Very nice store with a good selection of pants for women - but rarely have other items like shorts for women. Sometimes I just try in what I’m looking for and order the product online instead. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and able to answer questions, regardless of where you buy the items. Really great, high quality products. I have a junk removal company and we’re in some gross places. With my ripstop, tactical pants from 5.11, I can safely navigate a property inside and out!

When I walked in I was greeted by the salesperson. He asked if I was interested in anything particular and I showed him the pants I was wearing and said I'm in need of three pair. He new the product and location. Very very helpful and positive he was!

Solid inventory and the staff are eager to assist. The durability of their pants is unparalleled and their boots are comfortable and last. Ive used some of the gear and it is good.

We came out early for the opening in Indinapolis. We had a great experience with plenty of customer service. Of course the sales line was long but the other customers were fun to talk to. I would recommend this store for tactical and even some motocycle gear. #motorcyclegear This store has lots of tactical and sports gear. I had already purchased a pair of 5.11 Women's boots to use on my motorcycle so I was interested in the store. No surprise I found a pair of 5.11Medical (EMT) pants for daily wear and motorcycle riding. They did have nice Women's concealed carry jackets but I wasn't able to find my type of jacket to with velcro in the pocket for my holster. They also have undershirts which could be a future option for me. My husband had luck founding two tactical bags he liked, one even for his mom. . 5.11 is a premier name in tactical and sporting goods. So with quality and warranty so the prices may seem high but they are worth it. They even have a great return or replacement policy where you can bring back items. #tacticalwearforwomen

The store looks nice and the people were nice enough, but they weren't helpful fixing my problem. I have a gear bag that I bought through 5.11 online seven months ago, and the bottom is ripping through. The store directed me to a fabric store to have it fixed at my expense. I called 5.11, and they're replacing the bag as a warranty claim. If you're just shopping this place seems fine, but short of trying something on you're probably better off doing your business online.

I purchased my range bag and a couple of other accessories here. The staff was very helpful in showing me the different options and accessories that would work with my bags. The price point isn't going to be the cheapest but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I give my gear a lot of wear and abuse but it still looks great and functions just like the day it was purchased. Anytime you have a chance to stop in its worth taking the time. I always manage to find something new to add to my growing collection of gear.

This store is great - I am so happy that we have a 5.11 store in Indy. I have found the employees to be knowledgeable and helpful. Also, I’ve been very happy with the products I have gotten here. It makes a huge difference to be able to get your hands on a product in-store before purchasing, which is one thing that makes this store far superior to online shopping. I will be a loyal return customer for quite some time.

Every time I stop by here the level of customer service they provide has been top notch. They always acknowledge you, ask if they can help and are very knowledgeable of their products. Always a great experience every time I have visited. Would rather shop here than the other 5.11 dealers in the city with subpar customer service.

Your going to pay a premium for the name. A let down to me was not getting a first responder discount HOWEVER... quality items, great selection, most important for me is the customer service. The items I have purchased for work are backed by a one year guaranty with free replacement of item if it's worn out.

I first have to say I loathe shopping. This is the only place I enjoy and have to set aside enough time to check everything out! Super helpful staff willing to check through stock in the back if you can't find it up front. Always friendly and easy to work with.

Guys there were very helpful and informational. The pants I found I wanted they did not have my exact size for how I wear them with gear. One guy said 5.11 has some flex so I tried on a size smaller and he was right. They were still a great fit and I walked out with a new pair I did not previously have. Because of their selection I will be back for more. They had new styles that Jenkins does not carry.

I love this place! If you have a license to carry and want places in your coat etc to carry your weapons. Then this is the place to go! But one can also visit here if you just want outerwear with lots of cool pockets to stuff your smartphone etc.
