Mr. Honey was amazing. He helped us in any way he could never made me feel like I was too much!!!! He made the process so easy and enjoying. As a plus size bride size 16-18 that’s only 5ft they had a lot to offer to try on in this store, I found the perfect dress my first go, with zero alterations needed. I appreciate them being so kind. My stylist was Anna when I picked out my dress, let me tell you she was a dream.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!!!! We just came into town from Vegas a few hours ago. We had SO many complications with the location at home, giving us the wrong dress on 2 separate occasions and giving us the run-around. 🤬 But THIS Texas location!!! ABSOLUTELY TOP TIER! Absolutely beautiful inside. Smells good and was super clean. From being greeted as we walked in all the way to the staff waving us goodbye as we left, it was such a pleasant experience. I cannot thank them enough! Thank you so much to the entire staff, especially Desteny and Zoe. Absolute legends! 🙌😭🙏

UPDATE: The manager, Shandie, reached out to me and was EXTREMELY helpful in resolving my concerns. She assured me my experience was not typical and I am updating my review based on HER exceptional level of customer service. I ordered my MOB dress in store at the Woodlands location and the initial experience was great. I got the dress shipped to me and discovered the dress was damaged and needed to be exchanged. I took the dress back on 10/16/2022 and was told it was guaranteed to be here by 11/01/2022. My event is 11/11 but it is out of town and I leave on 11/5. I called today to get an update and Shay took my call and was very rude and condescending. She refused my request to have someone look into whether the replacement dress has shipped and just kept saying “it’ll be here by the 1st.” So frustrating. Not the level of customer service I expected with my simple request. I would not go back to this location again and if I ever purchased from them in the future I’d order online and avoid the store.

Make an appointment especially on the weekends. One of the smaller David's locations so not as many bridal dresses as hoped but great selection of bridesmaid dresses. The bridal selection was more of the ballgown style in store when we went. Go online to find (bridesmaid) styles you like first so they can pull them for you.

Ashley helped us with the dresses for a Quinceanera court. She helped explain the best ways to mix and match dresses to maintain a cohesive look. She helped explain sizing, fabric, and color options. Our appointment was at 3 on a Sunday. We arrived at 2 to start looking at dresses and get an idea of what each girl might like. This was also the first time some of the girls met, so it gave us time to bond. During that time, the staff was helpful and friendly. At 3 there was a mass rush of clients. It became difficult to shop or get help (I am glad we came early). We were seen at around 3:15. At first there was chaos as we tried on dresses and discussed likes and dislikes. Once Ashley started getting us organized this longs went really fast. Our dresses will be available in 4 weeks except for one that was a jr brides maid dress. The jr brides dress will take 4 months. Overall, we had a good experience.

UPDATE: I’m changing my rating because the manager called me and apologized for the inconvenience and we had a nice conversation. I really appreciated that. I got my wedding dress here and I loved it. That appointment was perfect. I go back a couple weeks later to get my dress altered…my appointment was at 10:00am, I showed up at 9:45 just like the website says, completely prepared and they didn’t get to me until 11:00!!! I was waiting well over an hour. I understand people can be understaffed at times but that was unacceptable. I was very patient, and what made this experience this bad is there were people who showed up late for their 10:00 appointment after me and got seen before me. She said “I’m going to take the flower girl back first because it’ll take like 2 minutes”, after I had been standing there waiting for twice as long as they have. And it did not take 2 minutes for her alterations. Overall, the staff was really nice and like I said I had a good experience the previous time. I just think the management needs work when things get hard for them.

Ana was AMAZING!! She was so patient with me I got here early for my appointment and she helped me from beginning to end. I never thought it was going to be so easy to find a dress. Extremely happy with the staff. Customer service is a must in this industry and this store has exactly that. Mr. Honey greeted me when I walked in with such a lovely smile. Come get your dress here.

My appointment went very well. Shelby was my stylist and she did an incredible job. I got there around 9am and we were checked in. I was encouraged to look over some styles and Shelby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and gave her honest opinion and even added some extras to make my dress look beautiful. She was attentive and recognized what my style was right away by observing what fit best. She would run to the back and bring more dresses for me to try on. The dress that I chose was not available in my size and it is not in yet but currently am happy with the price too, as I did have a budget.

Mr Honey is a life saver! I came in 3 times and not once did he turn me away. Shelby was also great on my first time I got a dress. I had then returned it on my second visit, due to a previous surprise dress from my family. On my third I returned 5 days before my wedding in shambles because we ended up scammed somewhere else. Mr Honey and Alyssa were SPECTACULAR!!! Alyssa held my baby because I had no one to watch my toddler and baby that day as I rushed to find something. She letting me take my time and never rushed. They are all a great team and at the end I got a beautiful dress and a great atmosphere. Thank you so much, it means a lot to know good people are still around.

