with their plus size line just starting I got my first things there tonight. The fit was amazing and I am in the 3X so I was not sure it would really fit, but it did!

They have a unique take on quality clothing. If you want socks that are maid like socks used to be made, long lasting, then this is the place for you. You really need to check this place out. Especially now at Christmas time, they have lots of fun stuff for both guys and girls.

They have a lot of great stuff that is high quality. I didn't like the womens clothing but it you need to get a real man a gift...that is the place to find it. You can smell the leather through the aisles of the shoe section. Very good brands. Only problem 8s that it is pricey.

Some neat stuff. Prices are rather high compared to similar stores, so you pay for the brand. A few clearance items, not much, but that might just be able to get exact time we happened to be there. Staff was helpful. One even checked the stockroom and online for me for a particular color of an item that was on a sample display, but there were none on the rack. She didn't find any, but tried pretty hard and apologized for not having it. I bought two different types of underwear, to see if they are worth the price for extra comfort and performance. Time will tell.

Loved this store. Everyone was so helpful and didnt make me feel crazy for looking for work shorts in February (they had them). My fiancée is 6’6 so it’s hard to find good quality clothes that are comfortable for him. Well we found the solution here. A bit pricey but everything is made sturdy and I have 100% confidence we’ll get our money’s worth. The shorts I bought were on sale a few days prior but they still gave me the sale price. Love this store!

Just give me a number ranking on lowest to highest on insulation, durability, and flexibility- much simpler.

As a woman I really appreciate their product. The woman helping me really sold me on their product with her knowledge. If you are an outdoors person you will love this place. Unique items such as a workout top with snap straps that hold your bra straps into place, crushed jade in threads that make fabric nice and cool to the touch and it has a zippered pocket. Then there is a tank top with built-in sunscreen. Then there is underwear with same crushed jade that is woven in the threads to keep you cool. There is much to see for anyone looking for truly unique product.

I have a new addiction and that's Duluth flex work pants. If you're a heavier set man and want pants that give in all the right places, then they are for you. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. I recommend anyone to stop by and see if they find something they like.

Great clothes and accessories for leisure and working folks. Worth the higher cost, you get what you pay for. No haggle return/replacement policy is priceless. The only complaint is the only shorts that fit me correctly is the Fire Hose style.

Duluth is one of my favorites. At first glance... It may seem a bit pricey... But what you are getting is quality. From the materials, the stitching....that whole attention to details (the gussets, the extra wide belt loops). I love the durability!

There is some amazing things here. I found so much that I wanted. The tanks the do not rise up. The cooling underwear. I found some great stuff that even my kids wanted. We had a great time looking around and finding unique things. The only problem was the everything was so expensive that we really couldn't afford what we can looking for.

Someone in another review compared Duluth to REI. In some ways, yes, they are similar. However, Duluth is better about sizing for women with curves. Any pants I purchase from REI I always have to size up, sometimes two sizes larger! With Duluth I never have that issue. Plus Duluth makes their tops longer so I don’t have to worry about any butt or lower back showing when I am working. REI and Duluth also have similar return policies, however with REI sometimes I get an attitude from the employee, even when the tags are still on. (Not always, but it does happen.) With Duluth, never any issues or snarky remarks. The employees at the Indianapolis store are very kind and try to help me resolve the issue. Two cons/things I wish the company itself would improve: 1. Many times the size I need is out of stock both online and in store. Especially the workout clothes. Even when it’s a “new” item, so frustrating. 😩 2. Please offer more colors and patterns for women. Many of the tops seem to be geared towards older generation. So frustrating because I love the products but sometimes the look is very old fashioned and more suitable for my grandma. 🤭 The men’s section doesn’t have this issue, just women.

the lady that helped me was awesome and the other people were so friendly. the pants i got are very comfortable and stretch with me just right. I also picked up a pair of Armachillo underwear and a under shirt with the hopes they would help with me working outside in the 90+ degree heat. They were rather expensive but i decided to try them. I must say that initially, they feel very cool to the touch but soon after beginning to work any moisture wicking or cooling feature they claim are non existent. I was very disappointed in the claims not being realized. I ended up at the end of the day soaked in sweat just like my normal underwear and undershirts that cost one quarter the price.

I've shopped at Duluth Trading Co for years in line. This store is about a year or so old. It's located about 18-20 miles from home making it not an everyday shopping trip. The store itself is spacious and the sales staff very attentive and very helpful. Because I am somewhat bigger than most folks, the "Tradesman" sizing for shirts is a Good Thing (tm). I have found that the quality of the merchandise sold by Duluth is exceptionally high. The return policy is also exceptionally long. Because I haven't really worn out the shirts I've bought here over the years, I'm not a frequent shopper. But for sure I'm a repeat shopper. Definetely two (or more if I had 'em) thumbs UP!

Lots of great things but the price tag is healthy as well. There were several non-duluth branded dog items that were 2x as much as they would have been at even a boutique dog store. This made me really question the prices of the Duluth items. I walked out with nothing but it was a cool store to visit.
