The staff at David’s Bridal were caring and supportive as I picked out THE dress. Due to family circumstances, I was unable to have anyone with me, but the ladies never let me feel I was alone! They were oohing and ahhing as I tried on dress after dress, and all cheered when I decided on the perfect one for me. When I’m in the market for a formal dress for a gala or theater event, I know where to go. Thank y’all!!

I had such an amazing experience. Today I had my alterations appointment, and the customer service was 10/10 recommend. Ms. Bridgette was very patient and well knowledgeable of alterations and dress fitting. She took her time with my dress and made sure I was comfortable and well fitted before I left. She was very personable and we had an amazing time. I was also able to do several walks around the store in my dress to make I was comfortable. I even got a lesson in posture, so that when I sit on my wedding day, I will be comfortable. If you are looking for a seamstress at this location, I recommend you speak with Ms. Bridgette ❤️.

I made an appointment at David’s bridal just to look at dresses for my court house wedding and reception after. Alexis greeted me promptly after arriving and informed me that she would be helping me and let me browse for a bit and choose some dresses. I told Alexis that I did not want anything to fancy, and she actively listened and told me not to limit myself. She helped me find a beautiful dress, with absolutely no pressure. The shoes she picked for me were sexy and practical! She also told me she is a bra specialist, so she was able to fit me for a corset that worked perfectly under my wedding dress. The entire process was quick and painless, which is exactly what I wanted! Lol! I would highly recommend David’s Bridal and Alexis to any bride! She was kind, helpful, positive and extremely knowledgeable in her field!

I buy a dress from David’s bridal pretty much every year for the past 15 years and this was by far the BEST service I’ve gotten! Next year I will make sure to come see them to get me taken care of!

Stephanie was AMAZING! I literally would not have been able to find THE dress if it wasn’t for her. All the other dresses I was trying on were pretty but didn’t feel like the one. Towards the very end, she picked out a dress that I would have never picked for myself and said that she just kept thinking of that one while I was trying on all of these other dresses. I was skeptical at first but once I tried it on it was an immediate yes. All of my family/friends that came also fell in love with it, and I was able to make a decision on the spot. My experience choosing a dress at this location was amazing! My stylist upon my first visit was Jordan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow it down to three dresses. I went back today for a followup visit with my mom to make the decision. Ashley (the manager) was my stylist, and I could tell immediately how experienced she was and why she was in a management position. I was very self conscious going into my dress-shopping experience and wasn’t sure at all what to expect, but Jordan helped me get out of my comfort zone, and then Ashley sealed the deal. Her years of experience and expertise were evident from the beginning of my visit. She was extremely helpful, patient, and provided just the right amount of feedback so as to help me make my own decision. Even better, we connected on a personal level and I felt like she was my aunt or another family member with a real personal investment in my happiness and satisfaction. I can’t wait to receive my dress in April for my June wedding. Visit this location and ask for Jordan or Ashley, you will not regret it.

I am giving Ana in Alterations 5 stars. She the level of service she offered to both myself, the bride, and mother of the bride was great. I had a non DB gown to be altered - consisting of additional add ons as well (off the shoulder straps, bustle, cups). Ana took her time and was very attentive, even though we were the last appointment of the evening. We didn’t have that rush feeling of “let me hurry up so I can go home”. Ana was awesome and knowledgeable, offering suggestions but not in a pushy way. She was personable and takes pride in what she does. I am requesting Ana for my second/final fitting.

Ashley and Ann basically saved my life from a bride that probably would have killed me for waiting as long as I did to buy/alter my bridesmaid dress. Lemme give you the rundown to tell you how awesome this customer service was. Wedding is 12/9, I order this dress 11/16, it came in on 11/28 and they called me immediately. I rushed to try it on and get it altered, but it was too tight. They rushed a larger dress that got here 12/1. I came in and tried on this dress and it was swallowing me. Alterations were going to cost $200. Luckily, they still had my other dress in the back and it fit by a CHRISTMAS MIRACLE. So basically I’m just saying that Ashley and Ann are angels and you should bring your business here. I have purchased many bridesmaid dresses from this store, along with my whole wedding party and there is a reason I keep coming back. Thank you David’s Bridal Sugar Land!

Emily was AMAZING! I thought my dress was the wrong color🤦🏾‍♀️. I had to go all the way back home to get my dress to make sure it was the right color. She was literally going on vacation the next day. I came back and brought my dress not only did she help with suggestions on shoes but she also helped me practice walking with her iPad. Oh yeah she took a spot off and steamed my dress as well. She went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and her customer service skills were phenomenal. Amazing experience with Marthea! I chose my dress within 30 minutes of trying things on, and it was a dress picked out by an associate based on my preferences! We had to order a size down and it arrived in three weeks, I went in for my alterations fitting and made an instant connection with Marthea. My dress is a mermaid style dress with a train, and she created this gorgeous French bustle for it. I’m 5’1” and they also tailored my train and shoulders perfectly. The dress itself was a steal, and alterations were expensive considering our wedding is on a really tight budget but DB helped me make it happen!! Thank you so much Sugarland DB!!

