Went to the Carhartt store in Greenwood to buy some Insulated bibs, found the ones I wanted, used the fitting room to try them on. The price for them was very reasonable, they usually cost more at other places. Very Satisfied!

My wife and I recently moved to Indiana from South Florida. We were definitely not ready for the lower temperatures. Thankfully, an employee named Beth (I hope I'm remembering correctly) patiently helped us find *everything* my wife needed to stay warm and cozy. Beth was absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Beth! I really hope I'm getting the name correct. She told us she's a fairly new employee. She deserves so much praise! Also... the clothes are awesome!

I went into Carhartt in Greenwood, Indiana on 9/12, 30 minutes until closing to find a pair of work pants. I had the pleasure of being helped by two different employees (Tyler and Kennedy). Both employees were very knowledgeable, helpful, patient with me and went above and beyond to find a work boot in my size. These are the type of employees any business would be lucky to have. Great experience!

Wow... how did I not know about this store? They have something for everyone. They even have the high visibility and FR clothing I need for work. Some of the prices are high, and I can see where people have said the sales people are pushy... but they are very helpful, very friendly, and just doing their jobs. Very impressed and can’t wait for the next time my girlfriend wants to go to Von Maur so I have an excuse to come here.

Tyler and Kayla were great. After hours of trying to find composite toe boots for women they were so helpful. Tyler even called another store in the mall to see if they had what we needed and held the boots we were a maybe on so we could easily swing back by and pick them up if that is what we decided. It was a nice end to a very long and stressful boot hunt.

Very courteous staff!! Only problem I had was no real new new stuff because I had most of new items haha. Also, nothing really on sale to sell me on older items &/or also simple items like Ts etc. Are more expensive for tall which was ah ya know or just plain Ts seemed a little overpriced like I am 6'1" 180lbs like a large tall should be a natural not a large short which is what happens if your brand of shirt shrinks any at large. Might as well be a belly. No worries though, I will be back. Love your gear!

As a larger guy I would always go to Carhartt for all my clothing needs. This is my go-to store and typically the customer service is great. Recently over the past 6 to 9 months I have seen a decline in the inventory of tall shirts and larger pants. This has forced me to start looking into other stores and shopping online. The customer service isn't what it used to be but I wouldn't say that it's unfriendly. It's better described as short, direct and sharp. I love the Carhartt brand and the quality of the clothes but I am going to this particular store less and less.

You have your eyes on a particularly well-designed store, a store known as Carhartt, because you're in need of warm, rugged, reliable clothes. But you know this already. You step through the doors, and you're instantly greeted by the most well-organized, clean, and stocked up store you've ever seen. The employees greet you with sparkling eyes, point you to discounts and proper sizes, and equip you with the clothes you need to last through this winter and beyond. When alien archeologists excavate this land thousands of years to come, odds are they'll find perfectly preserved Carhartt jackets scattered amidst fossils, fallen skyscrapers, and plastic water bottles. Does this sound like a worthwhile experience to you? The mere act of typing this review has sure gotten me going. I'm already planning my next trip to this affordable oasis of a store.

They had an awesome sale going on when I went. Although they didn't have the specific Boots or shirt I was looking for at the time, the Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also receive an automatic 15% off for working for a contractor. I will not hesitate to visit again in the future instead of buying online. They need more of these stores.

What can I say, Carhartt brand is always a winner but this store and staff are above and beyond! I especially love that they are dog friendly. We love going into the store and seeing any of the furry faces that might be in there that day. It definitely makes shopping more fun!

This store changed my life. Before Carhartt, I shivered cold and lonesome in a thin and threadbare Patagonia jacket. While I mean to give no offense to the Patagonia brand, I trembled beneath the cloth of that meager coat. But ever since coming to Carhartt and experiencing the robustness of their catalogue, the kindly communicated knowledge of their employees (specifically a certain employee named Monica, who equipped me with fresh, unfailing socks and a heavenly hat), and the ceaseless warmth of their jackets, I never feel the need to go elsewhere for my wintry clothing needs. The Greenwood Carhartt is not a store that you look for—it's a store that looks for you. So come on in, let it find you. Your wardrobe will never be the same.

I love Carhartt. But being it's a Carhartt specific store, youd think they would have a better size selection. They do not. Size selection is poor. And if you're a tall guy like myself who wears Tall sizes, don't even waste your time shopping here. They don't carry tall sizes. Only sizes for people under 6 feet tall. EDIT: To the reply from the Carhartt owner I would first like to thank you for taking the time to respond. It shows you really value customer service at your store I do not need further assistance, because I ordered all of the Carhartt items I needed online when I got home. And don't get me wrong, I'll still shop at your store. I'm just disappointed that the Carhartt store does not carry tall sizes, and if they do, it's very VERY limited. That's one of the main reasons I buy Carhartt brand, because they have Tall sizes for really tall slender guys such as myself. And having to order all of my Carhartt on-line is always a risk, because you never know if it will fit right, and then you spend weeks shipping back and forth trying to get the right sized clothing. It's nice to be able to pick out my clithes at the store and try everything on in the dressing room before I make my purchase. I would highly recommend you start adding TALL sizes to alot of your inventory, as you would gain alot more customers like myself. And it would make buying Carhartt brand clothing so much more easier.

Stopped in for some bibs and they were out of what I needed. One of the employees was nice enough to get online and help me order what we needed. But she apparently did something wrong and my order got canceled. Needed my bibs asap (even paid for overnight shipping) and now I will have to wait even longer along with working out in the freezing temps without them due to the issue. As for having a carhartt store, doesnt matter if an item is seasonal, you should still carry it in your store. Otherwise what's the point of having a carhartt store?

The people that work there are super nice.The section for women isn't as big as the mens.Which is ridiculous..there are plenty of women that work outside and like to wear carhartt casually as well.They had base layer for men but no womens and this was 3 days before Christmas.