Wedding dress shopping for my daughter this past weekend. It was not fully planned and we were planning on just looking to see what was out there. Staff were friendly from the beginning. Even though we didn't have an appointment, they worked her in and the young lady helping us was amazing and very patient. It was a great experience and she found the perfect dress for her day. This was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! It started at the front where I was greeted by very friendly staff that helped me set up a fitting. Ana was the woman that helped me find the right dress and didn't hesitate to answer questions or find the answers if she didn't immediately know! She was very patient and understanding the entire time! I proceeded to br helped by Jess in alterations who was also extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. The woman who helped me (sorry I can't remember her name) after Jess got pulled away to help another client was also helpful and friendly! Let me start off by saying I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE at David's Bridal. I tried all of the big bridal shops in The Woodlands/ Houston area and David's Bridal trumped them all. I tried on countless dresses at other bridal shops and could not find anything that I liked, not to mention their prices were ridiculous. I finally tried out David's Bridal (which I was very skeptical of since they're not the "trendy new bridal shop"), I just didn't think I would find much there. I was blown away by their dresses, prices, and customer service. My only complaint was that I found TOO MANY DRESSES that I loved, (just kidding that was the goal but it was hard to pick THE dress). The customer service was probably the best I have ever received. I had Maddie as my stylist and she was so helpful and sweet. I also had the manager Mr. Honey help me and I could rave about him all day long. He gave me his honest opinions on my dresses (I asked him to) and hyped me up in during the appointment. I loved so many dresses that I decided I needed to take a day to and come back with a clear head. Mr. Honey was not scheduled to work but came in anyways just to see me try on the dresses again and help me decide with one. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! And lastly but the best of all, their prices!!! I tried on countless dresses under $1000 (some even under $500) and they were all gorgeous. The $600 dress I bought at David's Bridal would have easily been $3k at any other bridal shop. They had so many dresses on sale, and if it wasn't on sale it was still a VERY reasonable price. Also my wedding is in 2 months and they are able to get the dress in and altered in time before my wedding. Every other bridal shop I went said their dresses take anywhere from 6-8 months to come in. I would post photos to brag about how stunning my dress is but gotta wait till the big day!!!:) All this to say, go to David's Bridal in the woodlands and skip the trendy bridal boutiques. And a huge thank you to all the workers who helped me find my dream dress!

Amazing experience!! Such a wonderful team!!! Had a not too great experience at the Galleria location and the Woodlands team especially Madison was able to come in and completely turn it around!! I found my dress and am so so happy!! Worth the drive!!! Kudos to the entire woodlands staff at David's Bridal! Sunday was my second walk-in to this location, and the service level exceeded the previous. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted, and checked in. I was assigned to Madison a great and attentive consultant. She introduced herself to me and my party, listened and anticipated our needs, made suggestions, and was there as were tried on our dresses. Me I and my maiden of honor said yes to the dress! This was due to the patient and caring management, Mr. Honey, and Nicole the store manager who went above and beyond to assist me with staying well within my budget, and taste. Thank you, Tyra, madison, Nicole, Mr. Honey, and the entire alteration crew for a flawless experience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a seamless experience for any event. David's Bridal The Woodlands provided a great experience for my wife and I. Quick synopsis and then detailed info for those that really want to know the experience. Synopsis: Bought dress late night going past business hours due to needing emergency alterations session, needed to return the next day because wife TRULY wanted other dress, Manager returned sale and we purchased other dress without concern, even though total sale was ultimately $300 less. Amazing service, professionalism and patience. Story: My wife and I showed up with only about 1 hour left in business hours (wife already had a few selections she knew she wanted me to see), we were seen in just a short while due to walking in without an appointment and Madison was extremely helpful, courteous and patient with us as my wife went through the five dresses, narrowed down to 3, then 2 and finally chose a dress that she liked and needed alterations to fit how she preferred. There was now only 10 minutes before closing and we still needed the alterations session (needed to be emergency session as my wife travels back to her country in a short time and needed to be finished before she left). Alterations Manager and her assistant were incredible and after discussion with my wife on what she wanted/needed, they pinned, pulled, and adjusted till it was what she wanted. We were now over 30 minutes past closing. Wife loved the look and went to change while I paid. The dress was only $250, but the alterations were $350 because of the depth of alterations and rush order. Me being a man, not used to alteration work and not caring about the price as long as my wife was happy (besides, she looked AMAZINIG!), I paid and returned to my wife as we were walking out. She asked what the total was we headed to the exit, I told her it was about $650 after taxes and she stopped immediately, turned to me and asked if I was crazy...lol. I said it wasOK, because that was the dress she chose, it looked amazing on her and that it was more because of the rush job. She said "I don't care. I ultimately chose this dress because it was cheaper and thought that with alterations it would be about the same price or a little more than the dress I love that only needed a lottle alterations. This is crazy." We stopped before exiting and after a little more discussion asked an associate if we could return that dress we just purchased and buy the other. She said yes, but that we would need to come back the next day and have the manager assist. We apologized to the Alterations manager and assistant and left. Came back next day at opening and was quickly assisted by Nicole, the manager. She was professional and understanding. She immediately returned the original purchase, got us the dress that my wife truly wanted, and even applied all the promised discounts that were told to us for the previous night. This dress came out to $350 after discounts and taxes and yet, even with a $300 cheaper sale, Nicole was nothing but polite and helpful. I know that everyone's experience can be different, but I believe you would do well to shop at David's Bridal The Woodlands if you are searching for that perfect wedding dress, wedding party attire or accessories.