My stylist made my appointment so special and easy. She was attentive and thoughtful with accessories. My appointment was right when they opened, so I had the entire floor to myself. I went to the Sugarland store and the store manager (Ashley) and her team took extremely good care of me! When I entered the store I was greeted with questions and immediate step by step assistance….on a busy Saturday! I felt very valued as a customer. I had a movie premiere the same evening and needed something quickly in a plus size.This sales team rocked! The store manager even found some other options for me to try on. She placed these options in the dressing room for me. Each time I stepped outside of the dressing room someone was standing there to kindly assist with zipping, lacing, tying and providing feedback. I found a gorgeous ballet gown! I also purchased my franka shoes and matching clutch. I will stick with the home team (my home store) moving forward! SUGARLAND David’s Bridal never lets me down!

We had an appointment for bridesmaids dress fitting on Saturday and our stylist Michelle was soooo accommodating to the 6 of us (just 3 people actually trying on dresses). The bridesmaids do not have to wear matching dresses and Michelle was very helpful in sharing tips to keep our outfits cohesive. She made sure that the dresses that we liked came in the wedding color and that our sizes were available. Based on our different body shape and size, she provided suggestions that would make us feel comfortable and showcase our best features. She listened to our concerns and made us feel reassured. Update 9/18 happiness my alterations lady was very attention to detail and did not care when we had to change after pinning to make it exactly what I wanted. She was pleasant and professional throughout. The manager herself took care of me on a tuesday night. After being totally ignored for over 30 min in the baytown store I left and went back to the one I used for my daughter a decade ago. The manager her knew she could make everything work, she knew that just because I am over 60 does NOT mean I am not a bride and she catered to me and did an excellent job. She made sure my dress will get here on time and get what i want. She was able to get my dress 2 weeks before my event. The Sugar Land Town Center DB location has always been so great! I bought my wedding dress there off the rack and it had a busted zipper and they fixed it immediately while I was in the store before I left with the dress instead of making me come back for an alterations appointment. I took my dress in at a later date to be altered just in the length and they did such a great job! The teams attention to detail is outstanding and they are quick and polite during every appointment. I picked my dress up yesterday from alterations and the ladies were even so kind as to video how to bustle my dress so I could send it to my maid of honor for the instructions. The dress was altered perfectly and on time and they even spot clean and steam the dresses before you pick them up. Overall, the experience was so great and it was one less thing I had to stress about during the wedding planning process.

I absolutely love this David’s Bridal. Originally, I came in August and found a dress I really liked, and was told it would arrive around the beginning of December. A couple weeks later, I found another dress online that I absolutely adored (not from David’s Bridal, I was originally wanting something with more color in it) and went back to the store to talk about it. Ashley was amazing, and very understanding. I had originally tried the dress on in white, and the one I was ordering was ivory, so she agreed to extend the refund to after I tried on the ivory dress, to see if I was still iffy about it. The dress came two months early (which was awesome) and I still wasn’t feeling it. I went with my gut and bought the dress online, but felt so good about the service I received that I came back specifically to make sure to get my veil from here. I mentioned I had picked some styles from David’s Bridal website, She said some styles we do not have in stores. I just feel she didn’t go above and beyond to find my style, like I saw the other stylist doing. I went back yesterday March 27, 2021 to David’s bridal, had an appointment for my 4 bridesmaids. Lina who was my stylist was great to me and my bridesmaids. I never felt pressured to do something or buy something I didn't want to. However the stylist I was originally assigned, Stephanie, was not very helpful or attentive. Although she did have another bride to help. With this said, when my friend spoke to a staff member they instantly fixed the problem. Overall a great experience!

My little sister is getting married so we drove up from deep South Texas to be there when she chose her dress. The dresses were beautiful and very affordable! Everything went well. I believe the woman who helped her is named Veronica but I'm not sure. She has long braids. She was lovely and so sweet! She chose the most beautiful accessories to go with my sister's wedding dress! Most all staff were fantastic and friendly. We were offered a beverage while we were waiting on my sister. I purchased something for myself and the sales associate was f89 I 1riendly. The only non-friendly person was the greater. She was cold and didn't smile once while checking us in for the appointment. I assumed that was just her personality but I watched as she spoke to some customers who came in a few moments after us. Her demeanor was totally different. She was so nice to them. I really never play the race card but that was the only difference between us and them. We are Hispanic and they were not. You think she would be more welcoming because my sister was buying a wedding dress. She is the bride. These other guests were buying other dresses, no special occasions such as my sister's. That was the only negative. Normally I would say something but I didn't want to make my sister feel even less special. I personally would not like to deal with her again but luckily I probably won't because I live somewhere where there is a David's Bridal so I will be looking to buy my Maid of Honor dress there. One bad apple can ruin things. That's why I gave 4 stars and not 5.

