Came in here to purchase a souvenir shirt for my dad. I can't remember his name (a former truck driver), but the man who rang us up was so sweet and possesses amazing shirt-folding skills! Very Nice Shop!! Close to our hotel and great selection. Customer service was as best as I've had. Got a very nice Hawaiian shirt with a great discount. As the other review said, it's in the RH Shopping Center on second floor, use PF Chang as a landmark.

I was visiting Hawaii with my family and I have a Challenge Coin collection. I wanted to add just a Hawaii or Honolulu coin to my collection, but no one on the Island has anything, except for Harley-Davidson. They had 2 to pick from, which is rare - most only have 1 or none at all. Each location pays for their own. The manager, I believe his name was Jerry, was a great guy. He and I talked about Challenge coins and shared stories. I purchased 1 of the coins offered and after our chatting, he and I presented each other with other coins we had. I had a Donald J Trump Keep America Great 2020 coin and he had a Honolulu Police coin. Great guy and very personable.

My family goes back a couple generations as Harley Fans and we all take time to visit any Harley Shop when we visit a new town. While no bikes are on display there is a great variety of Harley clothing to peruse here. The real gem here is the staff though. It is nice to talk to down to earth, friendly, and helpful people who honestly are there to help you. I bought some clothing to mail to family and a dang fine quality shirt for myself.

Was just there this past September for our anniversary visited four of their locations to checkout their specials. Found the stuff I needed and brought back HD souvenirs for my fellow HOGs. Great service especially at the one ny PF Changs. See you next year.

Do not follow these directions, they lead you behind the small Waikiki police sub-station. This store is located in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, located in building A (Cheesecake Factory is in building C) on the second level near P.F Changs.