Bless the Lord for Shelby and Mr. Honey at the Conroe Location in Texas. They are phenomenal and absolutely patient. I would recommend them to anyone. Shelby went through multiple dresses and came back quickly. Even when I got emotional. She was there to comfort. Mr. honey was kind and very helpful. If you come the David’s Bridal in Conroe. I had the BEST experience at David Bridal in The Woodlands! I went in to get my dress altered not realizing that my zipper would not go all the way up because I did not try it on when I picked it up last month, because I went up a size thinking that would suffice. Well, I was completely wrong. And, to add fuel to the fire, our selection of color Sienna was not very popular. Mr. Honey, Angel and Destiny worked tirelessly to make sure that I was able to find a dress for the wedding. They had me try on several different silhouettes, listened to what I liked and didn’t like and pulled out other options for me to try. I took my bridesmaid dress to get alterations(not david’s bridal) and the lady took in 5 inches without asking and cut the fabric causing the dress to not fit 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY BROTHERS WEDDING. A great experience! I have shopped at this David’s twice and each time was able to find a dress and take it home. The staff is always efficient, professional, and makes you feel heard/helped. I was worried about not finding a dress that is plus sized in the store to try on. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is a result of their extended sizes available to try on in the store. Their selection for size 26 was about 4/5 dresses in the store and they were all bridesmaids dresses, no special occasion dresses. Luckily I was able to find one that was perfect to take home. It would have been nice to have more variety and size inclusivity in the store for plus sizes.

Also, I noticed a ton of bridal gowns in the back. Dressing rooms were clean, spacious, and there were plenty. I highly recommend this location. My only complaint was that they paired me with a man to try on bridal gown; and while James was great, it's kind of awkward to force a bride to get dressed and undressed by a man ... that's not get man. 🙈

The seamstress was very nice, the person who wrote up the order was too. I needed it quickly and paid a small expedite fee ($25). My dress was ready as promised. Today was much better than the past 3 visits. Dolly helped me today and knew what she was doing along with being friendly! The past three times I came the employee that greets customers and guide them to the correct place was not friendly and did not seem to want to be at work. Today it was a different employee and she was nice and helpful too. I got my wedding dress from here and besides today I felt like they did not make this experience fun nice and rememberable as it should be Bc it’s for a happy occasion. I do not wear wedding dresses everyday and do not know much of a proper fit in a formal gown but you would think a bridal shop would!? My pregnant sister came the 1st time I looked at dresses along with my disabled mother in law to be, there was no place for either of them to sit. Thankfully my mother in law has a walker that also has a small seat built in. The 1st time I went to get fitted after ordering my dress it appeared too big so upon their expert advise I switched it out for a smaller size and had to wait another month. Once the smaller size came in I had to go back and it was WAY to small. The employee who helped me that day had no expression or emotion or any kind and didn’t seem to care at all and acted like she did not know what to do in this situation. I would recommend anyone who shops here to go months in advance so they will not be in a jam if they have as many issues as I did. All in all I got what I needed and my final experience was good.