Unsurprisingly the location is clean and beautiful. The dresses were beautiful but being a plus sized women made it hard to try on certain things. Either they didn’t have anything close to my size or items that were too big. That’s the problem with being too big for the regular sized and not plus sized enough to be a true plus. I can honestly say I probably wasn’t the easiest to assist because I wasn’t sure what I wanted or liked in the terms of a style. I saw some online I really liked but they didn’t have them In store. I really would have liked to have been able to try them on but The young lady that was helping me ( started with an A) was very sweet and patient in helping me find a style that I liked. I did find a dress (actually the 1st one I tried on) that I will be walking down the aisle with. So overall a good experience.

I had the best experience with Jordan on Friday! I will be a bridesmaid to a wedding in a really short notice and called around 8:15 pm to ask if they had any forest green dresses in my size. I had my alterations appointment earlier today and when I got there and put my dress on, I didn't feel very confident in how the fit looked and got a little emotional. This is the location closest to where I live - so I used this one to look for my wedding dress. They have lots of options, which is great when searching for a dress, especially when you have no idea what you're looking for. The dresses are reasonably priced too. I did have to get a dress a little bit out of my budget, due to my size and needing a decent material, as the cheaper dresses do feel and look cheaper. It would be nice to have more options for "bigger" girls to choose from. The first couple of times I went in, my experience was not great at all - the poor girls were extremely over worked - having to deal with 3 + brides at a time. My sister in law ended up being the one putting the dresses on me as my consultant couldn't be found. I was extremely frustrated and just left, as I couldn't find anything that fit and was in my budget, and had no one to help. The next time I tried it out, I went on an off time (they take appointments and walk-ins, which is stupid, because the people, like myself, that make appointments, get pushed aside for those walk-ins), and the girls were less busy. I had Lauren as my consultant this time - and she was FANTASTIC! She catered to every need, brought me items I didn't think of, and was so kind when I kept saying no to the dresses. I FINALLY found one (after coming in a few more time) and was so excited to finally say yes to the dress! Lauren made my extremely stressful experience much better, by being understanding, and helping me find dresses for my body type! I will be getting my dress altered here - so will update my review if anything changes.

I had purchased a bridesmaid dress online a few months ago and my bride decided that she wanted me in a completely different dress and color. After making the selection we thought we could make an exchange but because i purchased the original online we were unable to. I ordered a dress and was at my alterations appointment when the seamstress (older black lady who was very sweet and helpful) noticed my dress was stained and had them order me another dress. However, when the new dress came in and had my alterations appointment the hostess at the door was very dry, not very friendly. The seamstress I had alter my dress kept pulling my dress down and telling me I didn't need to get anything altered other than the hem. I asked why she kept pulling my dress down and that I didn't feel comfortable and that it needed to be altered. The ladies at the check out counter were more interested in their own conversation than to check out customers. For what customers pay, I'd expect a lot more friendly interactions.

I went to the Town Center David’s Bridal location just “browsing “ for the perfect dress. As a plus size curvy bride I had patronized several shops (you know the more high end ones with more dollar signs attached than the perfect dress) . When I arrived I had my list in hand of what I was looking for. Samantha was my stylist and took my list and got exactly what I requested. She also looked at my shape and grabbed what she thought may look good as well . Well let’s say this ... I found the dress of my dreams under her (and my moms) stylish hand. First off , you can tell Samantha is passionate about what she does. Her enthusiasm was amazing . We laughed , we both shook our head yes and no to some dresses over others. Overall, I’m in love with my wedding dress. Not only was Samantha amazing, but her coworkers were just as awesome. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I had a horrible experience ordering my dress. I was told that they were going to order me a new dress and instead I received a old used torn up dress that should have never been in inventory. When I realized what was done I was told that they were not able to order me a new dress in time and gave me the run around. A week later they stated another dress from a store was available and asked if I wanted to come look at it. You could tell it had some wear and tear but looked a lot better than the first dress I was given. At that time I asked about alterations in which I was told by an associate that they would be covered and so would the rush fee. I was discouraged and had no faith in this company until I met the lady from alterations Xiomara, she was an Angel in disguise not only did she do the alterations for me but she helped me to get the old dress to make sleeves for the dress so that they could match. To top it off the dress was also done earlier than expected. David's Bridal needs more associates like her. Her attention to detail and personalization sets a standard that all employees should follow. The five stars is for her! Thank you again Xiomara, I truly appreciate everything you have done!

