This place has tons of selection for pretty sweet pricing! I was very happy with the amount of items they had and their great deals. I would highly recommend shopping here. There are a few items that I have no idea why anybody would purchase some great needed things at full price when they can get them at Ross while bargain shopping! This place was surprisingly enjoyable for me. Clean, organized, and well laid out. Staff was friendly.

I only shop at that Ross if I do have a ride there. Been going there for years. Honestly I have never had an employee who seemed nice and personable. I get dirty looks from the staff at the front of the store and have never been asked if I needed any help. I do hear the employees talking really loud about me, the store, the customers. No regard or gratitude for customers business. It really upsets me bcuz being in customer service I act respectful, helpful and talk very nicely to the employees. Don't they know that they are all replaceable? I certainly hope that they are re-trained if they want to keep their jobs. Sorry I can't say anything nice about the staff but they should be told to shape up or shi out. I love the store but won't be giving my business this season bcuz it's been that way every single holiday for the last 5yrs that I have lived in the Heights. Please train your staff to be great employees. Thanks

This a take my mother shopping place. This Ross is clean has minimal customer service. This is the exception, not the rule. There is plentiful and convenient. Inside the loop location

From a merchandise presentation standpoint, this is one of the better Ross Dress for Less stores in Houston. Store associates are friendly and helpful. This store has a real problem with the checkout process during peak hours. I was in the store at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon. They had a total of 8 cash registers. Only two of them were open. There were a dozen people in line waiting to check out !! I was going to purchase a couple of items from their hardware department. When I saw the long line, I laid the items down and walked out. Lost sale. This problem with the checkout process is not unique to this store. Most Ross stores have the same problem.

This is one of the "better" maintained Ross store I've been to in Houston. Despite many people said it is not as good but at least it has piled of merchandise to choose from the shelves. Surprising the shoes rack has all the sizes and kept in good shape. I treat Ross and TJMaxx stores like treasure hunting dump so expect some digging before getting to the good stuff. Highly recommended and definitely will come back for another run.

This clothing chain has improved greatly from a few years ago...BUT...(big but) do they have to have six people say"welcome to Ross" upon entry of store? The lines are always long, security eyeballs you like your about to rob the place and that alone makes for an uncomfortable experience. However, the employees at this Ross are friendly, fast, and efficient. Plus it is a well kept secret that they offer a 10% discount on Tuesdays if you are over 50. Yes I am now considered a senior at 52, but I will take the savings. One catch, it is not advertised and YOU have to mention it to THEM to get it.Senior Discount Tuesdays , but you didn't hear it from me.

Like anyone else, I go into Ross knowing it’s hit or miss on finding what I need. However even after multiple visits I am still blown away by the savings of buying name brand items at a discount. I am moving soon and realized I needed quite a few random items, from decorations to tools. I bought several 4’x3’ paintings, a drill set, bathroom decorations, wine glasses, and several other items and spent less than $100. I am blown away. My only complain is that I could not take my cart out of the store. It was pouring rain and it was a bit of a pain to carry everything out by hand without getting soaked.

This store location has its good days and bad days. On my recent trip, it was pretty much picked over due to Christmas. Mens clothes selection was minimal to none. Will say that the merch that was left was neatly organized.

The World I See

I had to travel to Houston for work. And ended up staying longer than was planned. So I went by Ross and got me a few things to help. Like some dress shirts some white undershirts and I found a beard and mustache trimming kit that was only $7 and I thought well that's going to not work very well but I'll try it anyways. And that thing worked like a BEAST! Absolutely awesome buy!!!!

This store has always had a pretty good selection, but today it felt so empty. Literally empty shelves everywhere. Also the bathrooms were a disaster. Only one toilet was not clogged. They even had plungers in the stall. There was an air freshner above the sinks with nothing in it. Ewww!! I hadn't been to this location in a while but wow it has never been this bad. Change of management I guess..

I was totally impressed with this store location hands down The store have been rearranged totally I found me a pair of boots and two pair of tennis shoes. I went with one of my friends . Last weekend he spend $80.00 Bucks in the store he's Miser never buy new clothing at all we been friends for 25, years. 85% of his clothes are from the thrift store's. All of my work clothing as well 50% of my other as well I spend $129.66 Yesterday on me I don't regret it at all . My favorite store is weslayan and Bissonnet location but now I will most definitely visit this location more frequently without a doubt.