I actually visited this location a week ago and the service I received was phenomenal I was a walk in looking for my daughter to be sized for a dress and the first young lady did just that after sizing my daughter she disappeared in thin air but we continued to browse through the store how happy I am that we did. Walking into David’s Bridal for my first time Bridal appointment. I knew what I wanted price wise and I had gone to one other shop before coming into David’s bridal. I checked in with the lady at the front desk and they were slammed with brides all looking for their dress. We walked around for about 25 min before we got Ms. Elizabeth. We showed up early to start browsing and my appointment was for 12pm. Elizabeth was amazing at listening to what I wanted price wise and style wise and even offered other options that for what I was looking for. She was so patient and the other stylists in the store gave their feedback on the dresses I tried on. I had tried on some dresses but when I put my dress on, I felt like a princess for the first time. I was so excited and happy that I didn’t want to take it off. Elizabeth was super sweet and patient. I was not expecting to find my dress today. I went into my appointment just wanting to try on dresses to know what exactly I am looking for. But it completely changed as soon as I began trying dresses. My consultant, Angelique, was absolutely amazing. Even with my mom being very judgmental over the phone, she knew exactly what my mother was saying and what I wanted. Again, my goal wasn’t to find my dress today. But with how patient and how amazing Angelique was with helping me, she knew what complimented with my body. I wasn’t really wanting strapless because I was so insecure of my arms, but she made me feel so beautiful. The Sales Manager, Destiny, reached out to me about my review and I appreciate her taking time to ask about the review and communicate recent changes to make the store better. Reasons this is not a 5-star review: *You can only try on clothes if you have an appt. If there's 20 fitting rooms but there's only 2 stylists on shift that day with 4 fitting rooms open, then you cannot use one of the 16 empty rooms. Instead, you have to wait for an appt. *Stylists ask what type of dress I'm looking for, then point in a general area for me to look. They were not helpful in pulling dressed based off of our conversations about what style dress I wanted. *zero seating in the fitting area for guests *Wedding gown area is smaller than the Houston location Reasons I gave 4 stars: *Dresses were in better shape than other location *Fitting rooms were nice *Employees were nice *helpful staff at checkout *clean store

I had a very pleasant experience at this David’s Bridal location! I called to let them know I was running late, and they assured me I would be seen. Upon my arrival, that was in fact the case. I was promptly greeted by an enthusiastic and welcoming employee. Our stylist came shortly after our arrival, asked me pertinent questions and quickly escorted us to the dress the bride wanted me to try on. She gave me 2 different sizes (which helped tremendously). Fredericka was kind of hands off, but I appreciated it because my goal was to be in and out since I had 4 children with me (there was a bit much going on that had nothing to do with the dress). She was always around and available which was my major concern. I think the manager came out too and offered feedback, which meant a lot to me since the assigned stylist was there as well. Once I was done, she was near and I let her know I had plans to purchase online due to promo codes. Due to her product knowledge, I was able to actually get a cheaper price and purchased my selection immediately! I drove an hour to this location and due to this seamless experience I would definitely go out of my way again!!!

this was my first time ever visiting a David's Bridal. I was shopping for a prom dress, and I was so nervous. Rynn did an amazing job helping me out. She listened to all of my concerns and really did her best to accommodate my picky-ness. I felt more like i was talking to a friend than an employee. She never pressured me into doing anything but she pushed me to leave my comfort zone. She was super understanding and took everything I said into account when bringing me back new dresses. Even though I didn't leave with a dress from here, I felt like the experience itself was worth 5 stars just for her!

I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses for my wedding that is October 2021. My stylist was Monica and I give her a 3.5 just because in the beginning she was no where to the found. They weren't allow to help us in the dress because of COVID so they said once I finish they would pen it up once I walked out the dressing room. Well every time I would come out she was not there and I would be waiting on her to get back. According to the email I was suppose to have my own personal stylist that was not the case at all. However, she did get better towards the end of my appointment and even found a really cute dress that I like. Also she help my mom found two dresses as well. For that to be my first experience as a bride I just did not feel welcomed there. I just expected more. Nevertheless, I did get a way better experience at The Princess Bridal Boutique they really know how to treat the bride to be at that place. I would recommend them over David's Bridal any day.

Honestly I heard a lot of bad things but my experience was great! Peyton helped me find the perfect dress when I told her what I wanted. Once it came it the alterations department got me in the same day I picked my dress up. They took their time making sure I was happy with the alterations and never made me feel uncomfortable. When the alterations were done and I tired the dress on to make sure it fit right they were more than happy to let me try on accessories again. I was super happy with the whole process!!

Monica was my stylist at The Woodlands location and she did a wonderful job. As soon as I met her I told her my specifics for the dress, material, cut, neck line and open back necessity, a combination which I know has a limited number of available dresses. I'm a short and little extra curvy woman with broad shoulders and I know what flatters my body type. Monica did a wonderful job picking dresses that met my requests. The online booking was easy and I booked last minute, a day or two before hand. All-in-all, I did find 2 or 3 contender dress as very reasonable prices and definitely plan to return with my daughter to help me make my final decision.

My alterations appointment with Fab went wonderfully. She was very nice, explained everything that was happening to my lovely dress, and she worked so quickly. I was impressed by the grace, patience and professionalism that she gave to each customer. Fab was handling an excess of appointments on her own, but she maneuvers and delegates her time in such a way that you'd never know you weren't the only customer being helped. I think The David's Bridal located in the Woodlands is lucky to have her on staff.