Dana was an absolute blessing. Absolutely genuine from the start. My entire wedding planning has been peaceful and stress free and l was very nervous about my first dress fitting not being exactly that. She was not pushy, she was not over the top, she knew exactly when to jump in and when to give me a moment. Before my appointment l decided l did not want a veil. Dana brought one out at the perfect interval and changed my entire perspective. I am an ER nurse but l tell you having this job and this amount of patience is incredibly admirable!!

My friend and I found our prom dresses here and the employees were so patient and kind. I changed my mind quite a few times and they were patient enough to work with me over and over again. I have been shopping online for a dress to renew our vows on our 30th anniversary with less than 23 days to go. I wasn’t having much luck so I decided to make my appointment to visit the store in Sugar Land Tx. My sales associate was Jordan Riddle. I found my dress almost immediately from walking in along with two others. Jordan was very helpful with helping me with the dresses, finding some shoes to match and laughed at all my korny jokes. There was another SA close by and she added her thoughts when I came out of the dressing room which only added to my joy of finding the right dress! I am really glad that I stopped by David’s Bridal as it was a wonderful experience especially since it was one stop for my dress and shoes!!! Thank you! Too bad most of us only get married once otherwise we would be shopping there a lot More frequent. 🤣 LOL!

Excited to say that I found the perfect dress for my big day! It was not the smoothest process due to the many voices of my amazing family members trying their best to help me... but I am grateful that Sam and other staff members worked to listen to what I wanted. After trying on many dresses, Sam finally brought me “the one” and it brought tears to my cousins eyes as she helped me into it. We were super happy leaving the store! This is an update on February 2nd, 2019. Unfortunately things changed for me, however I was able to make lemons out of lemonade with the TREMENDOUS help of David's Bridal. My daughter graduates from High School this year, and I was able to put all the things that I purchased for my day into an exchange for her a Beautiful prom dress, shoes and additional accessories. Thank you so much to Emily, Ashley, Marissa and all the ladies for you truly made it easy for us and made my daughter feel special, since this is the 1st time she is going to wear a dress like this. Thanks again!!! Liza J. I had such a fabulous experience at David's Bridal in Sugar Land. I believe my consultant's name was Lilias ( I truly apologize if that's not correct). She was PHENOMENAL! I had did my part and went on the App and added some dresses to my favorites. She already had my favorites printed out and all I had to do was pick my "true favorites" and go from there. I am not a very picky person but I did need a lot of guidance, especially when it came to undergarments, veil and belt. Plus, with my being a bigger girl, I wanted to look nice, but not spend a lot. She was so patient, helpful and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I enjoyed every moment of my appointment and did say " Yes to the dress!" Thank you for making it so easy.

I thought I hated DB, turns out I just hate all the service I had before! We drove from San Antonio to Houston in search of a emergency wedding dress. BEST DECISION EVER!! Even when we were late for our appointment Ashely still made us a priority. Best customer service, their was never pressure to make a decision or to try something on that I wasn’t feeling. I left this store feeling like a bride which I never felt like at ANY so called bridal shop!! The selection was huge and they had a great size range from 0 to 26. Went in as a walk in and Marissa was just as accommodating and helpful as if I had made an appointment. She pulled a few dresses. I had liked and made some time for me to try on the dresses. She talked with the in house seamstress about a few of my concerns about buying a dress off the rack for over $1000 dollars. She also talked with mgment . and was able to get me a better price on the dress! So, due to Covid I wasn’t able to have the wedding I wanted planned. I decided to take my super big and gorgeous dress back for something a little more intimate for a JP wedding instead. Not only did the manager Ashlea help me out with an even exchange, but she got one of the best stylists to help me out! Michelle was super bubbly and so kind through the whole experience. I was getting worried I wasn’t going to leave with the dress I wanted, until I see the holy grail of dresses. She was not only gorgeous, but the style and fit was everything I wanted. I did want it to be a little shorter because I’m a shorty and I didn’t want to trip on my face in front of the judge lol. So they directed me to the head of the alterations team, Xio. She helped me get the perfect fit, and the perfect length. I can honestly say that my experience was far from 5 stars. These ladies helped my delayed wedding become the wedding of my dreams. I cannot rave about Siomara in alterations enough. I live an hour away from this location and she made it worth the drive. I had to come back a few extra times because another lady in alterations did not meet my expectations and then rushed me out of the store. I called the next day and specifically asked for Siomara since she had helped me so well the first time, and she did not hesitate to help me again and make sure I was completely satisfied with my dress. She was patient with me, very understanding, she made me feel super comfortable & she is very knowledgeable in what she’s doing. I will bring ALL my future alteration needs to Siomara. Ask for her! You will not be disappointed.
